I received this book through a Goodreads giveaway. The photography in this book is excellent -- you can almost smell the finished dishes. And then, you try one of the easy to follow recipes, and you can really smell the flavors and spices. Nice selection of appetizers, entrees, desserts, and drinks -- some meat-based and some vegetarian. I will definitely be using this cookbook again.
