Complicated and captivating are an enticing combination. Always Love thrives off of forbidden love and heartbreak.
Emotional overload with a sensual twist. Jagger and Stadia take heartache quite seriously. From frustrating angst to edgy temptation, Avery pulls at the heartstrings like a masterful puppeteer. Love is risque business and Jagger makes the effort worthwhile.

Talk about stubborn, Jagger is totally unmovable. Stasia has given up and even left the country due to his stubbornness. But she's back now and she is one kick-ass chick, Razzmatazz. Once it happens, there is no going back, but the road to acceptance was hard fought. Laugh out loud moments, heartbreak, successful moments, tense moments, big vs huge, and finally, bliss moments make up this great read. Loved reciting the months of the year, awesome t-shirt slogans, Leo and even Zeus. It would be awesome for a book for Zeus, don't you think? Loved Jagger's alphaness and loved the visiting rock-star concept. Overall a fabulous read and a spectacular ending. Love this series.

🔥🔥 HOT!
WOW! Storyline and characters were well rounded. Enough drama and intrigue to keep you wanting to turn the next page. Steamy intimacy scenes were.....WOW! And the ending, although happy, cause some happy tears too. No cheating or cliffhanger. I love Ms. Avery's stories, but I'll continue to say that the choice of her preferred swear word isn't damn or F@#$ which I'd personally prefer to what is used. I was really pleased NOT to see it the first third of the story, so had high hopes. Oh well.....if you can get past the g.d's and j.c's you'll really enjoy this read! 🤓

Another great story by Scarlett Avery about a very alpha male who is stubborn as ever and the girl who finally makes him see the light and change his ways. I love a good older man, younger female read and was excited when this part of the story unfolded. I would definitely recommend this book.

Loved!!
I really enjoyed this. I randomly came across it while searching for age gap romances. I loved that the heroine was the rock star and the hero was the single dad. This has alot of Heart and it is totally and incredibly crazy steamy. Omg!!! So good

I adored Stasia and her refusal to compromise. She’s talented, determined to make a name for herself without revealing just who she is, and she’s unapologetic about her desire for Jagger. It’s just too bad Jagger is a big dumb dummy for so long. Of course, once his heart convinces his brain that Stasia is most definitely all adult woman, he’s 100% in it to win her heart. Even if it means putting himself out there for the first real time since his wife died. And holy wow, do these two have chemistry. Their story is absolutely more than just how they burn up any room they’re in together though. It’s about a rise to stardom on talent and personality, along with some luck. It’s about loving the person you’re with and not budging on trying to make them as happy as possible. This story was full of love, some humor, a little angst, and the very real pain Stasia feels at the hands of her band. It all works out in the end, and the ride was so very much worth the ups and downs for Jagger and Stasia to find their happiness.

a great read
Another great book from the wonderful Scarlett Avery, Jagger and Stasia characters were fantastic. Another very hot and steamy read. Don’t like giving to much away as it will spoil it for you I all will say is it definitely a book to read 4 1/2 ⭐️

The story line between Jagger and Stasia is hot and exciting. The moments between the two are great the passion the love and the laughable moments make the book so enjoyable. I recommend reading the whole series from this author you can feel the author style in each one and each book is enjoyable an entertaining to read.

Hot single dad and rock star romance
Right from the start, Jagger came off as the silver fox that didn’t put up with much nonsense from self centered women. He attracted women wherever he went but seemed more irritated about that than anything else. He’s a famous songwriter used to people wanting a piece of him for their own gain. It is important to note that secondary characters connected to Jagger have their stories in other books in the series. I have read all their stories but am not finding it that easy to keep everyone straight.
Stasia had been in love with but rejected by him for years because she was his friend’s daughter. She returns to LA after several years away in London and they see each other again at one of her concerts.
While the story about her career and her band was the perfect backdrop for their story, it was the hot, dirty talking single dad thing worked really well. The creativity in the carnal arts department alone was worth the read.

