The book has a lot of facts to back up the authors central theme, but not very many actionable steps (besides fifty pages of supplement suggestions). I assumed the book would be good for a general person wanting to be more healthy, but it was written more like a scientific journal. I was convinced by page 2, but then read 200 more pages supporting everything presented on that second page.
So in short, it isn't a bad book, I just did not find it very helpful for me, and I don't think anyone outside of the scientific community will find it very helpful.
