I've been writing as long as I can remember - I won my first book writing contest in first grade! Over the years, writing has become, for me, a way to praise God and see Him at work in my life.
Although I have a degree in Mass Communications from the University of MN, my real writing experience started when I penned the The Warren Report - a bi-monthly newsletter that detailed our ministry highlights.
Living in Russia meant I never lacked for great material - and those experiences naturally spilled out first into devotionals and magazine articles and finally into my first published story, "Measure of a Man," in the Tyndale/HeartQuest, Chance Encounters of the Heart anthology.
Susan and husbandI grew up in Wayzata, a suburb of Minneapolis, and became an avid camper from an early age. My favorite fir-lined spot is the north shore of Minnesota - it's where I met my husband, honeymooned and dreamed of living. The north woods easily became the foundation for my first series, The Deep Haven series.based on a little tourist town along the shores of Lake Superior. I have to admit - I'm terribly jealous of Mona, the heroine of my first full-length book, Happily Ever After, a Christy Award Finalist published in 2004 with Tyndale/Heartquest.
Our family moved home from the mission field in June 2004 -- and now we live in the beautiful town I'd always dreamed of! God has amazed me anew with His provision, and blessings -- and allowed me a season when I can write full time for Him.

I think I'm developing an anxiety disorder from reading this series! It's hitting my threshold for suspense and angst (which really isn't hard to do). It was a relief to learn more of Coco's backstory and secrets, although one surprise made everything more complicated but also awesome. It was hard for me to understand the choices she made- I could see at least three more preferable options, but the author did a good job of showing how Coco's circumstances and life experience made it hard for her to see things from another perspective. Wyatt is a bit of a headcase, but I liked how it was easy to see how different he is from his brothers. His verbal spewing when he is overwhelmed is hilarious! His emotional loyalty and devotion to Coco is endearing and their sensitive moments together were special. They both learned some important spiritual lessons (the supporting characters sharing the insights got a bit preachy) but the emotion of the moments really came through. I loved seeing more of Ruby and York and can't wait to see their story play out in the next book where I hope all the intrigue will finally be resolved!

'Wyatt Marshall hadn't come all the way to Russia to fail.'
Sometimes you read a book and you just can't pick up another for a while because this one just blew your completely away. Wyatt is that book.
'You will not be free of the striving until you hear the voice of your true Father telling you that you are loved. You are delighted in. You are enough, Wyatt.'
Wyatt Marshall. Strong. Determined. Forceful. Romantic. Brave. With each Marshall, I think they are the best, but then along comes another and I change my mind. Wyatt will make your heart soar. Orrin and Gerri Marshall raised some mighty fine children. Mighty fine indeed.
Susan May Warren continues her highly explosive Montana Marshalls series with Wyatt, the superstar goalie for the Minnesota Blue Ox hockey team. And boy, is Wyatt ever a hero! As in the previous books, this one intertwines with the rest. Wyatt has gone to Russia to find his one true love and bring her home with him. But Coco has a huge set of problems facing her, including the fact that she doesn't believe Wyatt wants her. And she has a big secret.
I have always been a Susan May Warren fan since I read my first book by her. I shall always be a fan. And not just because she is a great author and tells a tremendous story, which she does. But she brings the spiritual message and brings it incredibly well. She takes God out of the box and shines the light of Jesus all over the place! How I love this. Warren truly shines here. The story is on fire, the danger, the predicaments, the intrigue, the emotions, everything was absolutely perfect! She always manages to dig so deep into her characters' hearts and make them feel like real, live, breathing people to her readers. My emotions were all over the place in this book. Let me warn you: you will need tissues. I just hated for it to end. I love these folks! Another one for the keeper shelf. I highly recommend this book.

