This is by far one of the best books I've ever read on both leadership and communication. Shane shares his expertise on how to develop your message and articulate it with impact, in a way that is both entertaining and educational. My highlighter was on overdrive and I know it will be a book that I will be returning to time and time again. If you want to learn how to become a wonderful leader, and how to communicate your message in a way that matters, definitely get this book!

Shane takes a holistic approach to ‘leading the room’ - with a focus on building character, credibility and clarity of messaging. The book includes helpful concepts and personal experiences throughout. I love the focus on serving others, learning from failure and taking those next small steps to grow. This is a book I’ll definitely refer to again!

Good leadership is built on effective communication. At the heart of communication is the confidence and credibility that come from knowing yourself and your narrative. Outstanding communication involves a constant process of self-improvement, review and feedback.
