A while since I read the previous book so took a while to get up to speed with all the various plot lines. Then it picked up and the story flowed but the title didn't really come into it until near the end. Overall I feel things are being dragged along by the various plots that get complex then have a more simple solution because they are so complex. So some "handy" events take place to solve a situation. Still looking forward to the next instalment.
Awesome, battles, brains and braun are loose in droves. We need all we can get now, all Daegon must die... Show no mercy, take no quarter and no parole. Death to the green and purple beasties. Thanks for a GoodRead.
The story continues with Gage leading his forces to a system where he hopes that they will find help and support. But things don't end the way that he hoped. Looking forward to the next book.
Lately, I have been reading a lot of lite military science fiction -- pure escapism. The Exiled Fleet has been a fun part of that. It is like reading the Richard Sharpe novels if they had been set in space. My only frustration with this series is that the last book in not available yet.
