This is so funny story. I laughed and smirked on my working desk. Hoping nobody see that. The story is complicated but yet refreshing to listen to. I especially Dirk. His full name is bit like a joke, but it works anyway.

Autumn is what I hope for heroine in the romance book. After all, not all of us have size 4 and a body like Victoria's Secret top model. We have curves that is not perfect. I can relate to Autumn. What she lacks in her body, she made it up in her feisty and talented character. She is my role model in a strong independent woman. And I also love how she is not shy away with her sexuality.

Dirk is also an awesome love able man whore. I love that he can show his vulnerable side. I always have soft spot for vulnerable hero. He is also have this fun romantic traits on him. His POV cracks me up.

Overall this is a wonderful book. I only wish it can be longer with more twist on the story.

Autumn and Summer may be twins but they are like day and night (pun intended). Why do the prettier, skinnier, taller girls with great hair always get the gorgeous rich guys? Well, maybe not this time. Enter the manwhore Dirk Sexton, who has a “type” but when his BFF Heath shows an interest in Autumn, who’s Dirk’s new employee and off limits, Dirk starts to reconsider exactly what his type is. All Of Me is full of Andrea Smith’s wit and humor that made this Rom-Com hard to put down once I started reading it. Oh BYW, who knew having crabs was a metaphor for life!

This is one of the best ROm-com have read in a long time. I seriously laughed out loud throughout the whole book, even during the times you wouldn't think you could laugh, Andrea found a way to keep the humor in the story the whole way. Autumn was just amazing and very witty. Dirk was funny and also showed a vulnerable side. The secondary characters were even funny with their commentary on how things were going. If you love to laugh you definitely need to read this one.

I have to say that I'm not particularly a champion of the "big girl" as the heroine in my books. Sorry, not sorry feminists! ;) With that said, I think this book may have changed my mind...at least this one time! I love Andrea's writing style - it's fresh and fast moving and she has a way of sucking you into the characters' lives until you just simply do not want to let go. This happened and so much more in All of Me.

I loved the heroine. Her quick wit and sarcastic charm really did it for me and I loved the fact that the Hero didn't really pay her much attention at first since she "wasn't his type." It took him a little while to figure out his own flaws, but when he did, that's when the sparks really flew! Wow - this is definitely up there in my favorites - the Epilogue will probably go down as one of the best ever for me!

Cute, Sweet, Sexy...yes please!

Best rom-com I have read in a long time. Autumn Dey is a phone sex operator that is dreaming of becoming a radio show hostess. She finally gets her chance and nails the interview and gets her dream gig. But, when she hears her new boss Dirk Sexton's voice, it sounds very familiar

This story is full of humor and witty banter, but it has so much heart too. I was able to relate to Autumn on many levels, and Dirk is the perfect kind of man. He is sexy and confident, but he also has a softer, more vulnerable side that makes him totally swoon worthy.

Seriously, this book is great. The writing is amazing, I wish more authors cared about their craft like Andrea Smith does.

I do not usually leave reviews, but I really felt compelled to leave one on this book. If you love compassion, humor and a lot of wit, this is the book for you.
What I love best is this book it is finally about a fuller figure girl finding love. All the insecurities that she goes thru. Majority of books are about Barbie and Ken type characters and this book finally is about a normal girl. Trust me, you will not put the book down. Just sit down and enjoy, you will not be disappointed.

Sometimes I need a laugh. A big full on laugh. This book gave me lots of laughs.

Who knew you could use a blow up doll to go down the two person lane? It might be worth an investment in plastic. I want a boy one though.

Autumn Dey is a curvy girl with a mesmerising personality. She’s beautiful inside and out and hilarious. If she came to me for a job interview, I would employ her on the spot. She had me at her skirt button popping off.

Dirk Sexton, manwhore, radio station boss, is the inventor of food games (olives and cracker for me please). I liked him, despite his comedy name.

She is the midnight caller with attitude. The tell it like it is girl, take no prisoners girl, roll with it girl.

