Grab the first three heart warming love stories in the Almost a Billionaire series today in one convenient (and money saving!) set!!
Book One: Finding Faith
Mary’s own mother was so awful that she vowed never to have any children of her own. That resolve destroyed Mary's last relationship, but she doubles down on what she does best: taxes and charity work. Since Mary inexplicably enjoys interpreting the inner workings of the tax code, she’s content with her life.
Mary doesn’t need a boyfriend.
Which is why, when a strikingly handsome electrician doggedly pursues her, she refuses to go out with him. But Luke doesn’t give up easily, and Mary surprises herself by agreeing to a first date. He puts a snap and crackle in her step that she's never had before. Mary giggles over texts like a teenager and counts the minutes until she gets to see him next.
Until an issue with her charity sends Mary to the front door of a travel-trailer... and hunky Luke answers her knock. Mary's excitement fizzles when Luke’s adorable children peek out from behind his legs. Luke's a widower, and Mary won’t go out with him now that she knows. After all, with her family tree, she has no hope of being a decent mother. And Amy and Chase deserve the best.
Only, Luke won’t let her walk away. He’s only working in Atlanta for a few more weeks, and he wants to spend them all with her. Can Mary find the faith in herself to enjoy the time they have? Or will her wounded heart send her running too soon?
Book Two: Finding Cupid
There are two things event planner Geo Polson will not do. She won't plan weddings, and she will not date. No exceptions.
Billionaire venture capitalist Trig Thornton doesn't live by hard and fast rules. After all, you don't finish first by staying in your lane. But when his best friend forces him to help plan a bachelor party, he doesn't expect to be smitten by the feisty wedding planner.
Geo's already broken one cardinal rule at the behest of her bestie. There's no way she's going to so much as bend another. But Trig isn't easily dissuaded, and he's made it his business to help Geo relax and have some fun. Will he heal Geo's wounded heart, or are her rules the only thing keeping her safe?
AND!
Book Three: Finding Spring
Trudy’s life is a wreck.
She has no job, no husband, no college degree, a sick son, and a stack of medical bills. Her family and friends keep trying to set her up, but Trudy turns them down flat. She’s got a foolproof plan this time around. She won't go out for so much as a latte until she graduates, finds steady work, and pays off all her debt.
Mr. Perfect will have to wait, because Trudy has no time for nonsense.
After weeks of looking, she finally lands a paying job. It’s only an interim assistant position, but it comes with medical insurance. Everything is going exactly according to plan.
Until she meets her new boss.
He’s hotter than an August day in Atlanta, and his expert flirting melts Trudy’s resolve. But can her boss really be Mr. Right if she meets him at the wrong time and in the wrong place?
Each book can be read as a stand-alone, and they are also perfectly intertwined to keep you involved in everyone’s lives. Whether they’re friends, family, or friends of family or friends, all of these people are linked together in one way or another. I really like how we still get glimpses of all the previous characters’ lives so we don’t miss out on anything important.
Each story is unique, touching, and executed marvelously. They all have their own brand of humor and I laughed and cried right along with the characters in the stories. I loved everything about these books and I’ve already recommended them to all my friends.
This series was probably the best buck I have ever spent in my life. I have thoroughly enjoyed all three stories. Clean and sweet romances with fun and witty banter that will leave you in a good mood. This was great for escapism. 4.5 stars
I love this authors style of writing! Within moments I’m transported to her stories. Check out this indie author! So many different genres and stories. She sure to keep you reading through the summer and beyond!
This was an OK set of contemporary romances. As is typical for a set like this, some were better than others. My overall rating for the set was 3.5 stars, rounded down to 3 stars.
All three stories were OK, but there was always some reason why the H or h was against a relationship. In one case, it was due to terrible parents, in another it was the death of a past love. They always eventually got past whatever the obstacle was, but encountered some relationship problems because of it. In one case, I really thought the obstacle resolution was a little too easy. I also thought that most of the couples fell for each other a little too quickly to believe, even though they often tried to resist their attraction.
If you are looking for clean romances, with no sex, this set of books would be a good choice for you. They are clean, but do not try to push religion/faith.
