This was on the library's Overdrive App, and since I like to read about the 1920's and 1930's I selected it. Veer far away from this read. It is early erotica and starts off almost innocent enough, but soon gets into some nasty stuff such as rape, incest, and adults with underage kids. I didn't finish this book and I suggest that you don't either. Boo.

This 1930s erotic memoir starts off fine, then meanders unexpectedly into unpleasant plots of rape and underage sex. The final story is much better, but on the whole, it's not a book I'd recommend.

Note: the Kindle version available free at the Internet Archive is a pretty poor scan, full of typos and formatting errors. There's another edition on Amazon for $0.99 which may be better.

It started out interesting . Classically written erotica, who knew? It lost me when it started involving little girls into the plot and rape of under age girls. If I could give it no stars I would. Thank goodness I got it at the library and didn't buy it.

Hmm. Mostly of historical interest. If you ever plan on reading it, you should buy it before it gets banned again.
