This book directs readers to read it all the way through once to familiarize themselves with the structure and exercises before actually doing any of the program. I’ve just finished my preparatory read-through, and I think the program will be helpful, though I think the authors may be a bit absolutist about a few things. I’ll see how I feel once I’ve gone through the program in detail, which I suspect will take at least a few months, probably longer. I’ll try to remember to come back and update my review when I’m done.
