Cameron Burgress was ready for a new start.

New city, new job, and maybe one day, a new love. She just didn’t realize how quickly that could all happen until she walked into a tattoo shop, finally ready to get the ink she’d wanted since her fiancé died, nearly four years ago.

Ethan O’Neill had everything. Until one day, he didn’t.

After an off-ice injury stripped him of his hockey career, he started over in life, pursuing his other passion—tattoos. He’d never been the kind of guy to want to settle down, but that all changed one day, when a knock-out beauty strolled into his shop and into his life.

An instant attraction and a little bit of ink is the perfect mix for two people ready for change.

Until You by Samantha Lind is part of the Happily Ever Alpha World.

Cameron (Cam) Burgress lost her fiancé three and a half years ago. He was the love of her life but she is finally ready to move forward. She moved to Nashville. New city, new job, new life. Its what she needs. Only after being there for a couple of days, she meets tattoo artist, Ethan and with one touch, she knows that this might also be the start of new love.

Ethan O’Neill is a former professional hockey player. When his career ended with an injury, he thought his life was over but now he is a successful tattoo artist. The day Cam walked into his shop, he felt it, that special spark, and he knew that he needed to get to know this woman. He has never been interested in a relationship in the past but one touch and he knew that his life was about to change.

This is a quick, sexy, sweet story of finding a chance for love, second chance in Cam’s case, when you least expect it. Of not being afraid to reach out and grab at happiness when it’s in front of you.

Got to the memorial tattoo for her dead ex that the hero had to tattoo on her and I said I am out! Can’t imagine him having to look at that guys name on her body the rest of his life. Totally not my jam. Peace out.

It’s been three years since heroine lost her fiancée Ben to cancer. She is relocating to be near her best friend Lily and there she meets our hero hot tattoo artist Ethan and she finds true love again. Sweet and emotional love story. Both hero and heroine were loving and caring. Especially Ethan who helped Cam deal with her loss and heartbreak. I wish it had a cute detailed epilogue with babies though. The fact that they had a baby boy and they named him after Ben was heartwarming.

This is the story of Ethan and Cam...

This was a beautiful and emotional story but also a sweet story about how love can mend the broken parts on our souls and heal the pain of the past...

Cam lost her fiance, Ben, who died of cancer and it nearly destroyed her. She became a shell of herself, existing but not truly living; she didn't date at all and only worked, which she loved to do because it's to help kids who need it at school...

Until one day, she decides she needs to move on and start living again, as that's what Ben would have wanted for her so she decides a fresh start without the past in her face all the time would be good for her and after talking to her best friend, Lilly, yup guys, our girl from "Until Lilly" from Aurora Rose Reynolds's Series is here :)

Cam and Lilly have been best friends from college, so Lilly knows everything from Cam's past as Cam knows Lilly's own turbulence beginning with her husband, Cash and when she had to raise their daughter without him the first few years of her life; just go read "Until Lilly" and you'll get the gist of why that was, you won't regret it because that book has everything you need to read in a good story ;)

Anyways, Cam moves closer to Lilly, and decides to finally get a tattoo to always remember Ben... bet she never imagined meeting Ethan, her second chance at love, her Boom at the tattoo parlor that Lilly suggested and the tattooist that Cash referred them too... everything happens for a reason and it was fate aligning these two's stars to meet each other <3

I loved the epilogue, it was profound and beautiful even though it was short, well at least for me since I didn't want it to end ;) I also loved how understanding and supportive Ethan was to Cam's feelings and how he understood, once they confessed their true feelings, that the love that Cam felt for Ben is different from the love she feels for him, but in a good way. I loved how he respected that Ben would always somehow be part of their lives, considering that if Ben was still alive, Ethan would have never met the love of his life, his Boom (since he thought he would never settle, always remaining a bachelor, how fate proved him wrong, ha, ha) so despite of his death and being Cam's first love, he never felt like a second choice, he knew the difference and showed Cam how much he supported her, understood that she would have moments where she would probably be nostalgic then keep moving forward, cherishing her, and loving her <3 He honestly was an amazing character as well as Cam, who was strong despite everything and finally took the reigns of her life and chose to live and learn to give yourself a chance to love again... and she did and got her happily ever after with Ethan <3 <3

Cam moves to town to get a frest start after losing her fiancé a few years ago. She is ready to start new, and she does. She wants to get a tattoo to honor her late fiancé, and that is where she meets Ethan, he helps design the tattoo she wants to get. They have instant chemistry, like it just snaps all over. From the moment she gets her tattoo, they are inseparable.

This was my first book by this author. I know, I know…finally got out from under the rock. Great storyline, all the sweet feels and emotions. A sweet dirty talker, insatiable couple, with an epilogue and hea.

