Love the setting. Like the characters. But...really? The plot is the same for each book. I just read the synopsis for book #4...yup. Olivia is accused of murder...again. Come on, vary the suspects!! If I had been accused of anything three times, I think the police might be watching me extremely carefully. I wouldn't want the Italian police watching me at all. Will I read #4? probably because..well..I like the setting, but not really for the mystery and that is a pity

Another wonderful visit with Olivia and the Tuscany wine makers. I really enjoy this series. I love the descriptions of the countryside, the wines and the food. I'm not a wino but this series makes me want to try it a little more. This time a critic is killed and Olivia has to save all of the wineries. In addition to that, Matt, her ex, shows up with his new girlfriend in tow making Olivia's life miserable. There's also more romance. Will Olivia & Marcello ever become more than employer/employee? And you have to love the goat! Erba is definitely worth reading the series for. Great foil for Olivia. Really good cozy!

Picked back up a previous series. Pretty similar to previous books, but cozy and clean.

Murder, a love triangle, a new wine, and Erba the goat...what's not to line about Book 3 in this Cozy Mystery series? When Olivia creates a rose wine using grapes allocated for another project, she panics. Turns out no one is upset when her creation is hailed by her bosses as the next great release. This gives Olivia hope for her dreams of making her own wines with her newly purchased property.

When an influential and well-known critic visits the winery to review their wines, the pressure is on. When he is killed by his poison pen after posting his reviews, the detective's eyes fall again on Olivia.
Can she dig into the critic's personal life to find out why he gave them such a horrible review along with a string of other award-winning vineyards in the area? Or will they be ruined, or worse, incarcerated? Excellent, quick read in a truly wonderful series.

While I love listening to a story about a woman in her 30s taking chances and living out her dream abroad, this series is becoming frustrating. The main character has not developed, making the same mistakes and assumptions as each previous book. The same goes for the local police investigator.
A male character however does learn from their mistakes and makes different choices. So while I was originally basking in the delights of reading about a flawed adventurous woman and feeling as though these were feminist books, it’s beginning to feel boring and possibly subtly and probably unconsciously misogynistic.
Just begun the next book as I was hoping (again) that things would change, but it’s the same mistakes and assumptions right away from the lead. While I want flawed characters, I also want them to learn and grow, especially as a main character.

A solid sequel, this book follows Olivia Glass, American sommelier in Italy, as she solves the mystery of the cranky wine critic found dead in his hotel room the morning after posting a terrible review on her wines. The mystery and it's solution was probably one of Fiona Grace's best so far. I did chuckle a bit when I read that Olivia's random experimentation lead to a breakthrough new rosé wine - hard to believe from a newbie, but I've never made wine, so who am I to say. The potential love triangle was interesting and actually not very complicated by the end, but a fun twist. Overall, this was a fun, light read and I recommend it to anyone who loves a cozy mystery.

I received a free ARC from Booksprout and have reviewed it willingly.

I really like this series. The scenery, food, wine and overall great characters. I enjoyed traveling around Tuscany, in this book, and the different wineries gives you a look into the culture of area. Olivia is finally getting her footing in Italy and here comes Matt. He was so bothersome and became a borderline stalker. I’m glad she found her voice with him. The rival bakers are a hoot. Who throws perfectly good Ciabatta rolls at a person? Erba is still my favorite and I would love to know if the arugula is the cause of her “aggressive” head butts.

Visit Florence and wineloving Tuscany with Olivia and Erba!
This is a perfect book for when you are stuck to your own home and neighbourhood, like now. But be aware: you might sense some jealousy when reading about Olivia visiting Florence!
Her visit to Florence is so well written, it almost feels as if you are there with her. Seeing the sites, visiting a museum, buying a beautiful souvenir.
And learning even more about winemaking.
Who would have thought that, this time, little goat Erba catches the killer!?

This may be my favorite so far of the Tuscan Winery cozy mystery series by Fiona Grace. The writing is so well crafted with characters you just want to meet in person. Olivia is the somallier at La Leggenda winery where they were awaiting a famous wine critic's visit. Olivia has crafted a new Rosé blend so feels her reputation is on the line. When the critic turns up dead, Olivia's nemesis detective Caputto's investigation drags on leaving Olivia no choice but to conduct her own investigation to save the winery. Such a fun romp to the solution!

Aged for Mayhem is the third book in A Tuscan Vineyard Cozy Mystery series.

Have a glass of wine and enjoy this entertaining cozy mystery. I am loving this series and want to visit Tuscany for myself to experience its wonders. Meanwhile, poor Olivia has to solve the death of a wine critic who happened to criticize her wine. This story has humour, murder, food, wine, mystery, suspense, a nasty ex, a possible romance, and Erba the goat!
I read and reviewed this book with no obligation.

Once again, I can say that I enjoyed the book up until the inciting incident which was quite predictable. I do not think the writing is clever in finding a way to put the protagonist in the mayhem. Again I think this book should have been a romance novel or perhaps a suspense novel with the detective as one of the main protagonists.

I love this series. I fell in love with it from Book 1. The author paints a picture of the scene with her words and takes her readers to the vineyard of the area. I read a lot of cozy mysteries and this author is one I love. I am looking forward to reading the next book in the series.

Enjoyed the characters

This is the 3rd one for in the series and it did not disappoint. I do enjoy the characters and their interactions. However I am skeptical of the convenient way everyone Olivia needs to question speaks passable to excellent English.

The next entry into this Wine and Mystery series continues the Wine education of Olivia Glass. Murder strikes the obnoxious wine reviewer and of course Olivia is the main suspect. This is a small town murder series, expanded to the wine community of Tuscany. A fun story.

So far, this has been the best of the series, though still somewhat predictable. Subtle hints through the book led the reader in a few directions.
