The Gowther/Nadja short story is so heartbreaking while explaining so much. I love how much thought Suzuki puts into all of the characters' backgrounds and motivations.

Wow! I did not expect it to be this good. The War continues and Elizabeth shows her power of kindness which is similar to Naruto's talk no jutsu and surprise surprise it works, at least to some degree. Many secrets are revealed, especially regarding Gowther and his identity. I LOVED the parts that highlighted Gowther and his past. The ending was okay too. Overall, I really liked and it is definitely better than previous volumes. However, there is still room for improvement. If it continues like this, then we'll have no problem.

I decided to finally, after over 200 chapters read online, to support my favorite manga and buy a real, paper and ink volume. I was excited to support 7DS and read the manga in book format, so I think both things contributed to an overall positive reading experience. It’s interesting how manga volumes really don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. This whole volume is comprised of the 3,000-years-ago flashback type journey being taken by King and Diane. We learn about Gowther’s origins as a doll and his past with Bartra’s older sister, Nadja. We also learn how he loses his heart, which is sad. (Or does he lose it? I don’t feel clear on this.) Then we get a little into Gerharde’s history and why she doesn’t have wings! This is interesting, and poor King, always too late to protect the ones he loves from harm (except for in the Kingdom Infiltration arc when he saves Diane, can’t forget about that).

I love the bonus stories, especially when Jericho discovers that she shares her brother’s magic powers.

Oh my gosh...oh, my gosh...I was not prepared for that. I was not prepared for all the feels to kick the absolute shit out of me. Gowthur's backstory has officially hit me the hardest out of all of the Sins and his entire character, mannerisms, and motivations make perfect sense now. Leave it to Suzuki to give the most emotional backstory to the character longing to understand emotions. I just, I can't take it, it just broke my heart so much and I want to hug Gowthur so tightly and tell him everything's gonna be okay, it's gonna be okay...

I'm gonna go cry in a corner right now, bye.

思ったより複雑な話ですね。

全部理解していないが面白いと思う。

ゴウセルの話は泣かせた。ちょっとピノキオと似っている。それはビックリした。ゴウセルの作者は魔人族でも彼は自分の人形を本物の命を与えた。魔人族は悪くないかも。悪い魔人族がイル、でも悪い人間もわるい女神もいる。現実と近い。

でもやっぱりこの巻は難しかった。タイムラインはあちこちに混乱している。今読んだのは現在？！三千年前？十年前？もっと前？全然分かんない！ゴウセルの作者はゴウセルの未来見た？それはゴウセルの記憶？全く捕まえない。が、一つはバトルの姉はヴィヴィアンとそっくり！！

次の巻は悲しそう。でもやっぱり読みたい。

Hubieron cosas que si me gustaron, siento que ahora sí puedo querer más a gowther y me dió mucha pena lo que pasó... Ver un poco de la guerra que hubo me pareció interesante. Ahora algo que no me gustó para nada es que sentí que hicieron a Diane muy tonta en este arco, siendo que ella no es así y me molestó bastante. Aparte de eso me pareció divertido

Absolutely love the anime so figured I would give the manga a shot, and boy was I half I did. The manga is, in my opinion, far superior to the already outstanding anime. If you like the anime and story of The Seven Deadly Sins, give the manga a go, you won't be sorry.

Lovely fight scenes~ Stigma and Archangels vs the demons. Then we give way to Gowther and how he came to be, what he is, and why he became a sin. I actually feel kinda sorry for him.
