Thank God I finished it.
I started it last year in March and thought I will get to read it soon because it doesn't have many pages but man oh man I was wrong. It didn't impressed me. I'm sorry. I actually thought of dnf-ing it a few times but pulled it through.

Not as good as her other books
The story was short and confusing in the first few chapters. Three point of the story didn't make sense. There was no explanation for done things just confusing

Sacrifice, but at what cost?
Leaders need to heed their council; otherwise, the path taken may not be the path needed.
An interesting take on the classic Romulus and Remus tail, er, tale.

A nice short story has some drama, I enjoyed the glimps into this world it is a good novella stand alone part of the larger story arc!

A purposeless story, unless you like stories encouraging you to hate your father. A senseless death and a withering life.
