Recently a niece told me that like many of her friend's she doesn't know how to use spices. This book is an easy solution to that problem with its description of some spices from around the world and provides easy to follow recipes. I believe that it is very useful to the beginning cook.

An excellent reference book, well written, with fun recipes and interesting facts. This book will defiantly have a place in my kitchen.
