Great proper introduction of Deva leading onto Fate’s Fools

Book 0.5 prequel to Fates Fools series
Deva is a chimera without a soul that was developed in a lab to hold another person evil soul.
Deva know a lot is unanswered for her future but when members of the bloodline start getting hurt she feels responsible and starts to try find them. Without her friends or family’s help because most think she’s too young and inexperienced.
This is a great addition to the series especially for people wanting to skip the first series that explains a lot about characters in Sleeping Dragons immortal dragons and fates fools series.
FF is one of my absolute favourite series but I feel I got the best from reading all the series in order starting with Sleeping Dragons.

After having read the series, I am glad I read this but prior to that it felt like I had come into it mid- series. I almost DNF'd it since I was worried I would be lost the entire series. I am glad I stuck with it. It did help me to understand Deva's feelings towards some of the other characters so ultimately it was worth reading.

Devas song

This prequel was awesome! Deva is trying to find love and be loved like everyone else. When her first love interest doesn’t show up she finds it in a second potential mate but he broke her heart. Deva is such a strong character in this short story but when Llyr didn’t believe here and kept throwing her under the bus I was sad! I can’t wait to start reading the next story! Also, can’t wait for Ozzie and whoever else!

The prequel to Fates Fools, this hot and steamy tale reveals much of Deva’s mysterious beginnings while leaving careful crumbs to gnaw away at a readers curiosity. That perfection in planning will very much have you seeking out Book one! Does she find her way to Ozzie? Will her bodyguard redeem himself? Torturous pondering! All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

I've just finished this , excellent btw and a chapter into the first book and I've been told that the Immortal dragon series is before this (6) books. Dilemma, do I carry on reading ? This book covers Deva's youth. I wish I would have read this first, but I didn't.
This is a good read, with a good storyline.

This story is amazing, hot, and even a little sad at times. Deva the main character wants to show her family that she is grown and can help them while they all still just want her to be safe and untouched from any darkness that could be leftover from the war that they finished a year ago. You can definitely relate to deva in her need for Independence. I couldnt stop reading this once I started. I definitely recommend this book to everyone.
