A VERY brief look at 20 different faulty thoughts and beliefs we can have, and how to change your thinking and behavior. As a therapist, I think this is a decent intro to therapy, or a useful tool while you’re in therapy, but definitely not a replacement for it.

Really helped me change some of my less helpful attitudes. Would recommend!
