I thought this short story was boring. Couldn’t get into it and didn’t even understand what the ‘twist’ was. I noticed that my mind was wandering while reading it and I couldn’t give it my full attention. In the author’s defense, I have a hard time reading English in a foreign dialect. It was written in English, but the words were spelled to accommodate an Irish accent. That always throws me off.
