Personally for me I loved this manga all the way through. I watched the anime and loved it so I decided to read the manga. The manga is leaps and bounds different and it expands on so much more while accomplishing a lot more. I currently own the entire series Plus all the side stories, the new volume for the new series, and the two doujinshii collections that were released. As you can tell I over this series. The story is great and feels authentic. The characters are wonderful and have many hilarious quips along with huge personality. The art is great, being able to convey the story that it is in with beautiful designs mixed in with other designs that seem to represent the characters themselves. Finally I would like to address the world building which is amazing, it feels sort of like the ghost in the she'll manga in how nozuma tamaka goes into all the intricate details of the world which he has created. Overall I give this a ten out of ten as it is my favorite manga thus far.

Phoebe y Yuuhi, el hermano menor de Akira, se topan con Cal y Aaron, otro par de jóvenes hombres lobo que están a días de realizar su prueba. Aunque al inicio Cal y Phoebe pelean mucho pues la madre del primero arriesgó su vida, junto con un montón de gente, para salvar a la pequeña loba, ya después se contentan y se hacen un buen equipo, como en el pasado hizo Akira con los demás lobos.
Por otra parte, Ming Mei resulta ser descendiente del clan Li, y una importante aliada para la princesa Mina. El Bund sigue sin “dueño” y siento que es más bien la calma antes de la tormenta pues todavía Katie planea deshacerse de Mina y de todos a su paso, con ayuda del resto del clan Li.
Y bueno, como dije, Phoebe sí es una niña lobo y creo que va a ser una importante pieza en el tablero.
De este volumen me gustó ver lo mucho que ha crecido Akira pues, de cierta manera, siempre ha protegido a la princesa a toda costa y ambos han sufrido pérdidas que les han dejado heridas profundas.

Pup Squad
Just as a warning to those that have not seen any volumes in the Dance in the Vampire Bund series (or frankly anything Nozomu Tamaki works on) that although no nipples or genitalia are drawn there are sometimes images of nudity of younger characters which may bother some readers. Honestly with many characters being androgynous it is hard to believe some of the action shots wouldn't show more...distinction which is just fine considering what people really come to read this series and that is the political struggles of the vampire queen Mina Tepes and I am guessing for this block of stories the mystery behind the mysterious werewolf pup Bea.
With Yuuhi and Bea meeting the other members of their new squad there is some rough water after he new members come across Bea's past. In the mean time Mina has a surprise to throw a wrench into Kate Morris's plans and we get to see new information about an already established character in the series. In the mean time my suspicions on Bea are verified and we get to see some of the minions of the dark vampire lord in the last block of the series.

The latest volume expands the DITVB universe by going deeper into the new cast of characters while continuing the original storylines. I love both ! The new stories and the old - Nozomu Tamaki is truly a genius and has a softness to his writing that shines through in this intriguing volume. Makes me want to go back and re-read the entire series as familiar faces keep popping up!

This is an excellent book in an addictive series. The artwork is top-notch in a manga style. The plot is filled with heart-pounding thrills and tense moments of violence. I only recommend this book to manga addicts like me.