The writing style reminded me a little of Debra Anastasia’s comedy books that border on farce.

If you like a bit of light relief every now and again, a break from the dark MC, shifter, friends to lovers, age gap romance then this is a perfect interlude.

This was a light, easy read. I absolutely adored Autumn. While her insecurities did surface on occasion, they didn't consume her or diminish her confidence. She owned her strengths unapologetically. Laid back, blunt, witty... Autumn is somebody I could see myself hanging out with. It took a bit to warm up to Dirk but with the way his character developed through the story, he won me over in the end. Overall, I enjoyed this book. The characters were well rounded and pull you in. The pacing was great. I would recommend it to any romance reader who is looking for a break from some of the more emotionally heavy or angst filled reads out there.

Fun, fun, fun. That's what this book is.

We meet Autumn who loves her successful twin sister Summer who doesn't even remotely resemble her. So it is a good thing for Autumn to make a career switch from a 900 sexline to become the voice of a real midnight show on a real radio station. Little complication: her sexy boss has an eye for her while not aware that he was a client of Autumn on that 900 sexline.

Andrea Smith tells the story with a whole amount of wit. Her writing is so fresh and original it is very much fun to read.

Highly recommended.

Andrea Smith is such an amazing Author!! She gave me the Audible version of this book and the Narrators Alexander and Gabrielle Cendese rocked this story.

Such a fun and witty story line. Autumn gets hired as a radio personality by the gorgeous player, Dirk Sexton. He is her boss. Autumn has a fraternal twin, Summer, and they are as different as night and day. Autumn is outgoing and down to earth, and Summer is a good sister, but she is into herself.
Dirk is a one stand man and he likes his ladies slim. Summer is slim and Autumn is full figured.
But, he finds himself unexpectedly attracted to her, and Autumn is also attracted to him!!

This is such a fun read/listen!! Witty, sexy, and romantic and everything good that Andrea Smith is known for. A must listen, or read it.

All of Me by Andrea Smith
Narrated by Alexander and Gabrielle Cendese
Standalone BBW (Big Beautiful Woman) Romcom
4.5 Stars *skip to the Down & Dirty for a quick review*

Beware, my review for All of Me by Andrea Smith gets a little personal. Autumn, the heroine of the story, was SO relatable to me, that this romantic comedy actually hit me in the feels more than it was supposed to.

As a size 18-20, I love reading about a heavier woman who finds love, but I am often disappointed that I can’t relate to the characters as much as I thought I would. But Autumn was my soul sister. As the youngest of three perfect, gorgeous and skinny sisters and a mom who weighs the same 118 that she did at her wedding 61 years ago, I totally got Autumn.
“As much as I preach to myself that I was happy in my own skin, my inner skinny girl was telling me different based on past experience."

Her fraternal twin sister Summer is like a Barbie doll, and Autumn has ample curves. She may be uncomfortable in her skin, but she is very confidant in her voice. In fact, she has such a great voice, she works as a phone sex operator. When a new radio show is looking for a talk show host, she goes for it.

I know that feeling so well…feeling inferior at something you know you’re good at because of your weight. It’s so rare to find a book that just understands, and All of Me totally did.

When Dirk Sexton, the station owner, hires her, one of her selling points was that he wouldn’t think with his dick about her; Autumn wasn’t the manwhore asshole’s type. When he saw her out to lunch with her sister, he went right for the gorgeous one, Summer, and starts dating her even when he realizes he doesn't really like her. Ugh, I so get this. Guys I am into would tell me how gorgeous my sister is all the time.

But the more Dirk got to know Autumn...
“I wanted to throw her across my lap and spank the sass right out of her.”

She was sassy! You never feel sorry for her or anything, you just get her. I was listening to All of Me on my way to my final divorce hearing, and it really just got me emotional because I just related so much. Especially when “Tillie” called in to the show.

