Nora wants to become a mother so she makes the decision to make an appointment with a fertility clinic. As soon as she does, Nash a military man steps into her life. He is just on leave from the military and he doesn't expect to fall in love. They spend one night together, she shares her secret plans with him and he offers up his services.

Loved this couple. They were so perfect together, kind and loving and understanding. They made a beautiful family together. The epilogue was all kinds of cute!

Frankie Love sure knows how to write a romance. ❤️

The third instalment of the series, in my opinion, is the weakest too... Way too unrealistic :( I could go with some usual styles of the genre, but some are for me way too much and here are in an extra pile... 2 curvy kitties for 2 sex scenes.

First sentence: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NORA!” My youngest sister, Grace, squeals the greeting as she throws her arms around me, and I have to force a smile.
Last sentence: Life is perfect, at least in my book.

Can’t Help My Shelf is the third book in His Curvy Librarian series. There are three books in the series. The story is told in dual pov. It’s a short insta lust/insta love read. It’s a good read if you are looking for something quick and on the lighter side. I thought the book title was really cute even though it was a little cheesy. I like the play on words.

Nora (h) age 26 is the children’s librarian at Golden Creek Library. She is tired of waiting around for Mr. Right. Nora’s sister and best friend have found their dream guys and HEA’s. Nora’s is beginning to doubt that she will ever meet her dream guy. On Nora’s 26th birthday, she decides to move forward with her plans to start a family on her own. She makes an appointment at the fertility center and plans to have a child via IVF. IVF is very expensive, so it is going to drain her bank account. Little does Nora know that Mr. Right is about to show up at her library.

Army Officer Nash Nichols (H)(I don’t think his age was mentioned) is visiting his sister Quinn while on leave from the military. Quinn asks Nash if he can take his niece Chelsea to the library. Nash’s niece loves the library and story time with Nora. When Nash walks into the library, he doesn’t expect to meet the woman of his dreams. Normally, Nash doesn’t really date or get into relationships because of his deployment. Unfortunately, Nash only gets 30 days off a year. Also, he isn’t into meaningless sex. (It’s always nice when the guy isn’t a manwhore in a book). On impulse, Nash decides to ask Nora out on a date and she accepts.

It’s sweet when Nash shows up at Nora’s house with what he calls a “bookquet”. Instead of brining Nora flowers, he brings her three of his favorite books. I thought that was a neat idea and something different. Nash ends up taking Nora on this unique date to this hidden Speakeasy in town. It’s been a long time since either of them has been out on a date, but they have a great time. They decide to spend the night together. Nora decides this will be her one last hurrah before motherhood.

Afterwards, Nora thinks one wonderful night is all they get together. Nash asks if he could spend some more time with her before he has to leave. Unfortunately, he has to go back to Italy in a few weeks. Nora ends up telling Nash about her appointment at the fertility center for IVF later in the week. Nash is surprised by it. He asks Nora if she will let him be her donor instead of using some anonymous guy. Nash has always wanted to become a father, but due to his career he never thought it would happen. The next best thing is helping Nora get her dream. Plus, Nora would save a lot of money if she just does it the old fashioned way with Nash instead of IVF. Nash say that he will accept it if she doesn’t want him to be a father to the child or be in the child’s life. Secretly, he is hoping that she will let him be in the child’s life. Understandably, Nora says she needs a little time to think about it. Later, Nora takes Nash up on his offer. They really enjoy their time together, but they both know that Nash has to return to Italy soon. They are both sad when Nash has to leave for Italy. Everything does end up working out in the end and they get their HEA.

There are two epilogues in the story. The first epilogue takes place 8 months later The second epilogue takes place 4 years later. This was a nice light feel good read. It wrapped things up nicely. I always enjoy a good epilogue and in this series each book has two epilogues. Nora and Nash made a sweet couple.

Quick read with lots of literary puns

I love punny books and this one is perfect! It has it all: instant attraction, nice guy, curvy girl, and a HEA. It’s a quick read and a great escape for an afternoon or to just escape your responsibilities and enjoy a good book!

