A really good quality pressure cooker cookbook with some really nice recipes.

Excellent instructions and info on pressure cooking. I’m using my electric pressure cooker more (and with much more success) since reading this book and trying out the recipes.

A really really useful book, easy to follow. Worth reading each intro to know what the variables might be. I use it a lot!
