I have a sizeable cookbook collection, and this is one of my favorites. Everything I have made is delicious, easy-to-make and full of flavor. Often when I make a recipe it's a one-time deal as many cookbook recipes have too many steps and ingredients, taking way too much of my time for daily life. The recipes I have tried thus far I have made repeatedly as weekday or weekend meals and my family cleans their plates, always! I have made the pork noodles, cajun chicken and green beans, Sheetpan Kung pao chicken, 5 ingredient chicken and asparagus, the vanilla coffee creamer and the matcha chia pudding. So delicious! I'm gonna have to cook my way through this book!
