My name is Christopher Greyson, and I am a storyteller.
Since I was a little boy, I have dreamt of what mystery was around the next corner, or what quest lay over the hill. If I couldn’t find an adventure, one usually found me, and now I weave those tales into my stories. I am blessed to have written over twenty novels.
My love for tales of mystery and adventure began with my grandfather, a decorated World War I hero. I will never forget being introduced to his friend, a WWI pilot who flew across the skies at the same time as the feared, legendary Red Baron. My love of reading and storytelling eventually led me to write and it’s the best job I’ve ever had.

Finn and Annie are insurance investigators. They work very well together. Finnian is lame. He lost a leg during the war. Annie is deaf. She lost her hearing a while ago.
Neither one of those things causes a problem between them, though. Finn is learning signing so he can communicate better with Annie. And Annie remembers to slow down when she is with Finn.
This book is about the death of a dog because it was in a car accident. What happened to the dog?
Cozy mystery...a man claims he was in a terrible car accident and his pet was killed; now he wants the insurance company to pay up and he has the documents to prove it. Finn and Annie once again work to solve the mystery together.
Another great one. But please can they be made a bit longer - this one was only 67% of the page count. A car accident and an addendum claim has Finn and Annie going to the claimant's house. But not before he had spotted the red notice about her grass and the sad state of her front door. The addendum is for the loss of a pet. A picture of the pet draws Annie's attention. A fabulous picture that she can't believe was taken with a phone! Whilst Finn starts taking care of the grass, what will Annie discover on the computer. Will it be enough to crack, what they feel is a bogus claim? Is Finn getting closer to Annie and her children?
Cute story. This time a man has added an addendum to his accident claim for the dog he lost. Finn and Annie meet with him, where she notices the dog’s picture. The photography is of high quality, which makes her suspicious.
At home, while she looks at the claim, Finn mows her lawn with his push mower, good physical therapy for him. She solves the mystery by finding the photo of the famous dog online from a magazine. Then, Finn looks into the vet’s paperwork, and finds the vet is the claimants brother-in-law. Score one for the duo on insurance fraud.
That deserves dinner, and Finn us happy to spend time with Annie and her kids.
The Case of the Case of the Phantom Pet: A Mini Mystery Series (The Adventures of Finn and Annie Book 4 [Kindle Unlimited] — Christopher Greyson (3 chapters) March 29, 2020
Another great story for Finn and Annie as they creep closer to something more than business partners and still solve a tricky mystery in the process.
Although, really, it’s Annie who’s doing all the solving.
Still don’t know what happened to Annie in the past, but we certainly know Finn’s story.
This is a mini-series story about Finn and Annie who are investigators for an insurance company. Finn is missing his lower leg and Annie is his deaf photographic partner. An auto accident the man was involved in now claims his dog, Bun, had been injured too and is dead. They seek to find Bun and learn what happened. Always heartwarming stories with humor. I love this series but wish the stories were a little longer. They end before I want them to end.
Finn and Annie have another insurance case to solve. In a car accident, a man claims his dog was killed. It's up to Finn and Annie to figure out the truth. Was the dog killed? Or is this a scam? Read it and find out. You'll be glad you did!
I dont like short stories, but i cant help but like these. I just read so fast they are over before i can find my place in em. But he does what he does so well. His characters are just so real.
I love this series. Each one is a short story with characters that develop as the series progresses, and a plot that is entirely believable. Quick but enjoyable. I surely intend to read each one.
I can never get enough of these stories! I enjoyed seeing a different side to Annie and to Finn as well. I just love seeing them grow a little closer! The case was interesting, and I enjoy watching them use their unique talents to figure things out. I can't wait for #5!
