Finn and Delaney... 4.25 stars!

I really enjoyed Finn and Delaney's story, especially how Delaney wasn't as TSTL as Grier in the previous book. The sex scenes in this one were seriously *steamy* (that motorcycle scene though🥵), while Finn was so deliciously dominant. I'm excited for Rylan and Clem's books next as we dont really know much about him yet!♡

Could of been better

Unfortunately for me this book had too much sex. I would've like to see more of them getting to know each other or something, instead of page after page after page of "mounting"!

Finn may be the Pack Beta but let me tell you he's no slouch! He is just as growly possessive as any shifter I've ever read! He has scented his mate and he WILL have her and keep her.

Delaney may be a human and until meeting Finn have had no clue about shifters but she's nobody's pushover. Just because he says mate doesn't mean she's going to agree...oh no Finn has to prove it and earn it, and of course he does!

Fair warning there are two scenes in this book that are SO hot you'll need a cold shower when you are done! Your only hints from me: a bathroom doorframe needs repair and who knew you could do THAT on a motorcycle! Enjoy 😉

Claiming My Mate is book 2 in the Ash Mountain Pack series and is definitely worth the 300 years that I had to wait for it...ok it was only a week but it felt longer. Instalove, dual virgins, no cheating, no om/ow drama, super hot and creative sex scenes. A happily ever after

Delaney finds herself in Ash Mountain when she needs to stop for gas and grab some food. The serene area catches her attention and being a photographer, she decides to make her way into the woods to take some pictures. It's here she stumbles upon a beautiful wolf...that isn't a wolf at all.

Finn is Slate's Beta and since Slate mated, the need to find his fated mate is starting to eat at him. He decides to go for a run and lo and behold catches the scent of his mate. Delaney is human though and it's going to take all of his charming personality to convince her to stay, mate, and be his forever.

“We’re fated, Delaney. We’re mates, and we’ll be mates for life. There will never be another for me, and no one, NO ONE, will ever love and care for you as much as I will. No one will be able to satisfy you like I can. I will care for you and protect you with my life. As long as we are together, you will never be alone again."

Love this cute series about shifters finding their fated mates. Not a whole lot of depth or plot but it's sweet and smutty and just what I want right now.

Delaney is passing through Ash mountain from a wedding she was working at and enjoying everything.. perfect view and somewhat nice peoples.. until she spots a wolf following her every move until he starts shifting into a human.. claiming shes his, Finn takes Delaney home after she faints and tells her about shifters and mates and tries to convince her to stay with him.. gjve him 3 days.. and it slowly starts to work until she takes off... now this tiny hiccup has Finn fighting harder for her to stay.

Also we get alittle of Delaney bestie and her mate.. i am ready for this one.

Finn is the beta of the pack which is plenty of responsibility for him. He loves his life but with his alpha finding his mate, the desire to find his own is driving him. Delaney never heard of this tiny town but she needed gas and had to stop. The beauty of the area compels her to take photographs and linger. When Finn catches her scent he can't stop himself from tracking her down, ready to claim her as his mate. She leads him on a merry chase and it was so much fun to watch! I love this series and I can't wait to see what else is in store for us with the Ash Mountain Pack!

Shaw Hart's book never been this H.O.T. This story was sexy beyond belief. I never thought that the book went from simple claiming into sort of kinky unbelievable sexy time (on a bike. While on the road. Frickin motor bike. While. On. The. Road. Driving) but hot beyond belief. The story itself was still stick to the mainframe of the series, about claiming. Still sweet and swooning, and now hot beyond belief.

The second book in this awesome series and is Finn and Delaneys story. She is town just for a little bit. When Finn catches her scent he knows immediately that it's his mate hes scenting and will do anything to keep her at his side. Such a great series and can't wait for the rest.

I loved reading this book. It grabbed my by the hormones and never let go. Oh yeah, that motorcycle scene, got it so right it brought back fantasies of my youth. smiling. This story was sweet yet wicked hot, and just so much fun to read. Yup, you just created a book stalking fan!! Looking forward to the next book. It they keep getting hotter, my reader will go up flames!!

Este es el segundo libro de la serie por lo que nos encontramos con Finn, el beta de la manada y Delaney, una fotógrafa que llega al pueblo a tomar unas fotografías al paisaje cuando de repente se encuentra con un gran lobo que dice que ella es su compañera.

