The Final Dungeon will test them. With Somnia coming apart at the seams as the virus rampages, Murmur desperately plunges through the portal to save Sinister, Fable close behind.

James' entrance into the game has added yet another problem for the development team.

Meanwhile, Jirald takes his vendetta to the next level, doing everything he can to sabotage the raid.

Allies and friends clash as uncertainty hangs over access to the final dungeon. The virus has figured out how to access some headsets, risking potentially millions of lives. AIs and Somnia evolve further, but taking their own fate into their hands is harder than anticipated.

With everything on the line, they only have one chance to succeed.

Wipe, and everything dies with them.

KT Hanna has a love for words so extreme, a single word can spark entire worlds.

Born in Australia, she met her husband in a computer game, moved to the U.S.A. and went into culture shock. Bonus? Not as many creatures specifically out to kill you.

When she’s not writing, she freelance edits for Chimera Editing, and chases her daughter, husband, corgi, and cat. No, she doesn’t sleep. She is entirely powered by the number 2, caffeine, and beef jerky.

Note: Still searching for her Tardis

What an awesome series!

The unique way it ended made me happy, but I have so many questions... so, I've my fingers and toes crossed, that K.T. Hanna has written a short or something about Wren, Harlow, Somnia and most important of all, Snowy.

It's over. It's all over. I know it's sunk cost fallacy, again with a litrpg series, but I just keep pushing myself through, hoping it will get better. It didn't. This whole series could have, and should have, been wrapped up in 3 books max. This last one had so much repetition. Murmur doing the same things over and over, the raid saying the same things over and over, Somnia saying the same things over and over. Nauseating repetition. And then the ending! After all that build-up Jirald kills Murmur, and you know nothing happens because she's instantly resurrected. And she takes down Jirald, and that's that. He's forgotten about for the remainder, no follow up. Michael turns out to just be a grind, a boring grind, again he's defeated and.... nothing. There's no follow-up. No what happens next. No pay off at all. So sad. These authors just can't figure out how to end things properly, so they just cut it off. Save your time and don't read these books.

Loved

The entire series was awesome. This author has a writing talent that is unmeasureable. I enjoyed the series from the first to the last book. Can't wait to see more from this author

Overall I guess the series is ok. The world is fascinating and the plot interesting. But it was also flawed in that even though the villains got some scenes barely any attention was really paid to the rest of Murmur's guild. Even her love interest only got the scenes alongside the main character for the most part. I get that they are supporting characters, but they are with her so much I feel they deserved more than a short description and a name. C0me to think of it I am not entirely sure all eleven characters of the core group were even named.
Furthermore, the author puts a lot of thought into the abilities the MC acquires as she levels up and then doesn't mention or utilize them ever again. For example, Murmur gets a spell called Clone which creates a weak copy of herself and then a few chapters later laments the lack of mirrors in the world because she couldn't see she how good her new armour looked while wearing it \_("/)_/ There are several fights where I think she could have used some different spells and then doesn't which seems dumb and frustrating.
As I said overall the series is ok, it started strong with an interesting premise and a fascinating world, but the last half of the series lacked polish and the supporting characters suffered from not being developed enough. Individually the books rated 3.5 to 4 stars but the series taken as a whole I'd only rate as 3. That might not make sense to you dear reader, but I enjoyed the books for the most part but thinking back on them the glitter starts to rub off.

Solid ending to a great series. I really liked how each evil characters' loose end was progressively addressed one by one. (Can't say much more without giving it away). I thought the Achilles heel for the big bad guy was brilliant and it made me smack myself in the forehead and say "I should have seen that coming". Although I will say I thought the group was in more danger from bosses leading up to that fight and never really felt as if the group was in real danger with the big bad battle.

My only real critique to the series is that I felt it could have been one book shorter which isn't a big deal. However, I didn't feel a sense of closure at the end of this final book. It was just an abrupt ending in my mind.

Good series, good ending, just left me hanging a bit wanting to know more.

A decent end to the series all around. I appreciate the slight question of philosophy and despite and going into the question creating an answer to avoid discussion. This series is true LitRPG to the core and while there were certain aspects of world building and character (non game) progression it wasn't too heavy on that. I might've liked to learn a bit more about the world and the apparent horrid state of the planet, but ah well. A decent read if this is your genre.

Great book

The only thing that bothered me about the book was the witch being persistently referred to as 'they' vs he or she. Inclusion is great and all but it really distracted from the story. Could have just said the witch and it would have been far more readable. Every time they came up ,the grammar felt wrong.

Who knew that what started with a fairly shaky start (ie: bk2) would turn out to be a fantastic series!
What a great wrap-up to an action-packed series. As Murmur and Somnia the AI discuss the future and what it means for everyone.

And Andrea Parsneau gives us another Stellar performance which ends on a perfect note!

Fantastic

For anyone who plays or played MMORPGs, this series will remind you of the best and worst of those experiences, yet leave you feeling understood and loved. It also made me miss my crafters!
