He's desperate to see Luna again. It might be the only thing keeping Alistair from giving up, because their situation looks grim. As he sits in the Captain’s seat, looking out at the vastness of space, he knows what was on its way.
The Commonwealth comes to take back what is theirs…
…and to wipe out the rebels for good.
How many will they bring?
Alistiar was wracking his brain on how to get out of this dangerous spot, and then he got the word.
The Primuses had escaped.
And they took Thoreaux with them.
There’s only one place they could have gone. CP36 was in range, but it’s not like most planets. This was a haven for crime lords.
How will they get Thoreaux back?
You’ll love this third installment, because this is a dual race against time that may be their last stand.
I used to deliver pizza. I was pretty good at it, too. I mean, it's not that hard, but if I'm not going to brag, who is, right? Anyways, so I'm delivering pizza while I'm in college, and my boss has been in the pizza industry like six years. He's supposed to graduate from college this year, and I ask him, what are you going to do after college? We're all supposed to go out and conquer the world right after college, so this guy has to have some kind of plan.
He looked at me like I was delusional.
"I'm a writer, man."
Those four words changed my life more so than anything else ever spoken to me. I'd always written, since I was twelve participating in online-wrestling forums in which you acted out your character. I wrote because it came naturally. Never once, in the entirety of my nineteen years did I think that writing could be a career though, until a Pizza Sage said those four words to me.
So what did I do? I went home and wrote a short story and immediately understood that I was the greatest writer to ever touch a keyboard. I brought it to the Pizza Sage and he told me what anyone could have told me--it was horrible. I might be dumb, probably am, but I'm also tenacious.
I spent the next seven years writing almost every day. My first novel grew to the length of 40,000 words, then I threw it away. My second novel grew to 140,000 words. I didn't throw it away, but it was rejected about 50 times by agents. My next novel ended up at around 55,000 words, which I showed to a few friends and shelved. Then I wrote Dead Religion, which is the only reason I have an author page at Amazon.
I have had four short stories published, paid and unpaid. 'Effects May Vary' won an award that was voted on by readers, which was pretty cool.
I'm currently getting my Masters in Business at the University of Georgia's Terry School of Business. I'm doing this in order to not deliver pizzas but still keep the lights on. I have a girlfriend who will soon be my fiancé, and after ten years, I imagine she's ready for that title.
Let the darkness rule , we all like to hate that one villian but as this story shows sometimes they beed to exist otherwise the hero just doesn't rise. Although darker, I like this book as it paints a realistic history where dark/grey/light co-mingle and there is no true hero or villian just action and a cause to believe that's right. Great storytelling and something different and engrossing the more I get into the series
Way darker than anything I've read by Anderle, but still with an underlying hope. As long as our heroes live, we continue to see that light at the end of the tunnel. I hope Alistair can get to his wife in the next three books, but I fear he will not until the end. In the meantime, this is an excellent story and I hope the writers can maintain their momentum while fleshing out this next trilogy.
I'm enjoying this series but it isn't holding me like some do so one star off for that, but it is well worth the read, the characters are reasonable well developed and other then the protagonist's unreasonable belief he can return to his wife once he is done, the story holds together rather well. And, I expect, we'll see him get back to her in some way by the end. So it is a fun series that I'm still going to finish I just don't feel driven to do so yet.
This series has interesting characters and an intriguing storyline. Some parts of this book makes you think about putting it down and reading something else, but then it gets interesting and is well worth reading. Lots of action and suspense to keep things interesting
Wow, Prometheus moves! Not just in battle either. The travels bring Pro & his team all over to save the life of Pro's right hand man, Thoreaux. But, will he bite off more than he can chew?
A high action, Love filled, installment. But it may not be what you're thinking...
Wow, wow, wow! Best book so far. Alistair became even more powerful, more godlike. And now he has an army of giants, who will die for him. Now, they are headed for earth to find his wife, Luna. Can't wait to read the next one.
In all the series I've read (many), normally the first book is the best, it has the main idea, which establishes the arc of the story. Not so with this series. I think books 1 and 2, were both mainly character development. Here in the 3rd book we reach the real story. The hero rises; enemies turn into allies. I look forward to how the story evolves.
This one was a lot shorter than I was expecting. However, the stakes and action in place were amazing. I like the new knights added to the war. I was hoping Aries would join the fight, but I understand all the same. This book wasn't much in character development but more of events taking place. But these events will lead to more growth in the future.

Could not put down once started. The action is top notch and the back stories for the characters are in depth and enjoyable. Can not wait for the rest of the series.
A gripping story that will keep you turning pages after page
I could not put this book down, as soon as I downloaded this book. I finished it the same night. Great characters with realistic situations and lots of action. I look forward to the next one 😀
Good series with a very imaginative premise. You have to love a hero with lots of hidden powers. My bit of criticism... too much crying, don't like an emotional vacuum but neither a crying baby... and what's with the obsesión with the heart rate?
Alistair was done for and The allmother gave him the power to win. This book was intense and Alistair got help from some unexpected sources . I'll be impatiently waiting for the next book in the series
Man what an ending. The authors do a really good job with pacing. The character development is well tempered with the action. Overall this is a fantastic scifi series.
For someone who is not not a true sci-fi fan, I am obsessed with this series already. I've finished the first three books in a week and can't wait to start the next. I'm a huge fan of David Beers, which is the only reason I started this series. His characters are always full of depth and complex. That is certainly true in this series. Tons of action to keep you reading late into the night. I highly recommend this series.
