BOUNTY HUNTER PRINCESS! With HAN SOLO frozen in carbonite in the palace of JABBA THE HUTT, PRINCESS LEIA prepares for a daring rescue by taking on the identity of the bounty hunter BOUSHH. But in order to succeed, she’ll have to prove herself in her new identity to the ruthless bounty hunter BOSSK! With her life and all of her principles on the line, how far will Leia go to rescue a scoundrel? Co-starring CHEWBACCA and LANDO, who almost certainly have a bad feeling about this!

Princess Leia has to develop scoundrel skills to be prepared for her mission to rescue Han from the hands of Jabba, the Hutt.
Leia and Chewie are onboard of the Millenium Falcon, on route to Tatooine, when they are re-reouted by the Rebellion to give assistance to Lando Calrissian in another planet.
It's quite helpful since there, she will be able to get her attire to get into the Jabba's Palace, and to practice on her role as a supposed bounty hunter.
It's quite entertained, however I still can't understand how we get from Lando and Chewie going to get Han from Leia and Chewie doing the same and Lando in another world, that that it's the same of confusing at the beginning of Return of the Jedi...
...so, while I am quite glad of being able to get this comic (thanks to my local comic book store), the "mystery" of lack of continuity between Episode V and VI remains.
‘Age of Rebellion: Princess Leia: Princess Scoundrel’ kicks of the ‘Age of Rebellion’ series with a bang! Building off the ‘Forces of Destiny’ short ‘Bounty Hunted’, we now see Leia in possession of Boushh’s armour as she is ready to go to Tatooine and try and save Han. However, there is one more adventure on the way before she can. She gets called to Arkanis to save Lando - who is in the midst of being hunted by bounty hunters. However, with this particular villainous scum in pursuit, Leia ends up having to rely on her new disguise to save both Lando and Chewie. There is simply so much to love about this comic. I was initially worried it would just be a retelling of the ‘Forces of Destiny’ short, but they barely even cross over. Leia is just undeniably a badass in every sense of the word. Having been reading the comics set after Episode IV, it’s so interesting seeing the Leia that loved Han. It’s clear that she would do almost anything to save him. I hadn’t thought of using Boussh’s armour earlier to test if Jabba would see through it or not, but it really is a solid point. This comic reaches into so much more though. We get mention of Evaan, as well as a throwback to Bossk’s hand in Boba’s upbringing. As with all of these one-shots, I just want to see more. I really can’t wait until the main ‘Star Wars’ to move beyond the gap it currently occupies. The art in this issue was fantastic, and I think the team did a great job of capturing who Leia is. It’s all in line with what we’ve seen before of her character, and I just want more (but I know I shouldn’t?). This gets a 4/5 from me - what a terrific start!!!

Not quite the Princess Leia comic book you expected.
"Really liked it!" - 4 out of 5 star rating.
This lightweight, action rich, and extremely entertaining comic involves Leia in one of my favorite outfits/costumes for her. No, not Slave Girl Leia right before she chokes out Jabba, c'mon now... but actually her Boushh disguise.
So many fun elements in this, with guest appearances from our favorite space-lizard-man Bossk, to the lovable furball Chewie, and even the 'Betrayer of Bespin' aka Lando, shows face here.
Awesome way to spend 10-15 minutes if you like Leia, Chewie, Bossk, or really Star Wars in general at all.
It's refreshing to have a Rebellion era comic (in canon) that doesn't take place between IV and V. This issue takes place after the Forces of Destiny short "Bounty Hunted" and right before Return of the Jedi. It does a good job of filling in that gap and even has a little reference to The Clone Wars. Always great to see Leia in action, being tough as nails. I've also heard that Greg Pak is taking the reins of the ongoing Star Wars comic series. I'm not familiar with his work outside of this, but perhaps he'll do a good job bringing that series to and past The Empire Strikes Back.
LOVE that we are finally getting stories between Empire and ROTJ. This was a great start to this series, and it expounded on the story told in the Forces of Destiny short that covered how she originally got Boushh’s armor. Plus, classic Lando!
The art was very good in this one, great renderings of Leia and Lando especially. Random complaint: Bossk's word bubbles should have had the tags! But seriously, this story was badass and fun.
I’m kind of biased because I love Princess Leia SO MUCH! This book was great…we learn what happened between Episode IV and V. Good illustrations and a quick read.
This one is a bit tricky on the timeline, Leia and Chewie are en route to Jabba's palace when they receive a distress call from Lando Calrissian who is being hunted by Bossk... they go back to Arkanis to rescue him but then Chewie gets captured.
Leia and Lando must work together to free Chewie, without staring a bounty hunter war.
A small but solid entry, where Leia shines even though she is using another famous identity.
