I’m the child of a goddess of karma and a higher god...and I’m destined to destroy the world.
My father is alive and I’m the key to his plan to bring back magic to the world…and make sure it is shattered at the same time. My only hope is three sexy gods, my family with the talking goat, and the addictive power I have no control over.
If anyone needs some good karma…it’s me. Before it’s too late for any magic to help me.
G. Bailey is a USA Today bestselling author of books that are filled with everything from dragons to pirates. Plus, fantasy worlds and breath-taking adventures. Oh, and some swoon-worthy men that no girl could forget. G. Bailey is from the very rainy U.K. where she lives with her husband, two children and three cheeky dogs.
This is the third and final book in the secret gods prison series.
The story continues and Karma is thrust into a new and deadly environment.
A trial that could result in the death of her stands before her. Is this the end for her?
I haven't connected with this series at all, but I was determined to soldier on and read it to the end and thus I did.
Karma has grown on me slightly through the course of the three books but still I wouldn't say I was taken with her character.
The guys are all fantastic and their determination to find her is admirable and had me sighing happily, but they arent enough to carry the whole series.
I needed to feel love for all the characters, and to enjoy the words I was reading but I didnt.
I've read quite a few books written by G.Bailey and have loved many of her characters and stories. I guess this just wasn't for me.
I have been waiting for some time for the last book in this series especially since I fell in love with from before it went through a rewrite (originally’Name like Karma’), I did try to take my time reading but as always with the end so near and the book itself being a page turner I couldn’t help myself.
Karma has been one of my favourite characters of G.Baileys because she has so much spunk so it was difficult not to empathise with her situation in this book. She went through a lot in such a small space of time, and she had to mature just as quickly in order to set things straight.
Her men had a rocky relationship with each other, that was causing just as many problems for Karma and they too had to step up or back away, I’m glad they made the right choice because Karma had lost so much already she deserved to have one thing she could keep for herself.
Karma gets her happily ever after but it isn’t without plenty of heartache, guilt, and determination. Karma had to deal with so much guilt in this book which broke my heart to read. She is a selfless individual and learning about the deaths of innocent people at the hands of her biological daughter was enough to make her sick with guilt. To read about her struggle was enough to make me feel sorry for her. So when her happily ever after came, I felt so relieved for her and her loved ones.
This was a fun series that was creative and unique and I enjoyed every single page. The concept of gods and goddesses are not uncommon but in typical G. Bailey style and flair, she added her own unique twists to make hers stand out above the rest. She created her own world of gods and goddesses and let the characters bring the story to life.
I received this free eARC novel from the author. This is my honest review.
Karma sure has a lot going on right now, and from the looks of it is not going to slow down any time soon. This book was action packed from the very beginning until the end. I felt like Karma was a bit more emotional than the other two books in this last one, which really the me of because she was depicted as such a tough person at the beginning. But, again, she had a lot going on.
As always, I'm very glad I was able to read this series and G. Bailey is an author I'm always excited to get a new book from!
***I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.***
This is the last book in the series and it did not disappoint! Karma gets her happily ever after!
Karma is in a tough spot. She was compelled to do some awful things, and now she and her guys need to work together to fix it. But killing a god is harder than it looks. This series has had a lot of twists and turns, but I am a very happy with this conclusion. This was a great series and I am sad to see it end.
This series kept me glued to the seat because nothing was as expected. There were a couple of sad and dark episodes in this book, enough to show and feel tragedy. I liked how her harem took time to get to know one another and were not all accepting. The character of Karma grew from immaturity throughout the series and she finally grew into the woman she was always meant to be.
I felt this one was pieced together. I really wasn't invested in Karma as I was in the beginning. They were fighting the gods but the story before that it was like they were just hanging out and waiting. The warning that Karma might change from the power she used never really seemed an issue. The relationship between the guys and Karma had potential but fizzled for me. Not my favorite series by an author that I typically love.
Karma's story has definitely been one of my favourites from G Bailey and this final book in the trilogy really pulls no punches! If you like myths and legends about Gods and Goddesses then you will love this series. A totally original story about gods that really grips you from the first page, full of angst, drama, fun, sexy tensions and sweet romance - big thumbs up from me!
Karma went through a lot in this book, she blamed herself and doubt herself as well a lot! But she had her men and her family with her, supporting her, and she managed to put an end to her biological father's madness.
I really enjoyed this series, and the epilogue was just so adorable (I mean, G. Bailey's epilogues are always the cutest!).

Well that was disappointing. I love G. Bailey but ugh this was a horrid ending. Karma was annoying and depressing. It’s like nothing happened and the big finish was just blah. The guys were just fillers. It feels like this was just hurry up and be done for the author. I couldn’t get to the end fast enough
Karma is supposed to be this goddess with attitude and most of the book is her running away, scared, whining, and generally speaking being a weak person unless she has her guys with her. I get having support from people you love but jeeze she can't do anything alone. I was excited for a strong female lead and I got a soggy, weak, female.
What an intense conclusion to an awesome series. Although it had some heartbreak it was an amazing journey to see Karma become the Goddess she was meant to be. It has been an awesome journey to take and I have loved every second of it.
Made me laugh and cry you could almost reach out and touch the characters in this book I love that it wasn’t a totally happy story it’s a life story it’s beautiful and I’ll definitely re read these in future xx
It was previously going to be titled as A Name Like Revenge, but it got transformed into Storm God's. Glad that Karma, Storm, Killian, & Seth got there HEA. Like all Mrs Bailey's books, her signature PNR move, great world building, fast & to the point ending, the possibility of a spin-off.
I enjoyed this series, I read it previously under a different title name but was still a nice quick read. The possibility of a spin off seems likely and might be something I would like to get into at another time.
Entire story has you wondering and slowly your heart breaks with the twist and turns. I love the way they all grew would love to hear more about them, mads and maybe a story with ruby.
Yes! G Bailey did it again! Last book in the series and it does not disappoint. Karma and dear old dad. Ugh. He puts her through the wringer that's for sure. But don't worry G. Bailey wraps it up nicely and it gets hot of course 😉 for Karma and her guys!
I totally cried off and on throughout this part of Karma's story. Even though her love life is working out with her 3 guys, her and her family suffered so much loss. I am just glad she got her happy ending.
Absolutely loved this series about a karma goddess who had her life turned upside down because of higher God's and their power trip, the series has you feeling all sorts
I love G Bailey’s books...this series was no different. I kind of wish it were a little more in depth but you get everything you need as well as the HEA and the bit later so you know what happens to Karma and her guys. It was a good story and I really enjoyed it.
What a wonderful way to end this story. I was hooked from first book to the last. Hanging on the edge of my seat, looking to squeeze in any little bit of reading time I could to get to the next.
