I thought I knew Google. After reading each section (docs, slides, drawing, & sheets), I had to put it down. I had to digest the concepts and think about how each tool might help my readers and writers. I’ve got a big sticky note on the front with ideas we already do that I’d love to tweak this school year.

*Note: Eric Curts shares so much of his ideas FREE via Twitter. I didn't think a book would be helpful to me. I received this book because I said I would share about it via Twitter. I'm glad I did!

Teachers, get this book if you use Google Drive. It gave me fresh ideas on how to use familiar tools. This is greatly needed after doing distance learning. I need and my students need creative ways to see content and to express their learning. The author even maps out how to do choose your own ending/adventure writing using GSuite tools.

I think I had done too much research on Google apps to fully appreciate everything this book had to offer. It had AMAZING information, with great tips and tricks for engaging students, but by the time I got around to reading it I had already read lots of his blogs and watched lots of his videos, so nothing felt that new.

Good Book for Beginners

This had some great creative introductory uses for GSuite- I was just hoping for more in depth technical ideas and a section on Forms.

Helpful read as we approach the possibility of remote learning 🤞🏼 Happy to explore the blog connected as well. Lots of practical activities that can be easily incorporated into a program right away

Was expecting more complex projects. Great book for teachers who are learning about the functionality of Google Suite. If you already know, it doesn’t have too many higher level projects.

Really useful information! Sad to say, but professional teaching books often don't offer the kind of step-by-step instructions and diagrams to really be helpful. This one did.

Not quite what I thought this book would be. Unfortunately I had been really looking forward to reading this book and it fell short for me.