It wasn't exactly "To Russia with Love", but it was quite the action-adventure across that country. Why does a superstar hockey player end up racing across Russia to save the girl? His last name is Marshall that's why. There were so many wonderful things about this race against the baddies, so much action, deep introspection, second guessing, secrets, just a lot of everything with a solid message that God in in control. What I love about a Susan May Warren book is that it is a wonderfully well written Romantic-Suspense, but a clean one.
Wyatt Marshall, hockey superstar goalie for the NHL Minnesota Blue Ox team has it all, fame, fortune, looks. What he doesn't have is the girl who got away. Russian emigree Coco Stanley has owned his heart since she became his foster sister when she was 14. After a passionate night when she was 18, she disappeared from his life only to pop up from time to time. Wyatt was career driven and goal orientated, but when he learns that she was shot and her whereabouts unknown, Wyatt is determined to find her, and he campaigns for his hockey team to do a tour of Russia so he can.
Coco lost her mother, her anchor in this strange country of America. At 14 returning to Russia wasn't an option, but living with the Marshalls and keeping her secrets was difficult. Losing her heart to Wyatt wasn't smart either. Giving into their passions was really, really not smart. So, having no other good options, she returns to Russia with her secrets. But now it seems the time has come, and those secrets are endangering everyone she loves.

Whew! This story was a real heart tugger! The author had my emotions all over the place as I read of the reuniting of Wyatt and Coco!
Wyatt is the fourth book in the Montana Marshalls series and you really need to read these books in order to understand the overall series plot. I have enjoyed the way the threat builds within each story.
Something else that I have enjoyed is the way the author features two couples as separate romantic focuses in these novels, with one having the more prominent story. So, in this book, I not only loved reading about Wyatt and Coco, but also reading more about RJ and York.
I loved this story from start to finish. I think it is my favorite of the series so far.

Wyatt heads to Russia in an attempt to save his true love, Coco after she is shot and still in extreme danger. While secrets and unresolved feelings from the past threaten their future happiness, Wyatt and Coco are determined to clear his sister RJ’s name after being framed in an assassination attempt. Wyatt is such a hero, His love for Coco has never wavered but there are reasons he doesn’t know as to why she ran from him years ago. These characters are interesting and imperfect. make mistakes, and they get knocked down, but they get back up again. Over and over. Is a gripping contemporary Christian romantic suspense that you won't be able to put down.

"Drop the puck. Game time."
Wow. I think I said that about every book in The Montana Marshalls series. But Susan May Warren really dials up the suspense, action, and romance with each consecutive book! How does she do that?!?! This fourth book in the series follows Wyatt, the fourth born of the Marshalls, as he climbs above his insecurities, his physical injuries while playing as the most beloved goalie in NHL, and his regrets every time he thinks about Coco, the woman who got away. Wyatt, an emotional tough guy who wears his heart on his sleeve, will totally captivate and enchant every reader with his fierce love and loyalty, single-minded devotion, and sense of honor. Coco is also tough and resourceful but vulnerable and lovable at the same time. The secrets revealed in the plot are mind-blowing and I'm already anxiously anticipating what will happen next in the final installment of the series!
The interaction among the Marshall siblings is so incredibly fun, as is their interaction with York. The flashbacks into Wyatt and Coco's history are well-written and augment the current storyline. We also get to know Gerri Marshall, the matriarch of the family, a little better in this book (I'm hoping that Susan May Warren will write a prequel about Gerri and Orrin since they are so so fascinating). The action is intense as Wyatt, Coco, and York race across Russia to return to the States even as other political threats involving RJ and other characters in the series build throughout the story. The faith element is tangible and relatable as Wyatt struggles to accept his Heavenly Father's unconditional love as well as his deceased earthly father's love and Coco struggles in her own way to accept His Omniscient and Omnipresent love.
The series should be read in order since the overarching theme and plot start with Knox (book 1) and will conclude with Ruby Jane (book 5), set to release in Nov 2019. Be still my heart...Book #4, “Wyatt” exceeded expectations for this series. His heart for Coco is swoon worthy and his imperfections made the book more real. Be sure to read the entire series as there are underlying themes that will be missed if you haven’t read the first three books. Believe me they will be quick reads, as it is very hard waiting in between books. So dive into...

