Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. Fourth edition of a reference for psychiatrists on common neurologic illnesses that cause or mimic psychiatric symptoms. Previous edition 1990. Based on a course with the same name. Reviews neuroanatomy and discusses diagnosis and some management.
I wish I had read this book in med school. I might have become a neurologist. Ok, maybe not, but I would have understood neurology significantly better and aptly utilized my neurology rotation intern year.
I recommend starting this book intern year. It is very readable and essential for the neuro section of the ABPN part one.
