New Sentinels #7

Shaytan: The Final Wish

Rate this book
Angel and the other Sentinels are in pursuit of the remains of the now rogue black ops Lazarus Group and its leader, Xerxes, the ancient warlord who has used the enslavement of lesser Djinn for centuries to secure power and unnaturally long life.

Lazarus has teamed up with the nemeses of the Sentinels in a last ditch effort to awaken the last Greater Djinn, a Shaytan, to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat.

Fighting against overwhelming odds, the women find that they are not in this fight alone as Angel attempts pit her will, magic, and curse against a being who was ancient when the earth was young.

"Read via Audible" A great ending to a fun series. Introducing more extraordinary women into the story was fun although I would like to see the back stories on the other characters. I was a pleased as a platypus in as pond with the ending. I can't wait to see what is next in the Schuback collection.

Excellent finish

Well loved characters, well known enemies, new allies and more than enough magic and power to fill the world all gathered together in one place. A wonderfully exciting build up of tensions and expectations. This was indeed a glorious finish to a great series. Even the smallest thing, even just a mouse can bring down the mightiest of beings. Excellent story, great finish ..... or is it?

Different

This book is just as great as the others in the series; however in the beginning I felt it was a little hard to follow because it kept switching characters. I’m glad that they all came together in the end. I just wasn’t excepting it to jump through that many characters’ points of view, so it was a little confusing. Love the series! Wish we could get a few little side stories regarding some of the other characters, such as the bear and dragons or even Bindi