“Autumn, I just want to say I’ve been where you are ever since I was in grade school. Body shaming by others, including my family was rampant. My own mother had me on every trendy diet ever invented, and it irrevocably damaged my own self-image. Having said that, I think maybe you need to consider the fact that not everyone judges you by your body or your looks. You are so beautiful. Don’t doubt yourself, and don’t doubt those who see the truth. That is all.”

I needed that quote so much that I’m printing it out to keep near me.

By the way, Dirk (despite his name) won me over in the end and got over his shallow, manwhore ways.

Likes:

•One of the most relatable heroines ever.
•Made me laugh and cry.
•I loved how close the sisters were, despite the physical differences.
•Just enough angst to keep it interesting.
•A unique storyline.

Dislikes:

•I didn’t have anything specific story-wise.
•I think the cover needs some work.

The Narration:
The past books I have listened to by Alexander Cendese and especially Gabrielle Cendese I have loved. But I have to be honest here, while I love that Alexander throws himself into the part, I feel he overacted a bit in this performance and it began to get on my nerves. She was great.

The Down & Dirty: All of Me by Andrea Smith was one of the few curvy heroine books where I related to the heroine. Many don’t mention the weight enough, many have heroines that rock their curves with confidence, many have the heroine lose weight. But All of Me had a heroine who understood that her weight played a part in every facet of her life and addressed it head-on. I have an obsession with feeling like I don’t fit in because of my size. I love how All of Me by Andrea Smith made me look beyond that in myself, and see that I am more than just my size. Thank you Andrea for that; I just hope it sticks!

Rating: 4.5 Stars 3.5 Heat, 4 Narration

I love me a big girl romance as Im a bbw myself but a big girl who loves herself is even better. Autumn dey yeah thsts her name is a bbw but her claim to fame is her voice sexy and beautiful she does what she can to make cash on her voice as 900 operator entil she gets her dream of radio show. when her new call Roland calls she pegs him instantly hes a one of those gorgeous men who uses woman. What she didn't count on was when she interviews forvher dream job that roland is also her new boss Dirk. Dirk is tired of being the love them and leave them guy so he call a 900 operation to talk and out and Romana voice hooks him. When he finds the perfect girl and voice for his new radio show he couldn't be happier plus she definitely not his type so he doesn't need to worry about screwing things up... But when he meet Autumn twin sister who is exactly his type he starts dating her only to see that maybe his dating the wrong sister. Autumn was everything you want in a heroine sassy imperfect and funny... I loved this book and definitely will be reading more from this amazing author.

I’m kind of conflicted about this one. Dirk was a jerk, and I’m not really sure if he redeems himself. The thoughts that he had... I don’t know. I think I had a hard time connecting with either characters here. It wasn’t funny, and maybe because the title says it is I was looking for that laugh but never got it. Then out of no where it was a 180 and it all happened so fast. Kinda rushed if you asked me. All in all I read it. I finished it. I don’t think I’ll remember it come tomorrow and the cover definitely needs work but it was decent enough. I like the concept here, and I did the the radio show. That was fun.

Autumn was a phone sex worker until she got a new job as a radio show host. Her boss is none other than Dirk Sexton, who starts dating her sister Summer. Autumn ends up being a friend and crushing from afar. She recognizes Dirk's voice from her time as a phone sex worker and things take a steamy turn when a colleague of Dirk's show interest in her. Dirk realizes he chose the wrong sister to have a no strings relationship with as Summer bores him. Autumn and Dirk were sizzling together. A steamy, funny story.

Such an amazing story. I really wasn't feeling Dirk, and honestly don't know how I feel about his turnabout feelings, but this was definitely a good page turner for sure. It had me on the edge just awaiting what was going to happen and how Ramona was going to come about. This story was totally a uplifting one. I am always down for a good chubby girl story! They are very uplifting to me, being a chubby girl.

Dirk and Autumn

This is one of my favorite plots; a man who is convincedthat a woman he meets is not his type, is not what he needs or wants, or would ever be attracted to much less fall in love with. And then all it takes is a laugh, her voice, her eyes, her smell, her smile and then everything falls into place.
I love how Autumn blindsided Dirk. It made the HEA so much more.