Until You is a sweet second chance love story that makes you melt... in a good way.

I'm normally picky about second chances, especially since I have lost a fiance myself before I found love, but this is a great story of how when you find true love... nothing stops it. And sometimes people are lucky to find it twice... like Cam and like me.

Thank you Samantha for an amazing read that belongs in the ARR kindle world perfectly!!!

Not a bad read. It was quick, sweet and sexy. Ethan and Cam were a nice, easy going couple. Ethan didn't come off as a former playboy at all. This book had absolutely no drama.

What is it about tattoo artist books that gets a girl hot and bothered. Not sure but 'damn'.

I thoroughly enjoyed this addition to the Happily Ever Alpha Kindle World series and seriously enjoyed this authors book. She has told a great story and shows her talent in drawing the reader (me) into her story.

Great characters and good storyline. Well worth reading.

What a good story. Samantha always keeps it true, simple and believable. She hits you on a personal level and pulls her tragedy from everyday subjects and makes it real. In other words something you can relate to and identify with. Her plots aren’t outrageous or absurd but her words reach in and touch the deepest inner parts of you.
This story hits all those levels. It brings, romance, sex (but not gratuitous, it’s written beautifully), some angst, and some tragedy. It truly tugs at your heart.
You want to know these people and be friends with them. I fell in love with Cam and Ethan. So will you. This story is a quick read. I read it in one sitting. Do yourself a favor and read this book. You will truly enjoy Ethan and Cam’s journey.

Sigh.... I feel like I'm being so picky because I love the original series and the guys so much.
I know that these little shorts aren't written by the same author and they aren't supposed to be exactly like the Mayson's... but kind of they are. I miss the BOOM, and the alphaness of them.
In this one.... Cam moves to Nashville for a job, and to be closer to Lily... who didn't feel like Lily to me, at all. Having lost her fiance a few years ago to cancer, it was quick and the move was supposed to be a fresh start. New job, new city, new life, right?
Well.... that's where she meets Ethan.... a tattoo artist that knows Cash and Lily. He agrees to do Cams memorial tattoo for the fiance.

It wasn't a bad story... it was short and to the point, but it felt a little forced to me. Like, after they have a dinner date and go have sex... they confess their feelings to one another, and Ethan said something like.... Don't know what it is about you, but I really like you, or something along those lines and Cam's like..... why, Ethan.... did you just ask me to be your girlfriend?
Did he though? Cuz, that came out of nowhere to me lol if I had sex with a guy and he's like, hey, I like you.... and I was like... Yay, does this mean I'm your girlfriend?? I'd expect him to call a buddy and report a stage 5 clinger. Ethan just agreed though, so.... cool, I guess .....

Other than that, and the rapid pace everything seemed to happen.. We get no depth to Ethan.... he played hockey, got hurt and now he's a tattoo artist. That's it. There was nothing to him..
He was sweet... maybe even too sweet... I dunno... this one just didn't work for me.
I seem to be in the minority on this one though, so.... sorry!
Maybe the next one will be better?

I am going to say this fully understanding why y’all are going to want to slap me. But this is the first Samantha Lind book I’ve ever read. I know. I KNOW. What the heck is wrong with me? How am I JUST NOW reading this amazing author? I’m going to be completely honest, as soon as I finished reading this book, I went and “one clicked” a minimum of 5 of her books. Yes. She’s THAT good.
Story Line: So, the back story to Cam is super sad. She marries her high school sweetheart and then tragically loses him to cancer. And it takes her every bit of 3 years to even consider moving on from her beloved Ben. She then decides to move to Nashville where she meets Ethan at a tattoo shop. This is also where she gets her memorial tattoo dedicated to her late husband. From the moment these two meet, there is crazy electricity between them that neither can ignore. Thus begins their “Boom”. What was really refreshing for me as a reader was that no one was trying to kill anyone! And before you guys all jump down my back and say mean things, I LOVE drama. But it was refreshing to read a book, for a change, that didn’t have that type of element to it. The emotional turmoil for Cam was plenty of drama for me.
Interaction: I have been convinced that my hubby is the most patient and easy going man on the planet. Ethan definitely gives him a run for his money. He is so sweet and caring with Cam – even as she cries and mourns another man. A lot of alphas in these stories get so jealous when another man so much as glances at their woman. Granted, death is different, but still. If Ethan had been jealous of Ben, as crazy as it sounds, I would have understood that reaction too. But no, Ethan is the perfect male specimen. He is everything Cam needs him to be and so much more. Their relationship builds at the perfect pace. There’s honestly not one negative thing about it I could say. Other than, I wanted to keep reading their story long after I finished it.
Laundry: Okay, guys. Seriously. Samantha Lind can write some dirty, intense laundry! It was incredible. There was tender and then there was naughty. The best of bold worlds. Oh, my Jesus. It was so damn delicious. The book ended and I was like, wait. Give me one more scene! Just one! Yep – that good.
Depth: Like I said earlier, there isn’t depth in the same sense as other Happily Ever Alpha books I’ve read. No one was out to kill anyone or seek revenge. This book as emotional depth. I found myself literally putting myself in Cam’s shoes and wondering to myself, what would I do (God forbid) if I lost my husband like she did? And I found myself tearing up a few times. Because for those of us who are married, this is a very real fear we have. Losing your better half to something so painful as cancer, really strikes a chord and makes you want to appreciate what you have just a little bit more. This tough topic was handled beautifully and respectfully.
I honestly cannot rave enough about this amazing addition to ARR’s Happily Ever Alpha world. It was the perfect mesh of characters and a fantastic story to read. It releases on April 3. Add it to your TBR list today!