Es una historia demasiado corta, como el primer libro, de 72 páginas por lo que todo sucede muy rápido. Todo va al grano. Hacia el final del libro te enseñan qué ha pasado 10 años después.

No hay mucho más que contar, la trama es muy sencilla y está narrada en primera persona por ambos protagonistas.

En general, no me aburrió, es solo que es muy meh y tiene sus cosillas pero me recuerda a las historias que leía hace muchos años por eso continué con esta serie.

Claiming My Mate is book #2 in the Ash Mountain Pack series.

If you've read book 1 (Which you should) you know what to expect from this book. However, this one turns up the spice some from the previous book. Let's just say I love me some motorcycle riding shifters! YUM YUM

I absolutely can not wait to read more in this series and my this author. I loved and wasn't expecting the end scene that sets up for book 3 but am now so excited to start it.

Claiming my mate is book two in the Ash mountain pack series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Finn is a wolf shifter that is eager to find his mate. Even more so since one of his best friends finally found his mate. Delaney never planned to stop in the small town of Ash Mountain. She doesn’t have much chance when hunger strikes and she needs to stop for food. But she doesn’t plan on staying long. That soon changes when she meets Finn.
The chemistry between Finn and Delaney is clear to see and I liked them as a couple. They made a cute couple.
I really liked the ending and the epilogue for this story. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

this book is bad like the others in the series, i barely remember what happened so i know it's very forgettable. mmc was a fed flag though here are some examples:

- “I cover her up, frowning as I take in her thin body. She needs to eat more so that she can carry our pups and I make a mental note to feed her often.”
- “I grin back, knowing that the full moon is tomorrow night and hoping that it helps me convince her that we belong together. If not, maybe the pup that I’m going to breed into her tomorrow night will convince her that she should never leave me.”

ummm what?? please make it make sense...



the motorcycle scene was good though. i wouldn't recommend this book if you're looking for a mindblowing shifter romance.

Hot DAYUM!! So much heat! Love, love, LOVED it!

Finn is the beta of the pack, but when it comes to his mate, hes 100% fierce alpha and he is singularly focused on claiming and breeding her. My ovaries melted.

My only complaint, very teensy weensy one, was that he didn’t tell Delaney that he was also a virgin. I think that would have made their connection even more powerful, if she knew that he hadn’t ever crawled on top of another woman, she was his one and only. However, it didn’t ruin the story, it was just a hiccup.

Double virgins so they belong only to each other and there’s no degraded and used past to worry about. No abuse. No cheating. No ow/om. HEA with epilogue 10 years out

Okay, it's like this, once I finished reading and reviewing 'Growling For My Mate' book one in the 'Ash Mountain Pack' series I devoured the other four one after the other. So please over look the other 4 packed into one review.

Each boom has its own synopsis/ story line. They are all full of instalove, faithful mates, with absolutely no cheating. Yes they are super sweet. But *fans self* have some very hot, steamy sex scenes. Best if all, each book has an epilogue flash forward by a time; then a 10 years in the future.

I have enjoyed a small glimpse into the Ash Mountain Pack and would be first on board to read full blown books with these characters and more.

If you more deets that make these story a whole. Your just going to have give it a read. I promise you will not be disappointed. I also noticed after the fact this series in in a box set.

Yes… the old 2 virgins have sex for the first time. He, as a matter of fact, has never had an erection before. So of course… she came more times than he could count. Oh, and they did it in at least 3 different positions before he came, including in front of a mirror. Because that is totally how virgins roll! Stupid!

Story.. like a lot of them,,, he recognizes his mate and falls instantly. She has amazing sex and is ahoy with him but makes some crazy excuse on her head for why they can’t be together. And… you can guess how it ends.

Si eres de esas personas a las que no les importa que todo se resuma en pocas páginas, estos libros son geniales, ya que estás súper resumidos, pero eso si, te deja con querer saber más a fondo ciertos datos que da el autor, pero que por obvias razones no salen, por las mismas temática de ser un libro extra corto, al final si te describen lo que pasa después de unos años y si es padre saber esa parte de ellos, ya que no obtienes la otra parte ✨

Le doy esas estrellas porque si esta bien resumido y si comprendes lo todo lo qué pasa ✨
