My girl CC found this book while we, at Shh… [Smut, Heroes & HEAs…] with Alessandra, were looking for a “Off-TopPick Cock comment” book cover. Needless to say this was our crowned winner.

I learned a lot about early bodybuilding magazines and the history of the US post office as a censorship apparatus from this one.
There's a nice variety in the photos chosen, which I consier a plus.
I do wonder though, why is any expression of male nudity immediately assumed to be homoerotic? I mean yes, the pics in this book are from gay mags, I know, but I do wonder why women are never considered as an audience? Are they this disinterested in men's bodies, or is it just sexism again? I don't know, this occured to me when reading and I find it odd is all

Well, trust me, I'm all about the third leg, anytime but this wasn't as exciting as the book of breasts.
The breasts had something to read, the penises however, were just a bunch of peckers on stills except VERY few pages of reading material.. They were lovely to look at but, some more text would've been nice.
Also, whatever the book shows, bigger is not always the better, in my opinion...

I'm a huge fan of the perverts at Taschen who collect and curate what most would discard as merely obscene and instead present it in an authentically artistic context. Pages and pages of big dicks may tire the reader's eye, but I appreciate what went into collecting these vintage images.
