The love story of Elijah and Charity is sweet, sensual and not always smooth sailing. He's got a reputation as a player as well as an outstanding doctor. Why else would her father have chosen him as his Chief of Surgery? Charity is a professional fundraiser for hospitals. She and Elijah meet when her father engages her services for his 65th birthday gala. Their budding romance plays our over three books, each with a cliffhanger. There are misunderstandings, crazed stakers, resurfacing exes, and family drama which play out across the pages. It seems there will be an HEA in their future but who knows what will play out in the upcoming parts?

After her mother dies from Cancer, Charity makes major career changes - instead of becoming a doctor, she decides to save hospitals in need. After starting her job in Atlanta, her dad asks her to plan his birthday party. Elijah is Chief of Surgery at her dads hospital, every ounce doctor sexy. Charity needs to find out if she wants to or if she can make a relationship with Elijah work - especially with her newest contract and a large distance. This is full of steam. Lexy Timms once again does it again with a terrific love story with twists and turns. It is well written and keeps you hanging on for more of their story. The book is a trilogy and as such you know that their will be a cliffhanger for the first 2 books. Lexy Timms weaves a wonderful story full of love, passion, and romance which keeps you coming back for more.

Addictive, Emotional, and Full of Heat—Perfect for Binge Reading! This boxset was impossible to put down. Charity and Dr. Elijah’s chemistry is undeniable—steamy, emotional, and layered with grief and second chances. I loved how the story balanced sizzling attraction with deeper emotional themes like loss, family tension, and personal growth.

That said, each book is more of a novella, and the cliffhangers are real—so be ready to keep going. The pacing occasionally stumbles, and there were a few editing hiccups, but overall it’s an addictive read for romance lovers.

Perfect for fans of billionaire bad boys, medical drama, and binge-worthy passion.

This is the first book by this author that I've read and it definitely wont be the last. A fantastic story with amazing characters. The story flows from each book. The story builds slowly over the 3 books. All 3 books are wonderful and well written. The stories are all full of romance, surprises and laughter. These were good books to read, getting to know the characters and what issues they had to over come. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.
Highly recommended boxset

#1
This is a story of Charity who is hired by her dad to throw up his birthday party. There is tension between them since her mother died. While planning she meets her father's apprentice Elijah and there is an instant attraction, but he is know for getting around. I enjoyed the story and the characters and can't wait to hear more.

#2
A great continuation to Charity and Elijah's story. In this book they hit a bump in their relationship. Also Charity and her dad hash it out and secrets are revealed.

#3

Great series

I have loved this series so far. I originally read the first three books about three years ago and that was the full series at the time. I read book one again recently and decided to read them all and found out that another five books have been published. I love both main characters and it's great to hear where their life's are going. My one complaint is that the five books cost over £10 and they are all just over two hours each. So the bundle is expensive.

Enjoyable

I’ll admit that these books were enjoyable.

My criticism however, is the details that were unnecessary. I mean did we really need to read about every single detail? I think the reader would have the same effect if you just summarized moments. For example, did we really need to the part where two boys kicked a ball at them while they walked along the beach? I mean it added no value to the story.

Totally Saving Forever

I don’t usually like romantic novels. This 3 books set was totally different. The characters were great. It wasn’t like most other novels where girl meets boy than they argue and happily ever after. These books made me read one after another. All in one day. Can’t wait for book 4.

Falling in Love

This is a beautiful love story that happens over the first three book. Elijah works with Charity's dad at his hospital in New York. Charity is working a contract for hospital to gather finds for improvements. But they make a point to connect.

Good

This is basically the common formula romance novel. It is still an enjoyable story. It was clever to have a shrewish mother in another country.

I read and enjoyed all three books. It was a slow build to a romantic story of two people who are attracted to each other but have to over come multiple set backs and misunderstandings to their relationship. Charity Thompson the daughter of a great well known doctor was hired by him to put on a gala for his 65th birthday and to raise money for his hospital. She is first attracted to his chief of staff Elijah Bennett voice when he answers Dr. Thompson's phone and took a message from Charity. She eventually meets him in person when she has a meeting with her father to outline plans for the gala and discovers that he has a reputation as a serious playboy. In spite of this a relationship develops but it has it's challenges. It's a girl meets boy and they are both hot for each other kind of story. There are several steamy scenes between these two as the story progressed. The stories are developed with lots of details about the characters histories that caused the flaws each of them have. There is a little intrigue and a little stalker violence added to the mix. Each book flowed into the other without a hitch as the story progressed.

Save me from forever

If this was shortened to one full length novel instead of one story being split into three longish novellas, it might have been okay. Instead, the books felt more like "every moment of Charity's that she spends with a male after she starts her job in Atlanta." It's about as exciting as that summary. The writing is okay, though a little flat and overly detailed. Sex scenes were mildly hot, but it isn't really until the last book they even happen.
I don't get why the hero is supposedly a "bad boy." He's a hard working doctor who enjoys casual sex until he meets the heroine. How is that bad?
Even worse, the series doesn't end here and more books come after. I don't know why anyone would read further.
