Free Agent Lifestyle: Men's Guide To Peace, Quiet and Freedom

Rate this book
The Free Agent Lifestyle is a guide for men who are looking to improve their lives, not with the intentions of pursuing and impressive others, but for themselves. This lifestyle can be a temporary sabbatical from the plantation of expectation, commitment and pursuing women or it can be a lifetime change. There is no greater form of empowerment to have than to realize that this life has so much more to offer those that live free.

Excellent gift for a young man.

Wish someone was writing books like this twenty years ago, could have saved myself a lot time, and money. Will definitely pass it on to the young men in my family.

Excellent advice all men should have.

My only regret is not having this information available to me 20 years ago. Must read for every man at any age. It's never to late to take control of your life.

This is an awesome book that offers a perspective that a lot of men should get awareness of. The philosophy of the free agent lifestyle is very empowering and will definitely bring change to the way relationships as well as inter-gender dynamics are handled. Greg Adams, in usual form is speaking from life experience and real figures that I can relate to in life. He is on to something with the perspective in this book and the pitfalls that guys are aloof to not managing their most primal male urge.

You either control it and control the results of your life or you become the slave to it. Life is not a rehearsal, it is better to live it to the fullest without having to answer to or solely be relegated to being a resource outlet to the female imperative. The main takeaway from this book is to be ok with your freedom and ability to have the options that come with investing into yourself rather than living solely for someone else’s benefit. #MGTOW

A powerful guide that advances self actualization!

Great Resource for Gay Men as Well!

I really enjoyed this book. I was rendered homeless at 39 after my female siblings didn't make good on a verbal agreement concerning my mother's care, and I was her primary caregiver. Then I went into the workforce and had similar business problems with female co workers and managers. I needed to be red pulled and Coach Greg Adams helped this Gay man think straight!
What I like best about Coach us that you know he is speaking from experience and he wants to school you. I applaud him for it. I'm 47 and oh how I wish I had this information when I was 17. Actually it was out there but the books that were written were very hard to find. I highly recommend CGA and his books along with subscribing to his YouTube channel. You will realize what true female nature is, how it works and what to do to protect yourself.
Lastly I want to say that I always thought that ne being Gay was a curse but now after being red pilled and schooled on women through experience I thank God for this blessing! 😸😸

I Really Liked It 😄
-★★★★☆- (4.00/5.00)
My Grading Score = 80% (B+)

This books basically goes over essentially everything you'd assume a self-help book directed towards the modern man of today would. And there's nothing wrong with that since there's always someone out there that hasn't heard these messages as of yet, though I'd be surprised if they haven't.

Verdict
If you know about Coach Greg Adams through is Youtube channel, he's echoed throughout the years everything in this book, this is just a concise version of all of those teaching in book form. Nothing necessarily new for me, but I'm sure someone would fine this stuff mind-blowing. Nonetheless,

I guess to say this book is short but gives a powerful punch on what men need to do in their lives. Coach Greg Adams really gives good points on how men have wasted their lives simping for women and then the women leave them. The focus men should have is on themselves not women. Women shouldn't even be last on the list. It shouldn't be on the list. We live in a culture where women say they don't need men so why bother when women have been indoctrinated by these feminist lies. I was already living the free agent lifestyle prior to reading this book but I watch Greg's YouTube channel regularly so when I heard he had a book I had to read. Excellent book Greg and guys you should read it.

Is Greg Adams a reincarnation of Kevin Samuels (RIP)?
Of course not, but their philosophy of how to live your life is very similar: get your priorities in order, take care of your health, and pursue excellence.

Greg Adams’ book “Free Agent Lifestyle” is primarily written for young single men who choose to follow the path carved by the MGTOW community, but every man would benefit from reading it. It gives concise advice on how to live a constructive and fulfilling life in Western society in the 2020s.

This is a very short book; therefore, none of the numerous issues listed is discussed in detail. The author concentrated on telling what to do and spent very little time telling the reader how to do it. Still, the given observations and advice are honest and applicable to today’s world.

For me, the first three chapters were slow to make a point and were convoluted. The rest of the book was easy to follow.

I recommend it.

Overall rational and positive message to not depend on women for happiness and to focus on building yourself up instead. But at the same time it's too optimistically presented for my liking. I guess it's the black man's primitive, hedonistic worldview that is lacking in the deeper sensibilities of a European soul and can't quite resonate with it. But it's still better advice than what the trads and society at large offers to men as the solution to their existential dread and horniness: toil away for a nagging foid that simultaneously becomes more demanding and less pleasing to look at with each passing year..

I thoroughly enjoyed this book as it’s an interesting approach to the dilemmas of the modern 35+ year old unmarried/divorced men without fully hitting any of the extremes like the move to BFE MGTOW guys or being a PUA. I do wish that the book were bigger and more practical like including concepts such as MEAT and having ways to jump over the hurdles of such a lifestyle itself. But that said, it’s an interesting perspective even for men it’s not ideal for. So definitely recommend wrestling with it if nothing else.

One of the few books that started me back reading

I've been watching Coach Greg Adams podcast off/on for a month & wanted to check this book out. Let me just say this books enlighten me on certain things I was thinking about, and put certain things in perspective I wasn't fully understanding.

Since I'm single with no children dealing with a medical condition at this moment, it v
Gives me the motivation & drive to focus on me & give energy to the people who returns it back. I'll be reading his other books in the future!

This book is a must read for all men out there. Coach presents a better and happier alternative lifestyle to marriage. In today's society, any man in a relationship with a woman, wether that's a marriage or long term dating, has a "gun" pointed to his head that could go off at any time due to feminist mentality of modern women and society.

The Free Agent lifestyle is a lifestyle that all men at least should be aware of, before engaging in a relationship with a woman.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book for its insightful start, which provided valuable perspectives on personal freedom and independence. The author’s initial ideas were engaging and thought-provoking. However, as I delved deeper, I found that some of the recommendations presented later in the book weren’t as practical or applicable to my own circumstances. Nonetheless, it’s a worthwhile read for the fresh insights it offers on forging one’s path to independence and self-discovery.

More important wisdom from a MGTOW man. I needed these words of wisdom 20 years ago. My life would have been better. Alas, a lot of men are still blue pill, they can not see a better life for themselves. Peace, quiet, freedom, focus on being the best version of yourself. Keep improving oneself, read, lift weights, live a moral life. There is no limit to a man’s life.

There is some sound advice in here but unfortunately Coach Greg does come off a little bitter about his divorce, which makes the advice a little bit harder to take in my opinion because it sounds like it’s coming from an emotional place rather than a rational one.

Also the editing is a bit poor - typos and incorrect grammar in places.

Bom livro

Bom livro, com insights interessantes sobre o movimento Mgtow e sobre a neo masculinidade. É, no entanto, um livro mais dedicado à uma faixa etária entre os 16 e os 25 anos.