Yes, Russia, except he showed up with his entire Minnesota Blue Ox NHL hockey team. Now he has to figure out how to save the woman he loves. Coco was left behind when shot after his brothers went to rescue Ruby Jane. It broke his heart and was driving him nuts that he couldn’t get her out of Russia sooner. He had finally figured out a way in, but trying to get to her was still perplexing. He struggled with measuring up to his brothers, especially with two of them having special ops backgrounds. As the story unfolds he walks right back into danger, off the ice this time. With an injury complicating things and Coco refusing to follow him back home. She’s carrying a mystery and refuses to let him help her leave the country. As more danger unfolds he needs the help of the same man who helped Ruby Jane escape and his Russian friends.
Action, adventure, and intrigue impact the entire family this time. Can they survive the mystery that is surrounding them? I loved seeing Gerri Marshall step in this time and take on a larger role. I absolutely loved seeing characters from Warren’s prior books show up and help in their escape.
Ruby Jane and York continue to draw our hearts with the hope that they can reunite and stop the conspiracy and assassination attempts. As the Marshall’s come together, can they stop the danger in time or will they lose one of their loved ones? I absolutely loved seeing everyone work together.
Can I be a part of the Marshall family? If you love family, adventure, mystery, suspense, travel and of course romance, you will love the Marshall family series. One of the things I love about Warren’s books is how she weaves faith into the storyline. Gerri Marshall has this to say to Coco who still struggles to be accepted in their family since she was a foster child....“You don’t have to do any of this alone. We are with you. God is with you. Commit yourself to the Lord. Let Him deliver you. Let Him rescue you, because He delights in you.” I love her wisdom and her fun side coming out in this book.
One of my favorite quotes was “He grinned, and shoot, he was an assassin because he could slay her with his smile.” You’ll just have to read Wyatt to figure out who said those words! If you love romance with action and adventure… Then you will love Susan May Warren!

A bombshell revelation at the end of the first chapter starts Wyatt off with a bang, and the action is only just beginning. Get ready for Susan May Warren to take you on a thrilling ride filled with heart-stopping romance, intense action, and…just a warning… tears will be shed during the reading of this novel.
Susan May Warren is one of my favorite must-read authors because of her ability to write incredible family-centered series that have the perfect blend of romance and action. Her writing beautifully weaves the spiritual elements into the storyline as she shares the powerful message that we are enough and that we are loved because God says so.
Wyatt is highly recommended for readers who enjoy action-packed contemporary romance. Wyatt is my favorite book in the series so far, even though Tate is still proudly holding onto his title as my favorite Marshall brother. Ruby Jane, the conclusion to the Montana Marshalls series, will release in November, and I can’t wait for RJ’s story even though I do not want this fantastic series to end.

Wyatt is highly recommended for readers who enjoy action-packed contemporary romance. Wyatt is my favorite book in the series so far, even though Tate is still proudly holding onto his title as my favorite Marshall brother. Ruby Jane, the conclusion to the Montana Marshalls series, will release in November, and I can’t wait for RJ’s story even though I do not want this fantastic series to end.

Predictable writing style, fast developing plot. It's why this author is so good at what she does. Always a page turner, and never a dull moment. Wyatt, picks up almost where we left off in Ford. He's found a way to deal with the Visa barrier and made it back to Russia to find Coco/Katya and bring her to the US. As fate would have it, that's not going to be a simple a task as he hopes.
With a few unforeseen plot twists, it leaves the reader with plenty to contemplate - and never quite sure of the final outcome.
After reading Ford, I was starting to feel a little frustrated with this series. Sometimes too much of the same thing, is quite simply - too much. However, with a change of scene - and the development of the story with both Gerri & Wyatt Marshall, the story clicked back into place for me.
This is one of those plot lines I really enjoy. Wyatt and Coco have a long history, and with fleeting reunions through the years they never quite found the truth in circumstances or their mutual feelings. It's taken something as dramatic as the situation Coco has found herself in, to tip the balance.
There were a few moments that I found a little off, but can't really describe it without giving something significant away. I will say this, why if something is so obvious to York & Gerri, are RJ & Wyatt so blind?!