Sometimes a change of scenery and a new job is exactly what you need to begin the next chapter in your life. That is what Cam Burgess thought when she moved to Nashville where she accepted a job with a student advocacy center, and she is also looking forward to spending time with her college roommate Lilly, who lives there with her family. She is still grieving the passing of her fiance, but she hopes that one day she will meet someone as wonderful and special as he was. Cam is thinking about getting a tattoo to honor the love she had with her fiance, and she is not sure she will be able to tolerate the process, but fortunately for her, Lilly’s husband is good friends with the owner of the tattoo shop, so he called ahead and told his friend to take good care of her. He did more than take care of her; he captured her heart.

Ethan O’Neill spent his whole life playing hockey and was even good enough to play in the NHL, which brought him to Nashville where he played for the Predators. A freak accident put an end to his career, so he decided to combine his love for art and drawing into opening his own tattoo shop. He loves having his own business and he has met a lot of interesting people. He misses playing hockey but he is still friends with his old teammates. He never had time for a serious relationship, but that all changed when Cam walked into his shop. She was a breath of fresh air; a natural beauty, and Ethan had never been so attracted to someone this quickly in his entire life. He knew then, that Cam’s tattoo will be the most important one he will ever create.

Will Ethan create the perfect tattoo for Cam and will he sweep her off of her feet with his kindness and love?

We all love happy endings and when the couple has overcome so much, as with Cam and Ethan, it is the best kind of happiness. They weren’t looking for love but with one look, they knew love had found them. “Until You” is a sweet and tender love story which tugged at my heart and made me smile. Samantha always gives us romantic and passionate stories and this is no exception.

I was pulled right into this super short story. The story has pain, and sweet love.

If you have not read the below I would recommend reading them first if you want the full stories of the Until series by Aurora Rose Reynolds as these novellas take place in the same series:
Until November (Until, #1)
Until Trevor (Until, #2)
Until Lilly (Until, #3)
Until Nico (Until, #4)
Until July (Until Her #1)
Until Jax (Until Him #1)
Until June (Until Her #2)
Until Ashlyn (Until Her #3)
Until Sage (Until Him #2)
Until Harmony (Until Her #4)

This is Cam and Ethan’s story. These two have both lost something. They are now looking to move forward. Cam lost her fiancé when he died almost 4 years ago. Ethan lost his career after an injury. When Cam moves to town and enters a tattoo shop she meets Ethan. They have chemistry and are not afraid to start something. After all they both know how crazy life can be. These two are made for each other and know just how to show it.

I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read.

I highly recommend this book.

Until You was overall an enjoyable, quick read but sadly it is not one of my favorites in this series but let me make it clear I did like it I just didn’t love it. It felt that the writing just didn’t flow as well as I had hoped it would, and it very well could be an it’s me not the book thing. My heart broke for Cameron and all that she had lost and I loved the connection she had with Ethan. Ethan had seen the Boom happen to others but until it happened to him he didn’t fully believe in it. I liked the way that Ms. Lind allowed Cameron to openly grieve and that Ethan never tried to get her to move past it by pressuring her, that he was just there for her period. Until You may not have been my favorite but it was still one I enjoyed.

I really enjoyed reading this Happily Ever Alpha book. It is amazing how this writers gave us stories about insta-loves that work so well and perfect. This is the story of Ethan and Cam both lost something precious in their lives and are starting or already started new period in their life in a new place. After that spark and chemistry pulled them to eachother they start a wonderful, supportive and passionate relationship that everyone wants to have. Just beautiful and touching...my favorite Samantha Lind book.

This is a sweet lovely story. Cameron moves to be closer to her best friend after her fiancé died.
She wants to get a memorial tattoo for him and while there meets the handsome tattoo artist Ethan. Instant attraction I mean they were holding hands after only just meeting. They are a lovely couple and he’s a great man, so understanding with helping her with her loss.
