Dagger Drummond and Ryan Pierce have been married for years. They've experienced firsthand what living under the lights at center stage can do to even the strongest relationships, but somehow they've managed to remain on solid ground – until now.

Ryan realizes he wants more from their marriage, but Dagger is too fearful to give it to him. A disconnect is forged, and suddenly the two who are known as being the heart and soul of the dual touring bands, Black Ice and Ivory Tower, are out of sync. Having the backbone of the band family at odds sends Dagger home to make amends.

Just as their pieces begin settle into place, tragedy strikes and nearly rips them apart for good. One of them is left fighting for his life and both are reaching for a future that may no longer be obtainable.

Fall Again is a full-length update story featuring the main characters from Fall For Me, Book One in the Rock Gods Series and comes with a hard-earned HEA.

Ann Lister is a native New Englander currently living in Florida with her husband. She has pulled details from her years living in the New England area and uses many local settings and landmarks in her novels.

After graduating art school, marrying, and raising two daughters, she established her own video production company. Her nearly two decades working in video production included work within the music industry and won her a coveted Telly Award. Her 'behind-the-scenes' exposure to the music world and her love of rock music is the inspiration for her erotic rock star romances.

The Rock Gods series gave her Bestselling Author status on Amazon. Beyond The Music, Book 7 in the series, reached #1 in Gay Erotica in the Pre-Order and held that spot for several weeks. The last book in the series launches the spin-off series, Guarding The Gods, which is releasing in early summer 2016.

Fall For Me, Book One in the series was a Finalist in the 2013 Rainbow Award. Each book in this series brings her two favorite elements together: musicians and the love between two men. These stories focus on what it truly means to love; love unconditionally, love without restrictions or labels, love without fear or judgment – to just simply love.

This was book 10 in "The Rock God" series. Dagger Drummond and Ryan Pierce have been married for years. They have been at odds lately Ryan is ready to start a family, but Dagger is not ready he had bad childhood and doesn't think he would be a good father. This was a really good read and a nice addition to this series. When Dagger comes up with them getting a dog first they go to a ranch that takes in unwanted pets a train them they end up leaving with two dogs. Ryan also tells Dagger that he is tried of him touring so much and when Dagger talks to Alex he tells him that Chase and Dani were the same way. Living the rock star life is hard on there loved ones. These two have some hot and heavy sex scenes. When Ryan goes missing during a mudslide Dagger will d anything to get his husband back safely. Dagger also begins to think about what's important in life and that's including having kids. I liked that that the small dog that was named Lita was able to get help for Ryan who trapped in the car. This was a good read this book was well written liked the rest of the books in this series. I am looking forward to reading about the new guy Bronx and his bodyguard and about the new band that Dagger helped named Chaos.

An emotional ride

I was a little nervous about reading this book from the blurb, but I am so glad I did. Dagger and Ryan are like any other married couple and they have their ups and downs. The only difference with them is, theirs is in the public eye.

This book brings together all the characters from the Rock God's series and both rock bands: Black Ice and Ivory Tower and shows how their characters are evolving and growing up, although maybe not Dante and Ashton who still love bathrooms. It also shows new characters including Lita and Brutus who join Dagger and Ryan's family.

Any time we can get a glimpse into the lives of these characters, is a good thing.

OH MY GOD I don't know where to start with all the compliments for this book.
This is the tenth book in the RockGod series, and this time we are going to swoon around Dagger Drummond and his husban Ryan. The patriarch of the whole series, the two hot guys that makes you escape into the fantastic rock n roll world that Ann Lister has created perfectly.
in this installment we are revisiting the husband and husband again, and as in real life, a marriage isn't always red roses and russian caviar.
Ryan and Dagger takes us through their private issues, and during this story I wanted to jump right in for many reasons. Well, I almost did so to speak..
I am not going to tell what they are struggling with, because they are s capable of doing it themselves. I am going to tell you to go push that one click button up there and read this one. And if you don't have read any of them books, go get them. Worth all the money.
Yes I connected superwell with all the characters, and some of them surprised the heck out of me in a positive way. I just need more books cuz I can't get enough of these characters.

You better believe it, but it was also the start of something new. Ann lister wrote another fantastic read and I am glad to be able to experience the ups and downs with her men. What started it all, found a happy ending.

Rock god Dagger and his husband Ryan were fighting the same issues as other couples. Daggers job, Ryan's unwillingness to tour due to his job and Ryan's want to expanding their family. Dagger was a tough act, but it took a tragedy for him to bring his thoughts around.

This book was filled with a bit of everything and the excitement was palpable. There is little thought that this is truly the end because there is so much more stories for these guys, their band of brotherhood and the next generation.

I, for one, cannot wait to see where Ms. Lister will take her stories in the future. Five star quality, four star heat.

SOOO FREAKING GOOD!!!

