This was another heart pounding installment in Valentine and Mera's journey and my goodness, I'm so ready for them to catch a real break and have an HEA ;) Banter, stubbornness, danger and the love of a strong and determined gal really made this a reading adventure. Add in the twists and that ending, well, I'm definitely on pins and needles waiting for the next chapter in their romance. All great fun and I can't say enough about how great this series has been for me :)

So where do I start? Valentine has been decapitated, Mera is beside herself, and Kresnik still wants the phoenix flame she controls. At one point Mera does solve the issue of Valentine being dead, though that doesn't go completely to plan. As they race to foil Kresnick's plan there are quite a few twists and turns that show up to derail them. They are in the final lap and it promises to be quite a conclusion with the next book.

Mera continues to step up and grow as a strong character. She doesn't want to be the one on the sidelines and is determined to prove that she is capable. Valentine is quite cold and reserved to start out-with good reason. He then starts to prove why he is the King and cements why we like him so much.

There is fantastic detail in this book and it is easy to see what is going on as you read. At some points, you do feel like you have been pulled in and are along for the ride. This is another very good book written by Bella Klaus and I can not wait to see what happens next. This would be a very good series to read if you are a fan of shifters/magic/vampires and steam!

I just finished this book, and boy am I angry! LOL! I want Mera and Valentine to get to a good place and stay there, but the author has other plans. In this latest, Valentine is back, but he still isn’t himself. Not only that, Kresnik is still after Mera so he can take over everything. Valentine doesn’t trust Mera, so it’s hard to work together. This is a wonderful addition to the series, and I love how interwoven everything from the other books is in this one. I hope there is an end in sight because I don’t know if my heart can take another book after the next one! LOL! Highly recommend. I was provided a complimentary copy which I voluntarily reviewed.

OMG, this was so freaking intense. I have to say that this is my favorite one out of the series. This cannot be read as a standalone, you MUST read the first 5 books to thoroughly understand what is happening. So much action, suspense, and a bit of relief until that epic cliffhanger. I so need this as a movie or show or something. This is such an amazing series

This is one hell of a ride. There’s ups and downs and twists and turns and you would think that by now Mera and Valentine to finally get their happily ever after but nope there are way to many obstacles in their way. Vampires, vengeful gods, there’s so much going on and this is a great addition to this incredible series.

I really don't want this series to end, but as far as I'm away after this book we only have one to go. The ending of book five was a total kick in the feels, without spoiling anything something devastating happens to Valentine and it's absolutely heartbreaking for Mera.

Mera gets stronger and stronger in these books, she's definitely grown as a character since the very first book and I'm absolutely loving it. A lot happens in this book from Kresnik, to Hades and everything in between. The reader is pulled along for the ride from start to finish, and it's a fantastic journey.

I'm really excited for the next book and can't wait to see how Mera and Valentine's journey finally ends.

This series is giving me grey hairs! Just when you think Mera and Valentine are getting to a good place, getting a happy moment, BAM! Something takes that moment away from them . I don’t know how much more my poor heart can take! That being said, I am loving the tourture this series is putting me through! The twists and turns, the emotional rollercoaster, I am here for it! This author is so talented at blindsiding the readers! Between decapitation, missing souls, plans falling apart, Kresnik hunting Mera, there are few quiet moments for these characters! This is a really well written series with an incredible storyline full of well developed characters. Watching Mera grow and come into herself through this series has been an absolute pleasure and I am so excited ( and nervous!) for the final book in this series!!

Rebirth of the Vampire King is Book 6 in this series and its definitely in no danger of running out of tension, pace and action. I was just as gripped by this book as I was the first. Just when it seemed Mera (FMC) was going to get her happy ending by Valentine being reincarnated by her Phoenix fire she comes up short because he's back but with no memories. Especially ones of her and what they shared. Which actually made my heart hurt for her. More so with everything she went through to get him back it just seemed a little unfair. The plot twists keep you guessing. Mera just keeps growing as a character from book to book and she's one hell of a stronger one as a result of it. Even more so with Valentine feeling like a cold stranger towards her. It's a brilliant series and I'm loving reading it. With that cliffhanger ending I'm looking forward to the next book

Oh my goodness this series is completely taking me for a ride! There are so many ups and downs and I am dying for Mera and Valentine to finally get their happily ever after but there are so many obstacles in their way that stops that from happening. You can't turn your back for a second without something else going wrong.

With all the obstacles in Mera's path I am absolutely loving this series! So much goes on in this book and I am dying to find out what will happen next for them and I sure hope that soon they will get to each other. Once again Mera is facing Kresnik but she is strong and will not stop at anything until she gets Valentine back, brothers be d*mned. I love that there is humorous banter in this book and be prepared for another killer ending that is so worth it! Mera will not stop until she has her Valentine back!