This book did not disappoint! I have been really loving this Montana Marshalls' series and was eagerly awaiting this new release. I loved reading Wyatt's story and the second-chance romance was so sweet! I do wish that certain things wouldn't have happened the way they did, though I won't say what as that would involve spoilers.
I liked how the ending left you with a desire to read the next book ASAP. I need to know what will happen next. I also like how each book starts with a "refresher" of what has happened so far in the series, so if it has been a while since you've read the last book you can easily get reminded of where things are.
All in all, Wyatt was very good. I loved the characters and my favorite was Wyatt; hockey players always get my attention and he even more so considering he was the GOALIE!). I loved the suspense in addition to the wonderful romance. I definitely recommend it!

This has been a good series! As a professional hockey player, Wyatt was able to influence his coach to have the team play in Russia. Wyatt's real reason for being there was to find Coco. I got a little frustrated with Wyatt's yoyo behavior, but overall a good continuation of the series. My favorite scene was the conversation between York and Wyatt on a train in Russia.

Reading Wyatt was liking looking into a mirror.
Wyatt was the Golden boy of the Marshalls. Everyone knew it but him. And for words that weren't spoken he went on living life like he had something to prove to everyone. Reading this book my heart went out for Wyatt. He wasn't the strong SEAL or cop like his brothers but he was the heart of the Marshalls and through a series of life threatening and heart stopping scenes he got to know he had nothing to prove to anyone. He had to learn when trying to save Coco the love of his life and himself from Russia and their enemies while trying to clear his sister's name RJ too that there is nothing we can do to be deserving of God's love and we have nothing to prove to Him.
I loved reading about the lenghts he went to ensure Coco never left him again. He put his heart in everything he did and that was so endearing.
Coco had a secret she was keeping from Wyatt. All her life she had been hiding and running and never feeling she belonged anywhere except the time she spent on the Marshall's farm. Back in Russia she had to live under the radar taking care of herself and trying to stay alive until Wyatt stepped back into her life. Through a series of escaping death, bullets and assassins in Russia Coco had to learn to allow Jesus take care of her. She had to learn to stop taking her life in her hands. Even though they had both made mistakes together through their obstacles they learnt to allow Jesus take the lead.
I loved reading about how they found their way back to each other after disappearing twice from each other's life. How they learnt to communicate about their insecurities instead of pushing it down.
I love meeting RJ and York again in this book. Those two have become my favorite fictional couple. She escaped from Russia but she had to deal with feara. I can't wait for the 5th book to read the conclusion of their story.
Susan swept me off my feet again with this book. It was action packed from the beginning till the end. Breathtaking and engaging. I was racing through the book with the characters because I just wanted to know what happened and how it happened.

I am loving the Montana Marshalls and Wyatt was yet another great addition to the series! I love reunion romances and it was great to finally get Wyatt and Coco's story, they are both very sweet characters and I loved watching them overcome the baggage of their past and start to rebuild their relationship. This series has more twists and turns than a bakery full of pretzels, all of which never fail to bring me to the edge of my seat. The plot has thickened with each book, and I cannot wait to see what happens next in the fifth and final book, Ruby Jane! I have to say that Ford is still my favorite book in the series so far, but I truly did love reading Wyatt! This series is one of Susie May's best and I highly recommend it! If you haven't started the series yet I recommend you begin with book one, Knox. This is definitely a series that is best read in order, and trust me you won't want to miss a single moment of the awesomeness that is this series!

THIS WAS AMAZING! And the cliffhanger got me! I can’t wait to read the next book. Wyatt is so sweet and kind and I love Coco. They were so cute together and I was gasping so much! I highlighted quotes a lot in this book and I have to say my favourite couple was RJ and York. They were so cute together and I am so excited to read their book! Recommended and a great suspense romance. For ages 13 and up.

I don’t know if I will emotionally recover from this books. Man, I thought Ford was good and took the suspense to the next level, Wyatt totally blew it out of the park. I was engrossed from page one and I couldn’t put the book down! Also I loved getting to learn more about York…sorry Marshall men, but York honestly has my heart…😍 I need to read Ruby Jane ASAP! I want to learn what happens!!