Hard to imagine that this is THE ROCK GOD'S SERIES #10. Every book in this series is better than the last. Dagger and Ryan have been together for a long time. Their relationship is showing some cracks. As they try to find their way back to each other, fate may take that chance from them. This was one rocky ride for our BLACK ICE band. It's time to load up the bus and head out for the latest tour. I love the way ANN LISTER puts me on stage with the band. If you've ever been to a rock concert, you'll see what I mean. Seeing IVORY TOWER and meeting CHAOS was an added bonus to this AMAZING story. Get ready to ride, it's another FANTASTIC story to share with our band of HOT, crazy, fun touring animals. Thank You for the two new songs. You gotta get your song book recorded..... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK AND THIS INCREDIBLE SERIES!!!!!!

I really enjoyed this story about Dagger & Ryan and despite the current issues they have, their love is palpable. Reading about the rest of the gang is always a treat. Love this series.

Loved loved loved this book!

Ryan and Dagger have been married for a long while now. The honeymoon isn’t necessarily over, but the rocker lifestyle is starting to take its toll on the frontman for Black Ice and the man he loves ~ sometimes losing it all makes us realize what’s most important!

Great new addition to Ann Lister’s Rock Gods series. Heartfelt storyline with tons of laughs from these rockers who we’ve grown to adore! Five stars aren’t enough. Ann Lister knocked this one out of the ballpark!

Oh my goodness gracious what a ride Ann Lister took us on this time!!! I know to expect a whirlwind ride when it’s Ann writing about her Rock Gods but this one really was a doozy.

Dagger is realizing that his relationship with Ryan has been slipping but he is fearful of what it will take to get back on track…a family! Ryan is ready for the next step and has been patiently waiting for Dagger to get on the same page. A page that has been a longtime coming but has stalled out. Dagger realizes that he has to have a heart-to-heart talk with Ryan or he might wind up losing everything that is precious to him. What he didn’t realize was how soon that might be a very real possibility and he won’t have a say in the matter when tragedy strikes.

I knew something was up with Dagger and Ryan but wasn’t sure what it was. I knew that Ryan hadn’t been touring with Dagger like at the beginning of their relationship but I figured that he had his own career and the touring was get in the way of his writing. What I didn’t expect was that things had broken down a quite a bit in their relationship. The daily calls and texts had dwindled, but that’s expected once the new shine wears off and the day-to-day life gets in the way. But I would have never expected that “The Rock God” Dagger Drummond would be afraid to take the next step in their relationship. I know that he was dealt a really shitty hand when it came to the parental units, since they really can’t be classified as parents like Ryan grew up with. However I didn’t realize how deeply they had scarred him.

There were a few moments where I was fearful to turn to the next page. Ms. Lister has you deep in the tragedies that California has been dealing with. Whether it is raging fires, blustering winds or devastating landslides California has been decimated by Mother Nature these last several years. This book highlights the risks that people now face daily, with little to no notice, to life and limb.

The sweet “additions” to the Drummond/Pierce household were another unexpected gift. I loved watching Dagger be commanded by his sweet little princess Lita. What a doll. And I loved Ryan’s deep connection from the very start with Brutus. I particularly loved how Lita truly saved the day. The proof that size has nothing over raw determination and love.

I was thrilled that we got to have another journey with my original Rock God and his man. I fell in love with Dagger and Ryan first and they have always held a special place in my heart within the Black Ice and Ivory Tower family. And family is exactly what these two bands have become. Through heartache and tragedy along side the good times, these men and their mates are always there for each other. I particularly loved the support that Alex gave to Dagger. The support and love that these two have for each other is heartfelt and touching. I am looking forward to the next step in all these men’s lives as they shift gears and move onward to the future. A future that looks bright and a bit more accommodating to where their lives have transformed to.

This book is a part of a fabulous series. I highly recommend that you read these books in order to understand the dynamics of where all these men are and how they got to this point. Great new addition to one of my all-time favorite rock series. And I’m looking forward to more to come!

This is a great series. It's always fun coming back to familiar faces time and again. This book revisits the couple who started it all in the series's first book, Fall for Me. The nostalgia of the early days of Dagger and Ryan's relationship made the plotline that much more realistic, as we watch the troubles in their marriage unfold.

Ryan is ready to move forward in their lives, but Dagger is dragging his feet. Fear and insecurities are causing friction between them, and Dagger is bound and determined to make sure he and the love of his life regain their solid foundation.

This is a story of compromise and vulnerability; learning to communicate, not only with each other, but also with their extended family; past misunderstandings finally being aired and reconciled; and creating a new future that fits the needs of all, and allows multiple dreams to come true.

Along the way, there are some tense discussions, and some devastating terror. Lister is able to keep the reader constantly entertained by a few twists and turns in just the right places. Of course, there's foreshadowing of the possible next couple, but there is also the introduction of a whole new set of characters that Dagger has taken under his wing.

