1. Las 21 Leyes Irrefutables del Liderazgo
2. Desarrolle El Líder que Está en Usted.
3. Las 17 Leyes Incuestionables del Trabajo en Equipo.

Estas obras del Dr. Maxwell, como la mayoría de sus trabajos, se caracterizan por poseer (entre otras) las siguientes virtudes.

1. Lenguaje claro, directo y sencillo.
2. Expone su filosofía y principios apoyándose en ejemplos y anécdotas extraídos de la vida real.
3. Su estilo pedagógico incluye pequeños párrafos que resumen los principios fundamentales de su filosofía.

It is quite amazing how John Maxwell uncovers the principles of leadership that are both constant and irrefutable. Such principles I learned from this book that they work everywhere for everybody that makes the necessary sacrifice to learn them. Whether in a context of family, personal or business life, these principlies when applied they separate leaders among and or from followers. Instead of pointing fingers to lack of leadership, now every one of us can use this toolbox of leadership to develop our leadership careers. (To be continued ...)

Great book for those who are interested in learning about leadership. This is three books in one and some of the stories are repeated from one book to another. That is my only criticism of this book. Lots of amazing information and insight.
