I don't think I've ever been so excited about a company of authors. The writers in this set have left me breathless. Of course, as an author I want you to love my work, and I believe Necromancer's Curse is a unique and truly phenomenal work, but trust me, you will find me in good company. Bless you all, readers, for taking a look at this one, and I hope to get to know many of you as you delve into these fantastic worlds in the shadows....

As an author joining the exciting world of PNR and UF, I can honestly say I am in the company of some of the most talented authors I've ever read. This boxset will blow you away. The worlds are intricate, the plots are seamlessly woven, and the characters jump off the page. There's something for everyone from magical creatures to dark and sexy necromancers. My review is currently for Cursed In Love by Dani Rene and Cora Kenborn. This PNR will pull you into the story with the first few paragraphs. We’re introduced to Mila as she speaks to a about what’s been occurring in her life and things that are not of the norm. Odyn shares the same abilities as Mila to an extent and having the dual POV for these characters throughout the story gives us a full 360 with the desire to continue reading straight through and never wanting to put the book down. I cannot wait to see what the other authors in this collection have to share with us.

This is my review for Cursed in Love with Dani Rene and Cora Kenborn.

Firstly this is a genre I rarely read. I think we’ve all got genres we don’t jump into and this is mine. However if I have faith in an author then I’ll give it a go. As these are authors I’ve read before and loved then I got tempted to chance it. I’m so glad I did as I absolutely loved it. Each and every word of it.

This is a fantastic read. Once I started I refused to put it down until I’d read it all. Brilliantly written with some great characters. You’ll need to read it yourself to see how these two authors took me to the pnr side lol

After reading this I’ve pre ordered the box set. Maybe some of the other authors can corrupt me as well :)

It is soooo good to be back with dead interns and with E. I really loved this book and the interaction between E and Death´s intern, it was awesome to see how he finally got in touch with his inner self and how he finally felt accepted by his Pestilence interns peers. I cant wait to read more about his adventures

When I heard that two of my all time favorite authors were collaborating together in this Anthology, I had to have it! Cora Kenborn and Dani René's story, Cursed in Love, is so different from what they each normally write. Mila and Odyn are both very strong willed, stubborn and courageous characters. Dealing with spirits from another realm along with trying to fight their hot passion towards one another made for a very all consuming read. I'm looking forward to reading the other stories in this Anthology.

This a nice story from Cora and Dani. Cursed in Love feels like the story you here when you're a child but when you get older you realize it wasn't a scary childhood take but the truth.

Cursed in Love is about a Mila and Odyn. They meet because of one of her cases. She needs help in figuring out how to deal with her powers, and solving her case, but when Mila and Odyn realize they're closer to the case and that their lives are in danger because of it. They do everything they can to solve the crime.

I will add more to this boxset, when I read more of the stories.

Paranormal romance is probably my favorite genre, so when I heard about this boxset full of talented PNR authors, I was ecstatic. The world needs more sexy PNR stories!

The most memorable story is "Cursed in Love" by Cora Kenborn and Dani René. It's a PNR at its finest, since it's set in the magical New Orleans, that everybody knows is an iconic place for everything paranormal.

We have our main female character, Mila, who is a detective and has a gift. She doesn't believe in her gift, but when murders start to happen around her, she starts to believe she's special and she could use her power to find out who is being all of those deaths. To help Mila in her quest, we have an awesome male character, Odyn. The name itself is magical, since Odyn is, among many legends, the god of divination and like our male protagonist he is in contact with the dead.

There's a link that connects Mila and Odyn, but I'll let you find out by reading the rest of this novella.

I've read stuff by Cora Kenborn in the past so I knew I liked her books, but I'm surprised by Dani René as well. I like how easily the writing flows and you just want answers, and I also like how the authors are able to write realistic and engaging dialogues. Definitely a story I'd recommend.