Overall, the story is about growth. Growth as individuals. Growth between Ryan and Dagger and the new family they are building. And, growth for Black Ice and Ivory Tower, with a touch of Chaos thrown in for good measure. And, of course, Dagger and Ryan start their happily ever after...again.

Happy reading!

May the rock God's live on forever! 5 stars plus for the latest in this series

Fall Again is a fabulous addition/continuation to Ann Lister's Rock Gods series. These guys rock! I have lost track of how many times I have re-read the entire series, and my individual favorites numerous times more.

Dagger and Ryan have always been my favorite couple of the series, and this continuation of their story delivered all the feels. I laughed, cried (and may have speed-read quickly through a few pages to get through the angst), and smiled a lot.

The author skillfully included enough background details so that this book works as a stand alone; but, it's also not repetitive for fans of the series. It is a great check-in with the guys from the bands, too, and an introduction to the next phase of these characters ' lives.

Great writing Ann Lister!! Rock on! 🎵🎶🎸🎤🎶🎵

PS: I believe in past reviews I've said Lincoln is my favorite. Truthfully, he's a close second to Dagger. But I swoon and bump Lincoln's story to first every time I see that cover! LOL! 🔥🔥🔥😍🎶

Dagger and Ryan have now been together for years, and Ryan is ready to move on to the next phase of the life Dagger promised him... a family. Dagger has realistic fears about becoming a parent, after the terrible childhood he was forced to deal with. What if he's a terrible dad?
Meanwhile, Dagger and Ryan are apart more than they're together. They are still committed and devoted to each other, but they live separate lives most of the time. Is Dagger ready to make some changes?
This is a very enjoyable book, a great addition to the Rock Gods series. I love seeing how the characters have grown, and how much still remains the same. I appreciate seeing what a wonderful friend Alex still is to Dagger, and I love that Dagger and Ryan still want each other and no one else. They are hot together! Mostly, I am happy seeing how much they still love each other, through hard times and happiness, for better or worse. Theirs is a wonderful love story, and I am grateful for this chance to revisit them.

Wow, Ann Lister's Fall Again, the tenth book in The Rock Gods series, is phenomenal! Omg, this one broke me. I am so excited that Ann is going back to some of the couples I've fallen in love with over the years.

Dagger and Ryan having problems. No! Initiate the tears! But, seriously, it's an extremely rare treat to get a story of an already established and highly loved couple facing some struggles. And man, this is so damn realistic, so it's wonderful to see this represented. So many marriages hit that little rut, and the author perfectly illustrates this without too much angst, which makes it even better.

Everyone makes an appearance. It's like coming home and visiting family. I love the guys from Ivory Tower and Black Ice. Getting to spend some more time with them is always a treat. I enjoy them as individuals, couples, and friends. Their ongoing support for one another is a beautiful thing.

Fall Again is absolutely amazing! Thank you Ann for this delicious treat! Dear lord, if you've read the rest of the rock gods series, you will love this book. Read it. Read it now!

💖 I've I missed these guys. I've read these guys since they started back in book one. The guys in the bands are all one family on wheels in a tour bus.  This book ends with a new beginning to start and includes some high drama along the way. Life with them wouldn't be the same without Dante recking some bathrooms along the way with sexual proless.  A beautiful ending for this book. Hot sexy scenes included with other emotions that had me feeling with them.

Dagger and Ryan's marriage was in a rough spot the last couple of months. Touring with the band left him exausted. Things happen and a new outlook on life was about to be revealed.

Fall Again by Ann Lister is the tenth book in the Rock Gods series, a contemporary m/m romance with Rockstars. This book continues the story of Dagger and Ryan who were the main characters in the first book of the series. It is absolutely amazing to get an update on these characters and their journey together and their chosen family.

I admit that I got emotional at certain points. There are suspenseful moments in the book that really pulled at my heart and had me wrapped up in my feelings. Those moments are balanced with hilarious dialogue and antics, sweet romance and hot and sexy interactions. Overall, this book had me glued to my kindle and I wouldn't mind a visit to these characters again because the whole series has made me fall in love.

Another great add to the series. I loved each book in the series but of course the first with Dagger and Ryan started the obsession and became a easy favorite. I'm excited to see this book and get a update on them with their own book again. Even when someone is in love and a couple for years doesn't mean it comes without struggles and new challenges to overcome. So many feels from beginning to end; a great story and evolution for them but it only gets better and better. Sexy, sweet and full of surprises. Can't wait to read the next. Okay, I admit it. I haven't read the first nine books of The Rock Gods series yet. I did, however, read the first installment in the East Coast Label series and met Dagger and the guys there, so I thought I'd give this advance copy a try - and it worked well. There was enough backstory in the exposition that I was able to follow the action, though I'm sure I'll go back and start at the beginning of the series later.
I enjoyed this look at a rock star and his band after years on the road, and while I'm not usually that into books with existing couples (I like the thrill of the chase) in this case, I appreciated the work these two put into their relationship and the character growth that came from their experiences in the story.