Hurray for another book in this Montana Marshall series!! The story keeps growing in strength and intensity as one book ends and another begins. I love the fast paced, constant forward momentum that keeps me glued to the pages from beginning to end. I really had a hard time putting this book down.
Wyatt and Coco have history- most of which has ended badly, repeatedly. Honestly, I love Wyatt. He's a bit different than the other boys in his professional decisions and how he grew up mostly outside of the circle of home but he definitely has that Marshall tenacity. Wyatt is persistent and just keeps coming after Coco like he can't live without her and he lays it all on the line. He is fierce in finding and defending her.
Susan May Warren creates characters that are definable, interesting and imperfect. These Marshalls make mistakes, they get knocked down, but they get back up again. Over and over. They keep trying. I think that's what I love about them the most.
The plot has reach a point where all roads have converged. The family is putting all the pieces together and the story has shifted from Russia back to the United States. The next book is going to be a doozy!! I'm so excited for it!

Goodness! We get a breath from one adventure only to start up with another adventure in the series. Wyatt encouraged a situation where his Blue Ox Hockey team plays another professional team in Russia so that he can meet someone and help get information to clear his sister, RJ, and to hopefully get his love, Coco, out of the country only to run into danger, lots of danger from a recurring terrorist and the Russian mafia. This is another edgy, dangerous, action packed story in the Montana Marshalls series that grabs hold in the beginning that starts off in Russia and ends back in the United States with lots of surprises and suspense along the way. Expect this wild ride to also have some soul searching and healing with faith and romance mixed in together. Another winner! I am looking forward to Ruby Jane's story and her unfinished business.

Oh, this was a sweet read. I can see why my friend likes Wyatt best. It took me a moment as the book began to get my bearings and figure out Wyatt himself and what made his voice different from his brothers', but it became more apparent as the book went on. For one thing, it's adorable how he rambles when he's stressed or upset. It was hard to put this book down (ie, I didn't.) The suspense plot in the series thickened (there was plenty of fists, blood, and explosives, per usual), Ma had some beautiful words of life for Coco, RJ ate her feelings, and we got plenty of screen time with York (moment of swoony silence for York...). Bless it, I was howling in the scene where York finally told Wyatt the truth. Speaking of York, he became more human in this book as we got more of his backstory. We also got to see Dad Marshall in a bit more detail and unravel him a bit. Only Ford was missing in this book. There's just so many Marshalls and they're all so great, that I almost would have wished for more character development with Wyatt and Coco, but it was enough to get the gist.

It was ok. I didn't feel much of a connection to Wyatt and Coco. This series could have been written as one book in my opinion. There is a lot of suspense, fighting, inner dialogue, and graphic violence. One of the things I've really appreciated was that so far each book has shown some spiritual growth in the characters.
I skimmed some in this book. I didn't feel as invested in the story as the others. Wyatt is a professional hockey player and Coco is good with computers. The way she went about her "secret" was disappointing. I never really was able to see the justification for why she never told Wyatt.
Rating: PG-13 on the verge of becoming an R rating due to some of the graphic content regarding physical violence

I love these series so far! I never purposely chose suspense or mystery's to read, but Susan May wonderfully combines romance with mystery and suspense, I just sort of rolled into it. And I am happy about it :)
Also who doesn't love a series on cowboys, body guards, navy seals, hockey players and CIA spies ;)

