This book certainly bored me and I had to push through it. It restated information that I think is common knowledge and did not really add to my knowledge of body language. I think now I am more aware of body language but still was not able to learn more. It had interesting statistics and studies and was a quick read.

Body Language is a thorough examination of how our posture and mannerisms tell a story, in everything we do. It taught me quite a lot about the different dynamics that are at play in our society, all of which can be seen by just watching closely.

The way it took me over a year to finish this…
The reason is because this is my first nonfiction book and it was just kinda boring. I give it 2.5. Most of it was just common sense and I don’t feel like I’ve learned something from this that I didn’t already know before or something that will stick with me forever