Full circle

Oh how I loved this story! Ann Lister 's Rock God's began with Ryan and Dagger ' s story. After reading this beautiful sexy hot tale, I now remember why I loved them both so much.

This story is mainly told from Dagger ' s POV, with a few chapters on Ryan ' s voice. I would have liked to hear more of what he was thinking in the story, but I guess it was Dagger that needed the personal growth.

All in all, if you love to read a solid rock star story, with lots of rock star sex and a fully satisfying HEA, this is for you.

I fell in love all over again with this series.💙

Love this follow up to the story of Dagger and Ryan. I love seeing the couple that started off this incredible series and how they are doing years later. They have their ups and downs just like any couple and lots of miscommunication but they have a strong foundation of love, friendship, trust and respect. There was a shocking event that definitely had me on the edge of my seat and wouldn't let me put this book down! This is entire series is just spectacular and the only thing that could possibly make it better is if it were in audio also. I really loved seeing all of the other characters and hope to see lots more of them! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

I was really worried this book was be extremely angsty with a great couple on the outs. That we would spend the book with lots of miscommunication and a lot of silent screaming at the characters to get their act together. Lucky it's not that. There is some angst in this book but a small amount. There is one wonderful thing as well - COMMUNICATION between the two main characters. I love that not all the problems are magically solved but that there are some events that result in eye opening revelations. I have loved this series from the beginning and this book is just another one to adore!

Was pleasantly surprised that this one wasn't full of angst as the blurb would suggest. In fact, I dislike angsty books so much that the blurb almost made me not read this. But, I did...mostly because Dagger and Ryan's book, book 1 in this series, was my favorite and they are my favorite couple so I really wanted to see where their story went after being together for so many years. And this was a decent one. Not as good as their original book, but good nonetheless.
I'm not too sure where this series goes from here, I really have enjoyed both spin-off series so far. I'd really like to see more of Wheland and Rooster's story actually so...

Emotional story.

Dsgger has everything...until it all falls down around him when his husband seems to be distancing himself from him.

This story finds Ryan and Dagger at outs with each other. Digger knows what he has to do to put things right, he wants things back to the way they were, and has to work out a plan for the two of them to be together.

I don't want to go into detail, but there's a lot of tragedy in the story. The guys have to fight , to get back to one another. Got to admit, Ms Lister had me worried for a while, but she managed to pull things off beautifully.

The story is emotional and, as one would expect, very well-written. I look forward to more books starring Ryan and Digger in the future. Moving epilogue.

So excited to join Dagger and Ryan again in their journey together. They are two of my favorites in this series, and I have to say that I liked this part of their story even mire than the beginning. In Book 1, I tended to get a bit tired of Ryan’s inability to make up his mind. He was so back and forth which worries me to no end! In this book, he has finally reconciled how he views himself to who he is. This was refreshing and allowed us to see Dagger as more vulnerable when faced with some soul searching. Great addition to this series.

OMG we are back again with Dagger and Ryan!! You don't know how happy I am that we have a full story with them again. These two are the ones that got me to start reading with Ann Lister and she doesn't disappoint with this story. I absolutely love this book. This is an emotional one but it is so worth it. I love following up on their lives even when they are struggling. If you love this whole series you definitely don't want to miss this one!

Wow, I can't even begin to try to articulate the feelings this book gave me. I'm sitting here crying, which I did mostly thru out this book which I happened to read in one sitting. So powerful the storyline was, you could feel the emotions from Dagger & Ryan while experiencing their struggles and their joy.
Well done Ann. You made me believe that love can conquer all obstacles.

Dagger and Ryan...swoon!

Dagger and Ryan have been together so long and finally the distance caused a ripple in their relationship. Ryan wanted a family and Dagger was unsure and the situation became tense. When tragedy struck I cried like a baby because I was so hurt that one of my boys was in a position where he might not make it back to the love of his life. As always, everything worked out in the end and I was crying happy tears! Love this series.

Ryan and Dagger stole my heart in their first book and nothings changed since then. This book has all the feels and then some. I loved getting to revisit with these guys, even if my heart stopped a few times while reading. There are tears, laughs, love and so much more in Fall Again. Sexy, sweet and full of surprises you will not want to miss out on this book. I loved going along on their journey with them.

This is the tenth book in The Rock Gods Series. What an sensational book the writing was good. The plot was entertaining and it was steady throughout the book. I found the story and characters interesting. The characters were developed and thought out. Dagger and Ryan are the MC’s of this book. Their story starts in book one of the series. I can recommend this book as a good read. I voluntarily read an advance copy of this book for an honest review.
