I thought this would at least be fun to look at. Most every other bento recipe book I have looked at had at least one easy recipe or lunch box add-on that was doable...a rabbit apple slice or carrot flowers or something. This is all professional level portrait making. If you are quite good at Bento art already and really into Disney, this might appeal. But this is beyond me and would be quite wasteful to attempt when my kids wouldn't even eat it.
