Gardner Raymond Dozois was an American science fiction author and editor. He was editor of Asimov's Science Fiction magazine from 1984 to 2004. He won multiple Hugo and Nebula awards, both as an editor and a writer of short fiction.

Finalmente è finito. Racconti abbastanza penosi di belli c'è n'erano 2 o 3. Questa era la selezione dei migliori racconti chissà gli altri che non sono stati scelti...

El libro me recuerda que fue comprado por mi en enero de 1993, en Nápoles. Y terminado de leer casi 20 años después. La razón principal para este enorme retraso es que son más de 600 páginas de cuentos de ciencia ficción en italiano! Se trata de la traducción al italiano de la séptima antología anual de cuentos de Ciencia Ficción de Gardner Dozois, siempre una de las mejores. Aunque fue laborioso leerlo todo en una lengua dominada a medias (en el mejor de los casos), igual encontré historias excelente. Es muy difícil encontrar una antología que compita con ésta. Siempre excepcional. Si no leerás más que un libro al año de CF (hay gente así...), que sea éste.