I couldn't put this book down...that's a first time that I'm saying this about these books in this series, but this book grabbed me as it picked up from the last and kept me page-turning.
Rebirth of the Vampire King picks up where book five left off with me practically screaming at the book...and the author...in my head. LOL! I was like...what?! No way!!! And I had to wait for the next?! Come on! Authors need to stop doing that, but hey...they know what they're doing when they have you clambering for more.
Things get crazy in this book in so many ways. Valentine, Hades - the demon King, the Mage king, too!! Did I chuckle when he gets some pain? Absolutely. LOL!
There is so much going on in this book and if you have read this series to this point...what are you waiting for? Grab this book! 5 out of 5 stars!

The story continues with Mera being hit from all side by challenges and difficulties - no one seems to be willing to give her a break. Not with Kresnik on the loose. Not with the strange behavior of Hades towards her. And especially not with this new version of reborn Valentine who is missing a vital piece of himself. However, I finally find some redeemable qualities in the vampire king again, even though Hades is fast becoming the most interesting character in the series for me, and I'd like to see where his scheming is going to - and whether there might be any real feelings from his side, hidden underneath the typical exterior of sexual innuendos, two-faced deals, large ego, and arrogance. Although I still feel like this series could have been shorter and not lose anything, it gets interesting again. Especially after that cliffhanger.

6 book in and this series still firmly holds my attention! I love it but with one book to go the enjoyment is bitter sweet. Mera never seems to catch a break yes she has managed to bring Valentine back but its not how she expected and certainly not going to plan!
Kresnick is still after her, Valentine isnt the same, her best friend is at deaths door as her youth has been stolen and oh yes more twists and turns mean life for Mera is just one danger filled rollercoaster
LOVE!!!!!! the Hades and Valentine banter
This is such a good series but be warned this one has teh best cliffhanger yet - yep if you thought book 5 was good or bad depending on your point of view this one takes it to another level!!!

Takes a battered heart to the limits

Mera, a phoenix fire user, and Valentine, undead Vampire king, were under siege in a place they should have been safe when tragedy struck. As the story progresses the battle rages beyond, an attempt to return seems thwarted, and even if the immediate problem is fixed the larger enemy remains. Bella Klaus’ Rebirth of the Vampire King takes a battered heart to the limits as Mera attempts to resurrect Valentine. The landmines they navigate will hopefully draw them closer so that they can survive the final battle.

I read this book with my Kindle Unlimited subscription and I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.

Plot twist central

I’m not sure I have ever read a series with so many twists and turns! Just when you think our FMC has got her love back something else happens!

And the ending, oh my that cliff was something I ran off of without thinking! (It hurt btw, I need the next book as a cure immediately, lol)

The plot is just insane full of craziness and I love it. I also love the development of our FMC throughout all of the books, its amazing to see how far she has come.

I’m still not the biggest Valentine fan (I’m a Hades stan forever, because omg Hades!), but the way his character is written for each of the stages across the series is brilliant.

Can’t wait for the next one, I need it!

Mera is finally has embraced her phoenix after Valentine's death. Everyone wants Mera because of her power, she loses it. Mera will finally be able to try to bring Valentine back, but his ashes go missing. Mera also has to deal with Hades as well. Mera learns that Valentine is back, but he is not the same man. Mera has a champion in her corner when dealing with Valentine and his brothers.
Mera is also trying to save her best friend. Mera is shocked to see her getting worse. Mera comes to realizes why she isn't.
Mera has to try to save herself and those she loves before everything is lost.

This was a good book. I am honestly can't wait for the end of series. Mera has slow developed into a stronger woman. Can't wait for Mera and Valentine to finally come together.

Ok I’m starting to get it!! Bella Klaus is just going to hit me in the gut with these unexpected twists. Finally get one thing straight in my head only for her to blow something else out of the water. And there is still one more book to go. It’s like a never ending cycle but I know there is an end in sight. I’m just not there yet. I am loving Mera, she has gone from a none player character to an I’m going to kick yours if you mess with me. She has definitely turned things around from the beginning. She has had some real character growth and that is good for such a longer series. I am excited to read more and ultimately sometime finish the series. But I will be sad to see it end.