One last hurrah before she becomes a mother turns into something definitely not expected

Can't Help My Shelf is the third book in the His Curvy Librarian series and is the story of Nora and Nash. Nora is has just turned twenty-six today and is the children's librarian at the Golden Creek Library, where she works with her sister Cassidy and her best friend/sister Brooklyn. Nora may be the oldest of the three but she feels time is passing her by as she has watched Cass and Brooklyn both find the man of the dreams and start their HEA's. The one thing that Nora has always known is that she wants to have a family, even if she has to do it by herself. Well not really by herself as there is the Golden Creek Fertility Center to help her out. So after celebrating her birthday at her parents house with her family she arrives home and decides to finally book an appointment on Friday after work for an IVF treatment. What she does not expect is to meet a man who more than piques her interest the next morning during children's story hour.
Nash is visiting his sister and young niece for two weeks. He has made a career in the Army getting stationed all over the world. This was not his first choice as he expected to get a scholarship for football and then play in the NFL. But when he blew his knee in junior year of high school and took a year to recover it was too late and his scholarships had been pulled. The one thing about the Army is that he does not expect to ever have a wife and family since he cannot see a woman willing to uproot and move when he is transferred somewhere else in the world. So when he walks four year old Chelsea to the library for her weekly visit and story-time he is not expecting to meet the beautiful and curvy young librarian who he cannot keep his eyes off. Nash may only be in town for another week but he knows he is not willing to just walk away from her and decides to ask her out to dinner, which luckily for him he accepts. Now the fun begins with a bookquet, a hidden speakeasy, some whiskey flights, the Charleston and Lindy Hop and then a lot of bed hopping. Nora's last hurrah before she becomes a mother is going to take a whole different turn and put her and Nash on a road that neither expected but they are both sure they want to be on together.

I really loved this book. The story-line is fantastic with some drama, emotions, expectations, surprises, family, friends, opportunities taken, romance and some smoking hot sex. The characters are wonderfully developed, have depth and are delightfully fun. There are more than a few surprises and some laugh out loud moments, along with more than a few heartstring plucking moments. This was a great read and definitely a RECOMMEND READ!!!

I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.

In this book we meet Nora and Nash. Nora is sick of waiting for mister right to come into her life so she can start her HEA. She wants a husband and kids but since she can't find the husband she decides she will just go for the kids. So she makes a plan to go to a place and make it happen with no man. As soon as she make this plan though Nash comes into her life. She figures she knows he is leaving so why not enjoy his company for one night and go after what she wants at the end of that week. Nash wishes he could spend more time with his family but what he really wants is to stay in the Army so those two things don't really go together. So while spending his two weeks of leave with his family he agrees to take his niece to the library while his sister has to work. Little did he know he would meet the one woman who makes him wonder would he give up his career in the military for her. When he hears her plan he wonders why can't it be him. Can these two find a HEA or are their plans going to be the thing that drives them apart?

Another amazing book by this author. This story drags you in and you won't want to put it down even when it ends. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Nora is feeling a little left out. Her younger sister and her best friend have just found the love of their lives. Nora is older than both of them and she hasn't dated in a long time. On her 26th birthday she decides to stop looking for a man and go after her dream of becoming a mother. She schedules an appointment with the fertility clinic. The next day at work, she meets Nash, the uncle of one of the regulars at her storytime at the library. He asks her out on a date and sparks fly. Nora is torn about seeing him again with her appointment coming up. When she tells Nash about how she is going after her dream, he is very encouraging. He even offers to help her out so she can save the money she would spend at the clinic.

Nash loves being in the military. He really enjoys his life but it doesn't leave him time for love and a family. When he meets Nora the librarian, he is instantly drawn to her. He really enjoys their date. He wishes they could have more but he only gets 30 days of leave a year. After hearing Nora planning to go to a fertilization clinic, he offers to help her. He always wanted to have kids but his job makes that nearly impossible. He knows that Nora would raise his kids with love and that is good enough for him. Now he just has to convince her to take him up on his offer.

The addition starts with the book cover….yeah…yeah…yeah don’t judge a book by its cover they say ….well we all do it and this one here it is the scratch to your itch or better yet the filling to your oreos! Speaking of filling…..wait, that’s for later. Within the first chapters you get the panoramic view of whom you’re dealing with!
By the time you’ve figured out who is who and how deep hate can run, you’re already hooked, and you may as well give up the fight and prepare yourself for an all-nighter!

