This is an old book from my husband's childhood that his mom recently gave him. I have a Disney album of Mother Goose growing up so this was a pleasant way to renew my memory of them.

A good quick reference for any nursery rhymes you'd like to work on. Or even possible teach child for recitation.

Some of these 'rhymes' don't even rhyme! Not very well done at all.

I like that there are so many rhymes in here I didn't know -- it's not like other collections, yet it's still fairly short. Many of the illustrations are adorable. I'm not a fan of the spread with the flowers going down the edges and all the pictures have the same look about them, like patchwork. It's just not my favorite style, and I hate how it disrupts the book with the already-familiar pattern.
