There are good ideas in here and I appreciated how quick of a read it was. I particularly liked the suggestions to stretch and journal before bedtime and will try to implement those.

I found the request for a review in the middle of the book very distracting. I understand that authors need reviews but the book itself should be for the topic of the book. Let the reader enjoy the book and wait to request favors in the back matter.

Very fast read with some good ideas but a bit disorganized. The caffeine chapter was mostly about device usage and I’m not a fan of the author inserting a please “review this book” beg in the middle (interestingly, the second half post-review-beg does not feel as coherent or well-researched).

I read the book (through most of Part II, so to just about the halfway point) and just couldn’t finish it. The book didn’t offer a fresh perspective (or new ideas) on improving sleep. In addition, the grating “cutesy” voice the author (sometimes) utilized was off putting.

This book *might* be helpful to people who haven’t read several books and articles on improving sleep hygiene…but this book missed its mark with me.

Condescending

Author continues the condescending tone of the first book and insists phones be in a separate room while also recommending sleep sounds.

I enjoyed Stephanie Ewing and her style

Picked this book on a whim. I don't have too much trouble sleeping but hoped to pick up a few new tip, and that I did. The book got 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 because I enjoyed the read! Stephanie 's style was relaxed and entertaining.what else could you ask.

Best nights sleep

The book's promise was great sleep, which was kept. Ewing has filled The Sleep Habit with enough tips and actions that everyone can make a change. I found personal changes in bedtime habits easy to follow. Limiting screen time, supplements, creating an optimal sleep environment and more. Everyone can benefit from better sleep.

A well written short book on how to improve your sleep

This book is well written with easy to follow steps. Each of the steps has options such as the different possible foods in a sleep friendly dinner. For the most part you have all the things you need in the house already. I got a lot from this and recommend it.

A quick delve into the problem of sleep with helpful tips and tricks for navigating past the obstacles to sleep and pursuing that which makes it conducive. It appears to be meant as a quick and dirty guide rather than a comprehensive manual, and as such, the reader is able to jump readily into its recommendations and put the information to good use as soon as possible.

As someone who has difficulty sleeping, this book offered some good strategies to help develop a solid evening routine. It was a very quick and easy read, but not as in depth as I thought it would be.

Book 2 rocks

I loved book 1. "The Shower Habit" if you have not read that, then read it next. These are some more wonderful habits to stack and I'm implementing two of them tonight and more tomorrow. Off to start the next book. Thanks Stephanie! You rock!

I really didn't find any new advice in this book, but maybe it would be helpful for someone who doesn't know where to start? It is sound recommendations, just pretty common sense. I like the author though and find her writing to be entertaining.

I read this book for the hpootp flourish and blotts reading challenge. I used 2022 reading challenge prompt read a book you "slept" on. I thought it was a good book, but i didn't enjoy it as much as her other book The shower habit. Still a lot of good useful tips.