Can’t say I didn’t warn you.

This series is short amazing and each of them read as a standalone Nash is in the library heading for the kid section when he sees a woman that takes his breath away. Nora is a little upset with herself by her birthday she made a promise to herself which of course wasn’t met well that is until she lays eyes on Nash. The attraction is instant, and the chemistry is so magnetic it can’t be ignored nether wants to walk away without setting up something where they get together later. Will they hit it off as planned and can they both find happiness?

Nora believes her life is passing her, she has always wanted a big family with a loving husband, but at age 26, she is tired of waiting around for Mr. Right. What she didn’t expect was to meet him at one of her libraries story times with his niece. Will she risk her dreams of being a mother for the chance at her own Happily Ever After? Or will she even need to risk it?

What can I say? Frankie Love books always give me all the feels, and Can’t Help My Shelf is no exception. This book would be perfect for fans of...
•Sweet(but still plenty spicy) Short Romances
•Military Men and Quirky Librarians
•Insta Love(but still with a bump in the road for the couple).
•Amazing Book and Library Puns!
All I can say is as soon as Nash gave her a bookquet instead of a bouquet, I was sold.

I received this as a free ARC copy via Booksprout in exchange for an honest review.

Book three in the His Curvy Librarian series. She works in the children's part of the library. She also knows she wants a family of her own, even if there is no man in her life. So she will get artificially pregnant. Nothing wrong with that. She is a woman that knows what she wants and will do what it takes. That is, until there is a hot sexy army man that appears in her life unexpectedly. He is the man that will give her what she needs to get that family started on her own. These two are not even thinking about anything other than him helping her out after she tells him what she is planning. With this said and done, he is off on his military life. Can the fates keep these two apart or will they find themselves back to one another?

Can't Help My Shelf is a fun and humorous story with a few library puns that will have you smiling as your role your eyes (in a good way). Norma is turning twenty-six, by now she was hoping to be married and have kids. Taking her fate in her own hands, she made an appointment at a fertility clinic. Nash was on leave visiting his sister. He offered to take his niece to the library for story time. While there he say a beautiful women that stopped him in his tracks.

Nash and Norma have amazing chemistry, the heat flowing off the pages threaten to melt my kindle. Their connection allows this story to flow and the love bloom over a short time. This was a great story that things happen, but not the way you expect it to.

This book brings us Nora and Nash. Nora works in a library, and she loves to read stories to children. On one such occasion, Nash brings his niece to one of her story times. There is an instant attraction, however, Nora doesn't think he could possibly be attracted to her. Nora has always wanted to be a Mom, so she has decided to have a baby the clinical way. Nash asks her out, and she is very open with him with her plans. Nash is only in town for a few days as he is in the military and much leave again. When Nash hears her plans, he decides to make her an offer, one Nora can't pass up on. However, feelings become very important to both of them. What happens? Read and find out. This was a great read and I do recommend it.

Nora, on her twenty-sixth birthday, decides she has waited long enough to have a baby and sets up an appointment for insemination. During that week, she meets, dates, and falls for Nash, who is home on leave for a few weeks. When he asks for another date, she says she is busy and then tells him, but he has other plans and feelings just as strong as hers. The surprises that come between them are terrific and the whole storyline is great with the banter between them. Everything book related to even their first date. This book made me laugh out loud and smile so much. Loved the ending and all the new surprises.
Definitely one that I will be rereading again soon. A highlight of my week.

First things first; I love the cover of this book!
Can’t help my shelf is the third book in the ‘’his curvy librarian’’ series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Fed up of waiting around for love, Nora makes plans. When she meets Nash will she adapt her plans?
The chemistry between Nash and Nora is clear to see and I loved them together.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

Nora is ready to have her family even if she doesn't have a man in her life. However she meets Nash and while having an intimate moment, shares her plans for artificial insemination. Noah offers to do it for her and Nora accepts. Even though they don't plan on being together long term, neither planned on falling in love at first sight. I liked how Noah flies back and proposes on the day she finds out she's pregnant. This is a book I plan to reread several times as it was so good.