Sixth book in a very intense action packed series. At the end of the previous book Mera finds herself betrayed again. And now Valentine has been decapitated. Is it even possible to bring him back with her fire? She will stop at nothing to bring him back. But that is only the beginning of this book. From there she will find all new pain is waiting for her. She must be strong and never give up. Kresnik must be stopped and destroyed. The whole world will be destroyed if he wins. From the start Mera has faced so much heartache. Can she never have a moment of peace and be with the man she loves? This isn’t the last book in the series but it does bring closure to several things.

just okay

I want Mera to act like she has some sense. Why does Mera always act surprised when people show their true colors? Valentine’s soul has been telling her to not trust anyone. Why did Valentine lose his memories but no one else who she resurrected? I’m so glad Kain stood up for Mera. Even though it wasn’t Valentine’s fault, he’s still mistreated her. Mera has slot going on but she’s not using common sense. Duh the new vampire was Drakonias And duh it was Valentines blood that revived him. It just made sense for her to burn him again with his soul. Saying he’s been through enough like she hasn’t.

OMG, Bella Klaus, you are killing me!!

I thought I was going to go crazy with the end of Passion of the Vampire King, and today I read Rebirth. Seriously girl, I am too blasted old for this kind of stress!

Once again, Bella Klaus brings nuance and intuition, then gives them a good hard tweak of supposition and surprise, leaving the reader with a dizzying headspin of Wait, WHAT??? Dear goddess, PLEASE bring me the next book SOON. And either pass the nitroglycerin or have the whoo whoo bus on standby, because these cliffhangers are going to be the death of me yet! LOL

Oh my goodness gracious do things heat up in this book. In true form there are many twists and turns, and delicious surprises along the way. Never doubt the heart and spirit of a woman in love. ESPECIALLY when said woman can turn into a fiery phoenix with all kinds of power. I cannot wait to see how this series will conclude, but be warned...once again there's a doozy of a cliffhanger. I enjoyed every moment of this gem, in particular the witty, sarcastic banter between Valentine and Hades LOL.

This is book 4 in this amazing series and it did not disappoint. It moved along at a great pace which was not too fast nor too slow, but just the right speed to make for a relaxing read. You will fall in love with these characters even more and no matter what happens you want to be on their side and the story will continue to keep you reading all the way till the end. You find yourself unable to put the book down until you finish the last page. This is a must read book and it needs to be on your TBR list, no doubt about it.

Whoa boy are there a lot of twists for Mera and Valentine in this new installment to saga. Valentine is finally back but he has no memory instead believing the horrid things his brothers are saying about her. Mera once again has to figure out what to do next in order to get him back while at the same time still in danger herself. Makes for quite the riveting read as the surprise come leading to doozy if a cliff hanger. Total must read series!. I totally loved it so I give it 4/5 stars.

Mera has finally started to become a queen

Now that she's broken free from her father's faction, and the shame of her past, she will rise like the queen she is. She will remind Valentine who and what she is, what they've sacrificed to come this far, and look at the world around her to enlarge her view. Mera, Valentine, Kain, and even Lazerus characters have reached a point where their characters evolution can make them into who they were always meant to be. If they can achieve it.

This is book 6 in the series and you definitely have to have read the previous 5 first.
Mera and Valentine just can't seem to catch a break at all, just when you think (and hope) they can, something comes along to derail them again.
Mera has such determination to keep Valentine alive and get him back to her.
The plot twists just keep coming and I am so hoping for a happy ending for Mera and Valenine, but with this series you just don't know what could come next!

Amazing book. I love this series. This is book 6 and it has taken us on one hell of a ride and is still as exciting as the first.
Mera and Valentines journey continues, beheadings and attempted theft ensues, but still happily ever after seems just out of reach.
Trust is fragile and easily broken but to hold it takes immeasurable strength and memories are easily forgotten and slip through fingers like sand.

Wow, this series just gets better, it’s so exciting I’m gutted I have to wait for the next part of this series. Mera is still trying to help Valentine whilst also trying to stop kresnik. Will she finally get her fiancée back? Will they defeat Kresnik?
Amazing story, plot and characters. Some sweet moments, with some hot moments. There were some heart breaking moments that set the scenes throughout, loads of angst. Highly recommend

🔥🔥🔥This book definitely has more fire than the rest. Mera is kicking a$$ in this book but Valentine struggles to trust her. It makes everything more difficult but she is determined to get to that happy place. Plenty of ups and downs with an emotional rollercoaster on the side. Beware the cliffhanger! When will they get a break?? This relationship has had more ups and downs than Ross and Rachel! Mera’s still trying to prove herself as a strong character. Valentine’s distrustful (I mean the guy was technically dead and his resurrection didn’t exactly go to plan, so you can’t really blame him). There’s also a madman intent on taking over the world still chasing after Mera...We’re also on the edge of a cliff ending. I need the final book!