Susan May Warren knows how to create heroes who are rugged, handsome, flawed, and wonderful!!
Continuing the story of the Marshall brothers, Wyatt finagles his way into Russia, hoping to rescue Coco and bring her home with him. Yet what can a mere hockey player do?
Wyatt Marshall never felt like he was enough. He had always felt that his father was disappointed in him and his desire to play hockey instead of wanting to work on the family ranch. He tried so hard to prove his worth yet, in his eyes, always failed. This middle son also carried shame for dishonoring the Marshall name, even if he was the only one who knew of it. His family's faith had never been his own. . .
I really liked Wyatt's zeal and his intense love for Coco. With a brother who was a former smoke jumper, one who had been an Army Ranger, one a bull-rider, and the other a Navy SEAL, he didn't quite see himself measuring up to them as a mere hockey goalie. Sure, he had to be tough to endure beatings from the pucks (and players). However, coming up with a strategy for rescuing damsels in distress, knowing how to survive in another country, or saving the world? He knew he was out of his league! And he still dove in, way out of his comfort zone, into a foreign country where people spoke a language he didn't know. All for the girl he had loved from the moment he met her! Doesn't that just make you swoon?
Coco, or Kat, as she was known in Russia, had a secret that she was determined to protect, even at the cost of her life. Not to mention a mountain of guilt. When Wyatt showed up in the place she least expected him, to retrieve the evidence that would clear his sister, she wanted so badly to keep him close. Yet she sent him away, for his own good.
Poor Coco never felt that God could care about her.
In their breathtaking journey as they fought assassins and tried to avoid the Bravta, Coco and Wyatt both needed to come to the realization about who God is and His love for them. Without being preachy, the author guides them through their doubts, insecurities, and fears into the arms of the One who is more than enough because they found they could never be.
Wyatt is full of heart-stopping action, powerful romance, and spiritual journeys. I am looking forward to seeing where things conclude with next month's release of the series finale. York, who was introduced in Ford, was in this story, and I'm sure he is going to be in RJ's story as well - he has to be and I'm expecting amazing things. (Don't tell anyone this but I think I like York more than any of the Marshall brothers! And I can't believe Susan May Warren let things end the way she did!!!)
But don't let this be the first book of The Montana Marshalls series you read. Each story builds on the previous to give you the entire full-blown experience. You won't regret it!

Wyatt by Susan May Warren is a gripping contemporary Christian romantic suspense that I just could not put down and read in just one sitting. It is the fourth book in the Montana Marshalls series and could be read as a stand-alone. I however recommend reading all the books in order so you can join all the dots.
Wow, this Montana Marshalls series is completely enthralling, my heart racing with all the action. There are locations of America and Russia, traditional Cold War enemies. Agents from both sides pit their wits. Chase scenes, terrorists and homemade bombs all add to the suspense, as well as cyber hacking. The reader is in for a thrilling ride. I cannot wait to continue the action in book five.
Add to all this, the heart and hand of God, and Wyatt really does have it all. Too often we try to work our way to be ‘good enough’ for God when we are already loved and cherished. There is nothing more to be done as Jesus did it all on the cross. God says trust Me in all situations and let Me love you. “You’re enough and you’re loved because God says so.”
We all do things we are not proud of. God’s grace covers our past, our present and our future. “I could go forward trusting Jesus to carry me, or stay stuck.” Jesus can make all things new.
Children are a blessing from God. No child is unplanned by God, no matter how much their conception may surprise their parents. No child is ever a ‘mistake’ in God’s eyes. All children are gifts from God.
There is the theme of healing – both physical and a healing of hearts.
Family is important. We need to tell our children about Jesus. We need to make Him our priority and introduce our children to Him so they learn to love Him too. “At the end of the day… you prayed together. You showed up for each other.”

WYATT is my favorite in the Montana Marshalls series! I’ve loved all the characters but his tugged on my heart the most. Deep-seated insecurities and comparison thinking drive Wyatt, leading to numerous misunderstandings and eventual heartache. Lost love, Coco, has resurfaced and he is intent on rescuing her from whatever circumstance is causing her so much pain. He has no idea what’s really going on but things are about to heat up in the frozen tundra of Russia.
Warren is the cream-of-the-crop in contemporary romantic suspense. Her ability to accurately portray family dynamics is amazing, all the while digging into the faith of each member and making them stronger apart and together. It blows my mind how similar so many of the root causes of the trials Wyatt goes through mirror my own. And I’m not a man or a hockey player. :-) It’s a matter of the heart.
If you’re a Warren fan, you’ll love this book. If you’ve never read her books, I would advise you not to read these out of order. Each one definitively builds on the next. I'm on pins and needles waiting for Ruby Jane, thrilling conclusion to The Montana Marshalls, to come out next month.

