LOVED this book. In addition to the juice recipes (and nutritional breakdowns for each recipe), it also contains a "malady chart" and suggests specific juices for different symptoms and ailments. My juicer has been getting a lot more exercise since I discovered this book.
a good idea if you get stuck for smoothie and juicing recipes. Not as much scientific data up front as I was expecting, but some good homeopathic suggestions with each juicing combo, which was helpful.
