Bound to the Dragon
Dante was determined to set things right after all he been through. Hearing a group of men making threats to a diner owner, he knew he needed to step in. Meeting said owner, he realized he met his mate. Mercy was determined to do things on her own until Dante stepped into the picture.
Wonderful series. I hope there are more books in the future.

Last but not least!
I loved finally reading Dante's book. If anyone deserved a HEA, it was him. I hope this is not the last we see in this series because it was absolutely fabulous, but I expect nothing less from Zoe Chant. I cannot stress enough how great her books are so get moving and read them. Mature eyes only due to hot 🔥 Dragon loving!!!

Wonderful shifter series
I truly enjoyed reading this series and look forward to reading the rest.
As a woman, hot romance novels are great; however it gets old reading one searing hot shifter book after another that leaves nothing to the imagination.
These books are hot but still let's your imagination fill in some blanks.

I have fallen in love with all of the Lost Dragons Books!! And this one was just as amazing as all the others. When I finish one I can't wait to start another! Zoe Chant is an exceptional writer, she makes you feel like you're right there with them. I laughed and I cried it was awesome. Thank you

funny
This was one of my favs of Zoe’s stories. It was pretty darn funny at times. Quite cute.I enjoyed having a lighter funnier version of shifter romance. Also this series has had great heroines. I get so sick of whiny unthankful heroines in shifter romance. It’s a relief not to have to deal with that. I generally just stop reading. But this series was great!

I have been on a shifter binge and that is where I found Zoe. I have enjoyed many of her books since then and am working my way through them. There are some minor editing issues in her early books but not enough to give up reading them.
With many variety of shifters who are hot and true mates I am sure you will enjoy them as much as me.

This is a good dragon shifter romance, and a good addition to the series, with a likable couple. I hoped for a story for Dante, and I enjoyed it. I liked that they were able to handle a really evil person (but no spoilers as to who it was), and that characters from the earlier books were included. I also thought Dante and Mercy made a good couple. I don't know if there will be any more books in this series -- guess I'll have to wait to find out.
One problem I have with all of this author's series is that there is so long between books. Lots of times I have to go back and reread some of the earlier books in a series, simply because it has been so long that I don't remember all the characters. That is frustrating. I know that this author writes lots of books -- but I wish she would concentrate on one series at a time, so that the books could be published closer together.
My rating system is below.
1 star -- Hated it, or did not finish. I usually only give this rating if some of the content is truly objectionable to me, like if one of the main characters does something really awful, and gets away with it.
2 stars -- Didn't like it. This rating usually means that I thought the writing wasn't very good, the editing was terrible, I didn't like the characters, or it had other major flaws.
3 stars -- I liked it, but had some minor issues with it. This rating means that there were minor editing issues, the story needed more character development, it was just too unrealistic, or had some other fairly minor issue. The majority of books I read get this rating – I do not consider it a bad rating.
4 stars -- I liked it a lot. This is a high rating for me, and I rarely give a higher one.

New Bonds!!!
Dante Novak, cousin to Stefan ( A MATE FOR THE DRAGON ), and Daklis ( A BRIDE FOR THE DRAGON ) didn't feel worthy to be being a part of his clan after what he'd done. Even though he was forced to do those things. He found himself in the town 9f Hainesville looking to help the locals who were being harassed by some evildoers. He was just in time to come to Mercy's aid, even though he got injured. Being able to help her out was a win in his book.
Mercy Reynolds, owner of her own restaurant, Metcy's Kitchen after working as a nurse for a decade. She took care of the handsome stranger who came to her rescue. Despite her not needing any rescuing cause she knew how to handle those thugs who wanted to push her out of her business.
He knew that Mercy was his fated mate the instant they met, but he was scared of what she would do, if/when she ever found out about his past deeds. Dante did everything yo protect her from those who wanted to harm her and those she cared about.
When someone from her past came back into her life, things kind of felt off to her. But she ignored her instincts and it nearly caused her everything she'd worked for. It's a good thing, Dante was always by her side.
It was great to catch up with previous characters and meet new ones. To have his cousins being there for him in his times of needs was fantastic.
BOUND TO THE DRAGON is the fifth standalone paranormal novel in Zoe Chant's LOST DRAGONS series. It was fast-paced, beautiful and a great read. Two thumbs up!

Dante finds forgiveness
Mercy is a woman trying to help the town and people she grew up with. Dante a Dragon who is looking to make amends for the mess of a life he had to live. Dante stumbles upon Mercy who is in need of assistance but doesn't like to take it ask for help. She likes to help others. Dante realizes that Mercy is his mate and must keep her safe and find a way to tell her about himself. Mercy's ex boyfriend is back looking to help his old city but he has other plans that have nothing to do with anything good. The story is interesting. What Dante has been through is sad and what he has to endure to get his mate is a path no one wants to take but in doing so he finds that he is finally able to forgive himself and realize he is worthy of his mate and clan. I was glad to see Stefan show up. How great would it be to be crowned and claimed forever.

Super fast moving story
Dante and Mercy are really great for each other. Dante doesn't believe that he is good enough to rejoin the Novak clan. Mercy is being harassed by goons trying to push her to accept their "protection." She is very feisty. Dante wants to make up for all that he had done previously. These two really draw you in.
This fast paced story moves the hopeful tone and action and character oriented storyline right along. The characters are vibrant. There are plenty of steamy scenes. You do want to read these books in order to get the full picture. If that sounds good to you, then you will enjoy this!

Disappointing
Of you want a story about a reformed criminal finding love, Zoe Chant has written better. The characters in this book are sympathetic, but forgettable. Mercy and Dante are little more than stereotypes.
There is a lot of conflict in this book, but it is fairly predictable. I found the climax disappointing, utilizing few of the characters' strengths and refusing to confront Dante's weaknesses.
This book was especially disappointing for me because I liked Dante in the previous book and I don't feel like I got to learn anything new about him.

A wonderful life lesson is found in this story: the realization that you/people can change and grow if you/they truly want to is not always an easy thing to admit!
I was completely immersed in the characters and story line. I love reading about strong alpha female characters and the alpha males who are "tamed by them!" 😉

Perfect ending!!!
I loved the rest to Dante's story. Also the fact that Stefan showed up when he did was absolutely heart warming. His family wanted him to come home. In the end Dante found love and he had proven to himself that just because he was raised by unscrupulous people he was a good person/shifter at heart. I enjoyed the whole series, all 5 books.

Awesome
Excellent new book by Zoe Chant, Bound to the Dragon, book 5 of the Lost Dragons Series. It contains a bit of everything with some steamy sex and a HEA. Fun fast read that I totally enjoyed. Looking forward to more by Zoe! Loved everything I've read so far which includes a large number of books!

Ooh such a great story.

Romantic & exciting
There’s a great air battle & a lovely romance. The heroine is loyal & video brant, yet suffers with panic attacks. The hero is strong & loving, but riddled with guilt. Together they heal & rise above.
