An extremely practical guidebook for those aspiring to be real leaders.

This is one of the most readable books on leadership. It presents the essence of leadership in an easily understandable manner. For example, it defines a leader as someone with followers, making it abundantly clear that the role of a leader is to create followers. The book provides several guidelines on how to create followers.

This is a wonderful book that must be studied by everyone interested in leadership.

Although I was a little disappointed with this text, it did provide some good examples of practical leadership. The title suggests a thorough exploration of the dynamics of leadership - a lesson to be learned about the importance of a title.