My Review Wyatt by Susan May Warren: Now that I know a little more about the character in the series I was excited to dive into Wyatt. And this was a wonderful book (there are kisses and suggestions that more happened, which it did though the characters make sure not to repeat the same mistakes again.) The relationships in this book are actually pretty nice reading about . . . Maybe it's because the characters are flawed and yet searching for redemption but they are super sweet.I would have liked some more Christian content, like a lot but there were redeeming factors so I'm good with it. Though that snippet of the next book ripped me apart! And sweet Mikka! He's just so adorable!
The sibling relationships are also a plus in this series, I love that each of the books has had several siblings in it and I just love it!!
Rating: 4 stars.
Recommendation: 17/19 up for romance, slightly violence, suggestions of sleeping together, and mentions of making out.

Susan May Warren once again delivers an epic romantic adventure that pulls you in and leaves you white-knuckled throughout. But really, it’s Susan May Warren, did you have any doubt?
One character hits the nail on the head when he says, “This family should come with a warning label.” If these Marshall siblings can rescue others from the most challenging of circumstances with only one or two involved, imagine the force the entire family would have!
Wyatt doesn’t even consider himself a hero like his brothers, but for the woman he loves, he steps up to the plate (or into the goal for a shutout since he is an NHL goalie. Be still my hockey-loving heart).
I adored Wyatt. His sometimes rambling monologues are hilarious but when push comes to shove, he is, indeed, a hero. Both on and off the ice.
And what an ending Warren leaves us with. It will have you clamoring for the next (and final) book in the series. Is it any wonder Warren is a reader favorite?

This series is so amazing! When I first started, I wasn’t sure I was going to like it, but I have fallen in love. The writing is so well done that before you know it, you are hooked on the story and can’t bring yourself to put it down.
Susan May Warren has such a knack for romantic suspense/adventure stories and I just can’t seem to get enough of them. I love Wyatt and his absolute grit and determination to save the woman he cares about. Coco was such a strong and brave, absolutely perfect for Wyatt. I loved their story and the way they both overcame a lot. I found it both entertaining and inspiring.
I highly recommend this book and series to anyone who enjoys romantic adventure/suspense. This series will definitely be one you’ll devour.

WYATT is the fourth book in the Montana Marshalls series and readers will want to read them in order... Knox, Tate, Ford and WYATT as this series does not stand alone. There is an ongoing suspense tying all the books together.
I absolutely loved the faith message in WYATT, one both he and Coco have to embrace and I love Wyatt's mom and the way she's so... matter of fact. That is all I can say without giving away spoilers. :)
The Marshall Family is larger than life - in a word, epic - and none of the siblings are cowards - they are all crazy brave and rush in where angels fear to tread. The boys are also well-versed fist fighters. For more conservative readers there is violence and some beer drinking.
I can't wait to read Ruby Jane coming next month for the sure-to-be exciting conclusion to the Montana Marshall series.
Readers will want to read WYATT with a box of tissues close by (if they cry easily.) Parts are really sad, some parts upsetting, and others totally sweet. And fans of York (from Ford) will rejoice as York is once again a key player in WYATT.

Wyatt is one of my very favorite characters that Susan May Warren has ever crafted. I liked how he talked too much, was a bit of an over-thinker, didn't quite see the truth that was right in front of him. His romantic nature balanced with his difficult relationship with his late father made him so relatable and easy to root for. I wasn't sure what to think of Coco at first, yet she is a wonderful heroine too. Tough and independent yet so deeply wounded. No spoilers of course, but her journey as a character is so poignant. A few scenes involving Coco moved me to tears. The deeper truths of this novel will stick with me even though I've finished the book. This novel is action-packed, intense, and carries an inspirational message that fans of the genre will appreciate. Lastly, the set up for RJ and York is so intriguing and I'm looking forward to reading Ruby Jane story when it releases.
