Pamela M. Robbins is a consultant with school districts, state departments of education, educational service centers and corporations.

She earned a doctorate in educational administration from the University of California, Berkeleyand has served as a teacher, high school basketball coach, administrator, director of special projects and research, and director of training for the North Bay California Leadership Academy.
She has also lectured at several universities and is the author/co-author of several books.

This was the 2nd textbook for my Leadership in Today's Schools course through the EWU Principal's Certification program. I enjoyed this book and found it incredibly easy to read, real-life examples and authentic scenarios to consider in educational leadership.