Nash and Nora were adorable together. I loved the connect and the chemistry between these two. Nash is drawn to Nora, the same way that Nora is to him but when Nora confides in Nash what she is planning, Nash jumps at the chance to give Nora anything and everything that she wants. There is must in the way of drama in this book, just life and careers getting in the way, but Nash and Nora are able to get a really sweet HEA that they both deserve and have dreamed of. I really enjoyed this book and I would recommend it and these two great authors.

Frankie Love and Kaylin Evans' co-authored His Curvy Librarian series has been epic, and I thought it couldn't get any better after the first two books ... THEN they introduced us to Nash and Nora. These two have such amazing chemistry while their story tells of such authentic, relatable life stuff. Of course, then there's the great instalove and filthy-sweet promise we have come to expect, and Ms Love and Evans have delivered in spades with this series, but in particular, with Can't Help my Shelf. Unpopular opinion-

Contains spoilers

Ugh...I adore this author but this book just didn't do it for me. The female protagonist is 26 (I think) and wants to have a kid. That's understandable but she literally stated that she was spending her entire life's savings on that one IVF treatment and was gonna be broke after...my question is how does she plan on raising a kid without any money ?? And the male protagonist is fucking stupid too, it's clearly mentioned that he is a family man and yet he was willing to walk away from the baby he helped birth if that's what the h wanted. I mean did anyone stop to think how that could have a negative impact on the child??

Nora dreamed of finding the perfect man and starting her family...when the first is not happening she decides to start her family on her own and goes to a clinic, and that's when Nash comes into her life. She was already getting the clinical pregnancy on the road when he went to the library and they met...it was instalove and instalust. This was a good story, with good characters and a nice low angst high steam storyline that I liked very much. If you want to find out what happened...read this story and the 3 book series, you'll enjoy it very much.

I enjoyed getting to know Nora better and watching her and Nash get together. I especially enjoyed the library related innuendos as they made me smile. I liked how they did not shy away from their feelings, their wants or their hopes and dreams, and that they showed strength and vulnerability. I enjoyed the love and support shown from their family and friends. A lovely HEA to round off a sweet and lovely Instalove story.

This is the third book in the His Curvy Librarian series. It's a fast-paced, short and steamy instalove story. Nora has watched her best friend and her younger sister both find someone to love. All she's ever wanted was a family of her own. 26 and tired of waiting for Mr. Right, she decides to have a baby on her own, then she meets Nash who's home visiting family. Will that meeting change her mind? Could she have possibly found Mr. Right?

Fun, full of off the wall book puns that you can't help but giggle at. Just when Nora decides to start parenthood alone, Nash walks in during children's reading time at the library. A last fun night before she commits to singledom the Army man checks all her boxes on her perfect guy list, that she thought she was good with putting away. Life changes quickly and this story is so much fun, short but full of detail that doesn't keep you hanging.

Nora is tired of waiting for Mr. Right to come into her life and she wants a family so she makes plans never expecting to meet and fall for Nash. I loved the way the author brought Nora and Nash together. Neither expected to find the one but now that they have can they make it work. This is a sweet, steamy, love story between the librarian and the Army officer. I am loving this series and all the great titles are the cherry on top. I can't wait to read the next book in this fun series. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

'Can't Help My Shelf' by Frankie Love and Kaylin Evans is the third book in their series His Curvy Librarian and tells the story of Nora, a children's librarian, and Nash, an Army officer on leave. Nora and Nash meet when Nash brings his niece to the children's reading hour and there's an instant attraction.

Ms. Love and Ms. Evans have written another great addition to their series with great characters and a sweet and steamy story line. This was a delightful, quick read and I highly recommend it.

Nash was everything that Nora wanted. Just when you think your dream will never come true fate throws a miracle your way. I love how the attraction was instantaneous and the chemistry was hot. I also think that when Nash made his proposal about helping Nora have a baby was so unselfish but I'm also glad that he missed her and wanted to be part of their lives if she'd let them. Their love of books, family and each other made this story fantastic. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