Jagger is a talented songwriter and as the protégé of Stacia’s father she’s untouchable. There is an age gap between them but Stacia wants to give Jagger all her firsts. When he turns her down yet again she ran for London to patch up her wounded heart. Fast forward five years and Stacia has grown into a talented guitarist and hot woman. He spots her at a rock concert where she knocks Jagger for a loop. When he sees her at Dark Compulsion things take a turn for the steamy side. I love how their friends and family pull together to help these two lovers. Jagger the single father is cautious and his daughter finally gets Daddy to invite Stacia to join the family.

This is a good read. Jagger is older and wiser then many men Stasia is young and tries to out run her love for Jagger since he doesn’t love Stasia. Stasia tries to show him she would do anything for Jagger but his pain from loosing his wife is taking a toll on him. Plus, taking care of his daughter is all he can do. When Stasia leaves for London she stops all contact with many from her old home. She comes back to her home town and rocks and shocks the music industry but wearing high heels and playing Guitar. She rocks by being a shock to everyone and goes under a different name, but Jagger is there and knows it’s her and is shocked to see her. The feelings for both come back and takes Jagger a while to figure out what he wants and what to do. Will Jagger figure out his feelings for Stasia? Will Stasia make a name for herself or loose something she’s worked so hard for? Read this book. It is so good.

Certified Playboy :Jagger was a great addition to the series. Jagger Halsey was a sexy and possessive alpha. He was also kind of sweet and swoony and a great father to his daughter Bree. Stasia has been in love with Jagger for years but he refused to give in to her due to her age and the fact she is his mentors daughter. I really loved Stasia. She was such a great character and woman. The connection and chemistry Jagger and Stasia had was off the charts! Loved them together.

I wouldn’t call this a May - September romance, but close. While Stasia loved Jagger all these years, there was an age difference and Jagger didn’t give her any indication that he wanted her. Yet now, just wow, Jagger sees Stasia again for the first time in years, he can’t forget her. My heart gave a little extra beat reading their love story while I was cheering them on.
Sometimes when I read a book about an older man and younger woman, I am turned off by their conversations, however, Scarlett has done an excellent job of telling their story, keeping me enthralled with every page.

Author Scarlett Avery has done it again. Wow wow wow, another absolutely amazing book by this author. She always leaves me wanting more and coming back ever single time. I could not put this book down once I started reading and I enjoyed every single minute of this amazing book. Talk about hot and steamy, this book has it all. The characters are absolutely wonderful and easy to love. Fantastic book and highly, highly recommended.

Oh my this book his hot ….Jagger and stasia has this chemistry that amazing and of the chart …..jagger a single father that in music business at music festival looking for a new talent never imagine seeing the girl at hat been haunting his dreams for the last 4 years …on stage with a band and rocking it …..stasia back in the us to start her career and the first she see is Jagger she has mix feeling at first ….then he convienne he on a date and then it start for them ..but make it a bit hard for her with her band …so will stasia be able to get everything she want the man and the career……this is a must read book hurry and get it I could barely but it down .

Jagger and Stasia are meant to be. Although Jagger doesn’t know it. They were good friends once upon a time, one might even say best friends but Jagger’s sense of loyalty is a bit off. See, she is the daughter of his mentor and he feels he can’t go there. Stasia has been patient. Her understanding of his need to mourn his wife, of his loyalty to her father and his own daughters importance is mature beyond the years she has. Her maturity level is way beyond Jagger’s. I adore her independence and her determination to move on with her life after being rejected by Jagger. She also has the grit to make her own way despite a famous father. Her road had to be traveled alone so that she could become the woman she was meant to be. Also to become the woman that Jagger kick himself over for almost letting get away. Love this one and this series is awesome.

Jagger is the hot, older music writer. He had met Much younger Stasia through her father, his mentor. After years of denying her, they reconnect and it gets hot and heavy. Lots of sexy scenes! Enough drama to make it interesting. Overall a very fun read

This story blew me away!! Jagger and Stasia (older man, younger woman) are smokin' hot! The chemistry between them leaves you needing a cold shower! Just enough drama, a whole lot of steam! One of my top 5 books! Definitely recommend!