Omg! So many talented authors are included in this Souls & Shadows Boxset so I definitely made sure to preorder mine. But in the meantime, I was lucky enough to snag an early copy of Dani René’s and Cora Kenborn’s collaboration Cursed In Love and I can honesty say it was completely enthralling!
Right from the beginning both Mila and Odin had stories that me burning for more answers. As each layer was peeled back to expose new truths I couldn’t help but being surprised at all the twists and turns hiding in the shadows. Nails were definitely chewed on as I worried about the characters very lives.
Let’s not forget the fiery chemistry between these two stubborn creatures of habit. They manage to push each other’s buttons like crazy while unknowingly falling deeper into something new, something that may be threatened by all these sinister happenings. I definitely recommend this read and can’t wait to read the boxset in its entirety.

My review is for Cursed In Love by Dani Rene and Cora Kenborn. I want to say that PNR isn't my normal go to genre but when two of my favorite authors teamed up to co-write this amazing book I couldn't resist. I'm so happy I gave it a try because Cursed In Love had me hooked from the beginning unil the end. I just couldn't get enough of the characters Mila and Odyn. Mila is a beautiful determined detective that just discovered she has a special skill and Odyn has a similar one as well. When they decide to team up together things start to heat up and things get very interesting. These two authors did such an phenomenal job that I was on the edge of my seat. I can't wait to read the other stories in this box set.

One of my favorite styles of books to read are ones that are in Anthologies, so when I heard about this Anthology I was excited to find there was a story written by two of my favorite authors, Cora Kenborn and Dani Rene, called Cursed In Love. These two powerhouse authors blew me away with their words! The story of Mila and Odyn will capture you from the very first word, so much so, that I read it in one sitting. Both Mila and Odyn have something special in their lives, and when they meet, you just know sparks will fly! Both characters are very strong willed and are a perfect fit, but can these two ever possibly end up together? As this story takes you on a twisty path, you will become enthralled with these characters and the storyline. I absolutely loved it and so will you.

Souls & Shadows is an amazing collection of stories & authors. Cursed in love was amazing. I loved loved loved the story, the characters were great and the setting was perfect. This is one of my favorite genres and I’m so glad that Cora Kenborn & Dani Rene jumped into it. I think they knocked it out of the park. I was so drawn in by Mila & Odyn’s story. They are both stubborn and strong. Their chemistry is of the charts smoking hot!! The twists in the story I didn’t see coming. I couldn’t put the book down once I started it. Truly Amazing book!!

The characters were amazing, the plot incredible and the ending, well, it left me wanting even more! Mila and Odyn are elementally connected and I was thrilled by their profound bond. The other characters around them are all pivotal to the story and I loved learning how all these jigsaw pieces fit together, which is why I devoured this piece of brilliance in one sitting. So with them calibrating I just had to read their joint venture.
I loved Mila and Odyn.
I thought they were incredible characters.
Both strong in will and spirit.
Both have a great sense for the need to help and protect.
And both have a special gift in common.
The tension Mila and Odyn is absolutely combustible!
These two are stubborn and both are leaders so they don’t take orders very well.
So they clash heads often.
There’s also a sexual chemistry they share that keeps things smoldering and hot!
Great plot that’s suspenseful and thrilling.

I haven't been able to read all the stories in this set, but if they are half as good as Cursed in Love by Dani René and Cora Kenborn then this is going to be one of my favorite sets ever. Cursed in Love had everything I love about the UF genre. The heroine was fierce, the hero was grumpy but sexy, and the action and excitement started immediately and didn't drop until the last page. I read it in a day because I couldn't put it down. I'm really excited to read the rest of these stories from some of my favorite authors!

WOW!!

I devoured this within a few hours, it's amazing and had me on the edge of my seat. I couldn't read fast enough I had to know what happened the intensity of this story had my heart in my mouth.

I loved odyn from the first encounter with Mila. I loved the sassy determined side to her and the slight alpha hole to him

Cora and dani have made this story one that I wont forget. It's not very often I read stories like these but my opinion has drastically changed since I started reading these.

There were two things that sparked my interest in this anthology. Cursed in Love is written by two of my favorite authors, Cora Kenborn and Dani Rene. Also, it is not the normal genre I usually read and different from anything I have read from these authors. This intrigued me.

In Cursed in Love, Mila and Odyn are both strong-willed and stubborn. When they meet it causes a stirring fire that only grows throughout the story. Read the story to find out what happens when Odyn and Mila deal with spirits while trying to control their passion.
