I love how easy the recipes are! They’re super straight-forward and most ingredients are items you already have at home. A great way to figure out what to eat for dinner that doesn’t involve pasta or bread!
I think the recipes in this book look good - however I am confused that there is no nutritional information for each recipe. It would seem that if the customer is seeking low carb recipes, the carb count would be included. Maybe each recipe is within a certain range? I don't see that information anywhere.
I enjoy this cookbook and the authors personal story tied to the recipes. I made the Zucchini Pizza Boats and some of the scallop recipes and they were delicious.
