Jamie Sobrato has dreamed of being a writer ever since composing her first bad poetry at the age of 8. Now that she’s seen 18 of her novels published in the US and around the world, she’s grateful for those grade school teachers who had the grace not to cringe at her early efforts. Originally from Louisville, Kentucky, Jamie now lives in Northern California, where she is at work on her next book. When she’s not writing, she is usually reading, hiking, or hanging out with her two kids.

An American emigre in Europe for 5 years moves from country to country, blogging about her travels and her sexual exploits. She hooks up with a CIA operative when her last boyfriend is caught up with terrorist activities. Plot was neat, but the book wasn't all there for me. Perhaps it was the aspect that Ariel had sex and then wrote about it anonymously online, but the sex to me was described very mechanically. Maybe it's because both Ariel and Marc tended to have long thought monologues with themselves while they were giving head. Really?? That just got annoying.

Okay book. Another Harelquin Blaze book. About a girl who blogs her sexlife but runs into trouble when her she breaks it off with a terrorist in Greece and meets and undercover CIA operative. It was okay. Not a stellar book.

Ariel Turner is sleeping her way across Europe and blogging about it on the way. Of course CIA operative, Marc Sorrell is interested in her for her links to a former terrorist conquest. If you skip the plot, it is fairly steamy.

It was fun. I chose it because she was a traveling blogger. Hello, I totally sympathize with that. It was okay but like most art about someone promiscuous (i.e. the movie Spread) the lead character totally changes, which I don't dig.