My rating system is below. 1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it. 2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws. 3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating. 4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one. 5 stars -- I loved it, and will probably read it again. Very few books are good enough to get this rating from me. The ones that do are usually classics.
The first book is about Mary. She is a very work oriented person. She grew up in a bad situation. But the love of strangers pulled her through it. When she was little she was given Christmas gifts from a charity. It kept her going. So as an adult she did the same for others. She meets Luke at a dinner she is asked to attend for work. They have great chemistry but with her hangups about kids will it work out?
Book two is about Geode. The very beautiful party planner. Who is friends with Paisley. Paisley is Mary's assistant. Geo doesn't do weddings but the amount of money she will get paid for this one makes her jump on it to help her mother with Alzheimers. She meets Trig the best man and all her well planned rules get blown away
Book 3 This book is about Truty who is Mary's sister. Her baby sister that she was more of a mother than sister too. After a messy divorce and dealing with a young toddler with type one diabetes she is finishing college and trying to do what is best for her and her son. When a dream job lands in her lap. And she takes a liking to her boss. Until the secret he is holding messes it up. Will they overcome?
I enjoyed all the books. A lot of the phrases and stuff seemed to repeat themselves. I did check a few times to make sure I didn't page back.
These are three distinct stories. The first is of Luke(a widower with children). He falls in love with a tax preparer and lover of children. They fall in love and have some challenges. Then Trig falls in love with drop dead gorgeous Geo. Geo lost the love of her life to an IED, she won't give him the time of day until Trig helps her with the wedding she's planning. And the last is of Luke's soon to be sister in law who has recently divorced a crappy husband and needs to stand on her own two feet. She has started a new job with Luke's brother Paul, who is using a fake name. The only thing I didn't like about these stories is they don't have a relationship with God at all. You can be a good person without Him, but, then what the point. I will read more of her books because she keeps it clean and that's my absolute must.
This is such a fun set of "almost" billionaires! Can't perceive that amount myself. This is such a good set because you can just go from one book to the next and there is carry over of characters from one to the other. Great character development and fun, yet at times with suspenseful and heart rendering moments. Just good, clean reading to pass some time, read and enjoy. VICKI FROM WYOMING
I loved, loved, loved the Finding Home Series. Each narrative was delightful, funny, and entertaining. Additionally, the characters exuded chemistry galore! The author's use of imagery and other descriptive devices helped to create a lively tone throughout the series. I liked all three of the novels.
Once I found this series, I completely devoured it! (In fact, I've enjoyed all of Bridget's books that I've read :) ) Each book is a separate tale, but continues the overarching story in that universe. Likeable characters, easy clean reads with satisfying conclusions. I thoroughly recommend and you'll no doubt be reaching for the next three once you've read these, I was.
Sweet, clean, billionaire romances. Each can be read as a standalone, although some cameos in series so fun to read in order. These are all clean and nothing more than a kiss - and nothing is implied either. A really great series to read, and what's better than a boxset so you can binge the first 3!
What a wonderful series. I'm completely hooked. You are one of my FAVORITE authors. I will be anxiously awaiting any and all of your continual series. Thank you so much, you're very talented...
This series was so good that I read it really fast! I cant wait for Brekka's story. All the characters are caring, generous people. Highley recommend to everyone.
Would recommend this series to anyone who wants a laugh out loud book that has you routing for the main characters... Billionaire. finds his match in a single we working girl who turns hs life upside down. The high jinks and banter makes this series an easy read.. Curl up and enjoy..
All of these books were amazing! I loved how these stories all connected and we got to see new and old characters in each book! I highly anticipated the next book and tried to guess who would be the hero and heroine! Must read!
This box set had me reading it straight through, I was laughed and had many awe moments in each story. Very sweet stories full of love and friendship. Thanks for great stories I’m ready to start book 4 now.
I really enjoyed these three stories. The characters are well developed with real problems. I liked that the stories were clean with no swearing or sex. Each story has a HEA. I listened to them on audio and the narrative was excellent!
I had previously read the first book in this box set and never picked up the following books. I was very happy to pick up this box set! The next two books were very satisfying! Enjoyed it all.
