What is an omega to do when a pack alpha sets his sights on him?

Everyone knows what it means to be one of Allister's chosen omegas...and it's nothing good.

So he ran.

Only life on the run is harder than Jacob ever thought until he finds his place with misfit alphas just looking for a home. But nothing ever stays hidden and Allister has tracked him down.

Leo has been on his own for a long time. A small town doc that's given up on the possibility of forever.

Until Jacob walks into his clinic.

Why is he so drawn to the man with the sad eyes? And why does every protective instinct tell him that Jacob is his?

How will Leo react when he finds out there's more to Jacob than meets the eye?

About the same...

I enjoyed this book, but it didn't wow me. The writing felt like it was on fast forward galloping towards the end. Have feeling this may be one of the author's first series. It is not bad, but lacks the richness and complexity of her Bear shifter series.

Safe

I totally understand Jacob being wary in his situation. It's good to find someone who makes him feel safe all the time.

Fast paced and easy read, theres a couple of cute moments such as the shared clothes and the swapped bites.

Jacob and Leo were sweet, but similar to the first book i enjoyed the side cast more. I adore Tom he was a lot of fun in this one, Dom and Elias were lovely to see again.

Overall good for a quick fun read with a sweet happy end for Jacob and Leo, while leaving open with introduction of Rory leading onto the next book.

Wonderful

This is the story I like to read. It's well written. The characters are relatable and deftly developed. Just a bit quick though for Leo to make his decision. Can't wait for book three.

3,5*

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:
A 3,5* is clicked with a 4* but in review marked as 3,5*:

5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-Away-book like ‘Jesse's Smile’ or ‘Joey’ from Angelique Jurd, ‘Save the the kids’ series
from EM Leya, ‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or ‘Liberty’ from Seth King),
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books and Davidson Kings 'Haven Hart'-series)
it's like an A

3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in
hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!
It's like an B+

3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader (2-3 times a year),
it's like a B

2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-reader (I wouldn't recommend it heartily, but it was ok)
It's like a C-, D

1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an absolute NO-GO). It's like failure in the
whole line, dismissed, repeat the class

You Can Run But You Can't Hide

Being the only Omega in a household full of unrelated Alphas could be daunting, but that was not the case in this book. This created family of Lone Wolves was welcoming and a sanctuary to a runaway Omega. He felt surrounded by big protective brothers. The respect amongst them was unconditional, but that didn't mean they didn't tease the heck out of each other. Never hurtful but it could be embarrassing when true.

Everyone has their secrets. In the case of the Omega it was his former ruthless Alpha. Mean, cunning, and backstabbing. He didn't know the meaning of "NO!" It made him more determined to get what he wanted and he didn't care who he hurt to get what he felt was his. The Omega was terrified but he also didn't want to endanger his new pack mates. Luckily they made him realize that in no uncertain terms he was one of them and they had his back. He was content with that until he met an older man whose scent drove him crazy. Was this his fated mate? Could he risk exposing him to his crazed ex-Alpha? And he was Human! So many uncertainties.

This is book two of : The Post Wolves book series v

This was another good read in this series I like that although these books have some serious themes with the abusive Alpha . We still get a sweet little love story between Jacob the other pack Omega and the use to be human doctor of the town plus we get another adorable baby in the mix . It seems like everyone is finding their mate pretty quickly . Now we have three new additions too the pack with Rory Jacob's brother that he had too leave behind his four year old and soon to be baby . I wonder if that bastard of an Alpha who's obviously the father of both those kid's is gonna come back there to cause more trouble to demand his Omega and kid's back . Because it seems that Rory is Greyson's mate to bad they didn't meet before that awful Alpha got to him first well I'm sure that it will all work out in the end . Two more Alpha's to go can't wait .

I am going to stick with "simplistic" to describe this author's writing style... which is not always a bad thing. *grin* I have read books that if you removed all the "descriptive" phrases, you would lose half of the book... which could have been a good thing! ;p

I would have liked a better description of Leo, though. Outside of the fact that he is around 40 with a bit of gray running through his dark hair... not much else is said about him. Oh, and he is a doctor. I did like the fact that shifter or no shifter, Leo is an alpha through and through! Jacob needs someone strong to stand beside him and Leo fits the bill!

As with the first book, this was short, sweet, and entertaining! Just an easy read to fill the time and to allow the reader to sit back and relax! Looking forward to Gray and Rory's story in Healing!!!

I was waiting so excitedly for the second book in this wonderful series, that when I received this book as an ARC I simply couldn't stop reading until finished it. I loved how Ms Richmond created another amazing shifter world, in which her characters find love, friendship and a future together. Easy to read, with low angst, many endearing and sweet moments and hot scenes, Leo and Jacob's story just made my day. I can't wait to read more books in this series! So good!!

IMO

Not a bad read. I think if there had been a little more background or history or the shifters in general the story would have been better. It felt like a perfect fix for several problems just came out of thin air just to make the story move in the right direction but otherwise not a bad read.

Hunted by Skye R Richmond amd Skyler Snow is the second book in the Lost Wolves series. This is a paranormal m/m romance with shifters, mpreg sweetness and just a hint of angst. Leo and Jacob are great characters and their story entertains. I am excited for another book to come out.

Second time in the series we receive a very enjoyable shorter story. The shifters trope is quite classic here, the world building done well, without over complicating stuff. The story itself was a cute fated mates plot with low angst and good, if slighly predictable progression.

So great....

This was so great, I'm glad I came across this series. Everything worked out for Jacob, he found his fated mate, and all was resolved concerning his ex-alpha. Know I'm looking forward to reading Graysen and Jacob's brother, Rory story.

Nice follow up

I am enjoying the continued story of this very wonderful pack. The characters really come alive and make you want to know what happens next. The cliffhanger ending is enjoyable since I already have the next book.

*WARNING* has adult m/m situations
Well written. Great characters. The story is full of emotion, and decent, caring alphas. It also has THAT one, the one we all have to dislike.
